v2 hyperspeed I'm using it, but the EQ settings aren't working

Good morning, I can't access my account because it says it is temporarily blocked for 20 minutes, but even after the time it's still the same, I can't change my information because it has 2-factor verification linked to the phone, because I ended up losing the number , but I have access to Google linked to the account, I would like to be able to change the account number information.... obs. I can access it in the browser, but I can't access it in the application.

Installed Synapse 4. The Alt button stopped working (round over the stick). The installed macros are not launched, it does not respond to clicks.no problem with Synapse 3. upd . The problem was solved by rebooting and transferring USB

bonjour, j’ai fait une ereur j’ai dupliquer 1, 2 mes profils sur ma sourie je voudrait suprimer se qui son en double j’ai réinstalé est remi le logiciel a l’état d’usine rien ne marche. les profiles son bien crée et mis dans un dossier mais ou ? je voudrait effacer les profiles qui son en trop et les profiles sur les jeux que je ne joue plus ou se trouve le dossier des profiles aidé moi svp 

Ive tried multiple times to install, reinstall, clean, etc.  All the suggestions provided including trying to install previous version.  No matter what, synapse doesn’t recognize the laptop.

I just downloaded Razer Synapse 4 and I’m trying to get it to recognize my Naga V2 Pro gaming mouse. I checked with Razer to see if the mouse is supported by Synapse 4 and it is. What do i need to do to make this happen inside S4? Howl do l program or configure the buttons? I’m sure that I’m missing something easy. Some directions that are simple to follow would be greatly appreciated!. I’ve been on this for two days now.Thanks!I created another. question earlier. I think this one is more clear.

i buy it and i have a grey screen on synapse with the dongle hyperpolling  … any solution ?

Até ontem tudo funcionava perfeitamente, mas do nada eis que a razer, não satisfeita por estar tudo funcionando, resolveu soltar uma atualização para o beta. Hoje nada funciona. Tenho realmente muita raiva e arrependimento de um dia ter comprado produtos razer, tanto que não compro mais. Meu caríssimo tartarus pro na maior parte do tempo á apenas um brilhante peso de papel. Incrivel que uma empresa dessa tamanho seja incapaz de lançar e manter uma versão funcional do synapse. Sofro com isso há anos, do nada para de funcionar, e muitas vezes nem consigo instalar o software (não consegui instalar nem a versão 3 nem a 4, somente a beta. que agora não funciona mais).  Cade os concorrentes que não aparecem para podermos colocar toda essa tranqueira da razer embaixo de um trator e dar algumas voltas sobre eles.

Would the community please alert Razer that their threatened date to upload Synapse 4 is unwanted. Synapse 4 has so many bugs, won’t port over so many settings, keybinds, macros, etc. PLEASE IMPROVE SYNAPSE 4 before you drop previous versions!

My Razer mouse indicates 2 states via LED: 1. Awaked from sleep and no Synapse detected (Spectrum Cycling LED) 2. Synapse detected and just linked teh mouse (Switched profile’s color LED)Issue: My Razer BASILISK V3 X HyperSpeed does totally not remember my customized DPI and every awaking from sleep reverts its DPI to default. (400/800/1600/3200/6400 DPI) Then Synapse 4 applies my customized DPI list to my mouse again but it spends about 5 secs until the DPI reapplied so it makes me goes mad.The mouse works cool but its software’s awful and completely spoiling customer experiences.Do NOT tell me to update or reinstall Razer Synapse.

After latest update for headsets mic became worse (intermittent and scratchy outgoing sound from mic) and incoming sound has disturbingly increased. Anyone having the same problem? 

Anyone know if the Base Station V1 is supported in Synapse 4? It was supported in S3 although never appeared in the list of compatible devices for S3.  

i just ramdonly wanted to open synapse 4 tody and found chroma is just not working, i tried repairing / reinstalling, nothing, pls fix it, synapse 4 work, chroma studio doesnt.   

In Razer Chroma Studio in the new Synapse 4 update i migrated my old Chroma Keyboard on my Razer Blade 15 and my Reactive Chroma effect fades away so fast and only fades for a milisecond with my actual color then for another milisecond it finishes white.On Synapse 3 it faded actually slow like i picked when i selected slow and it didnt fade to my color and then to white that i didnt even select 

I bought the mouse one month ago and just today installed synapse 4 on my company laptop. All has to be done through IT people. I am able to use the mouse, Synapse 4 recognize the mouse, I can use all the side buttons and they work as numerical pad.  I changed the light on synapse and it worked properly I edited the side buttons functions but it does not work. I still get the numbers instead of the keyboard fuctions I gave it. 

I’ve been dealing with a Razer Synapse 4 issue affecting the Tartarus Pro for over a year now.Functionality that worked reliably in Synapse 3 — especially 8-way directional input (diagonal movement) and simultaneous key combinations — is no longer usable in Synapse 4.This is not a minor issue. It represents a clear functional regression.The currently suggested workaround (switching to 4-way input) is not a viable solution, as it significantly limits the usability of the device to the point where it is no longer usable for its intended purpose.At the same time, there is no option to return to Synapse 3, as it has been discontinued.This issue has not only been observed by me, but has also been reported multiple times across the community.At this stage, the question is no longer whether the issue exists — but:Is this a known, unresolved problem —or a deliberate change in functionality within Synapse 4?Given the repeated community reports, a clear and transparent statement from Razer would

A couple of suggestionsimprove lay out of Tartarus. Currently it displays the wrists pad which serves not purpose in Synapse. Increase keys area Add key name instead of shortcut keys. This is very helpful when you have a lot of apps/games mapped. Example from G13
