Hello, As the title says, my multimedia buttons have stopped working/responding. The dial works, however instead of it controlling the volume it is set to scroll. I have already checked and redid the bindings for it, but it doesn’t correspond to the setting. It also still does not work when Synapse is closed. I have deleted the keyboard from device manager, reinstalled the firmware, and deleted and reinstalled Synapse 4.  Interestingly, the keyboard works as intended when connected to my laptop, which makes me think this is some sort driver/firmware issue. 

A few days after I bought a Razer barracuda x 2022, I decided to check them by serial number, but it didn't work. I tried to register the product, and I succeeded. Can this somehow affect the warranty. I don't know what to do next, should I return the product to the store or continue using it? 

I wanted to know what I could do because I lost the 2.4 USB connector.I can't find it anymore.

Please help me sirs,The dongle of viper v2 pro has been broken, so currently I have 2 option.Buy a new Viper V2 pro dongle  Buy a second-hand dongle with a history of connecting to another mouseI would like to know if I can connect my mouse with above both options and if it is possible, how can I set it.Thank you for your kind response in advance.

Hello there, I recently purchased a second hand razer blade, which had unfortunately been wiped clean.  As such there was no recovery and no “blade.icm” for the screen.  I was wondering if anyone has this available?  I have been able to get the recovery image, which is downloading as I type this. But have not been able to source the color profile yet. I was hoping to contact support, but that lead me here as this laptop is no longer under warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, so my Deathadder Elite has been acting up for about a week now. Everything works fine except for my left mouse button. At first it would randomly double click whenever I tried clicking once, so I looked online and read some threads about static charge potentially being the culprit. I attempted to blow out the area where the button is actually pressed and this worked for about 30 minutes… Now it doesn’t double click BUT it only registers my clicks about half the time. I tried closing/reinstalling Synapse but it didn’t seem to make any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I purchased rezer deathadder chroma  from local shop to play my games well but when I downloaded  it's software and try to register the product it said 'Your product is already registered  'But I  have not  registered the product Please help me I want to use this mouse all features Please help me

i have the razer iskur gaming chair and the seat plate needs replaced would I be able to purchase just the seat unit ? 

I’ve used Razer Axon for quite some time now, having recently installed it on this computer after I switched systems. It worked fine for the first couple of days, but now displays grey screens on both my monitors upon launch and remains that way until I relaunch Axon after an hour or so (if I do so immediately the same issue occurs). I’ve reinstalled the wallpapers, but have not explored any other options, as it’s a relatively new issue. If there’s any quick fixes anyone knows of, it would be great to find them. I will try reinstalling the program soon.

Are we ever getting a fix for the button remapping on the wolverine controllers!? I thought a week or 2 was understandable but its starting to become a joke! At this point its just an overpriced xbox controller. 

I’ve recently noticed that the battery on my 2020 Razer Blade Advanced that I purchased brand new just over 1 year ago has started expanding and bulging. The warranty expired just 3 months ago so i’m assuming I can’t just send it back to Razer for a free replacement.  Im wondering what replacement batteries would fit my laptop and what reputable company is recommended to purchase from.  Here’s the product number: RZ09-03305E43

Tried different devices, browsers, and networks – cart always stays empty. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?

Pretty sure my mouse isn’t fake, as that seems to be the answer to almost every deathadder problem. I just want to reassign the two side buttons but synapse 4 isn’t detecting the mouse. Any ideas?

Help Me With My Mouse I am trying to create a system where i tap a button on my MOUSE and it lowers my dpi by 200 and spams left click and then when i let go of said button on MOUSE the dpi will be increased by 200 and left click spamming will stop. And if you are going to help me by telling me to go to the macro tab in the top it does not show up, the only sections are ( Synapse--Keyboard--Mouse--profiles--connect--studios ) this is show in the picture below. Mouse: Razer basilisk X hyperspeed If this is not possible please let me know. So I Purchased this mice in May 2024.Mouse hasn't been used in over a month, it's just been sitting on my computers desk. Suddenly when I went to use it, NO POWER.I have charged it over night. I have tried resetting it with 3 buttons down for 7 seconds. But nothing works. Any ideas? 

My teenage kids use my computer quite often to game. I loaded up my own game tonight and now my middle mouse button isn’t functioning like it did yesterday. Is there some setting I’m missing? I reinstalled razer synapse and unlinked the mouse and relinked the mouse from the computer and restarted it. Nothing is letting my use the middle mouse click anymore.

I can use dynamic lighting RGB with original firmware.After firmware updated to latest v1.04, it doesn’t work.I can’t find the device on the Dynamic Lighting page. But Razer Synapse 3 still works.

Ever since I switched the Chroma RGB app of Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 I have had this issue. The only Razer RGB device I have is the  Razer Hanbo Chroma RGB AIO Liquid Cooler. Basically, I am trying to use the “wheel” quick effect, but nothing happens when I select. After this, I decided to use Chroma studio and add a wheel preset, but the lights seem to be lagging and stuttering but still colorful. When testing the other quick effects that aren’t the wheel, they work, but they are also seem to stutter, almost like the lights are working fine, but at the end of the loop, there is a stutter and the loop repeats. I have a separate Logitech rgb keyboard on separate software and the rgb animations seem very fluid, unlike the pump and fans. Also, just so you know, the windows lighting effects setting is deactivated. Maybe it is an issue with the Hanbo Chroma RGB AIO Liquid Cooler’s firmware and it is somehow compatible with Synapse 3 but not 4, but that should not be an issue, since the hardwa
