I was considering this mouse but I see that a lot of users has the problems, like so: At the end, I figured out that the root of the problem is the wheel button. But, more importantly, I saw that most of users reported problems AFTER updating Synapse and the firmware.So, my question is: maybe problems will not happen if I do NOT install Synapse at all? Or maybe I can install it but not update firmware?Really the only thing I want to change is to enable “smart-reel” and that is it. I would save changes on-board and delete Synapse.Would this “solution” work?

So I’ve already gone to Razer and they want me to send my entite laptop in to them to resolve my single busted S Keycap, the latches under it are working fine. The key itself cracked in half, I was able to superglue the two pieces together and it was working okay until the wings on the back of the cap recently broke. Being a gamer/writer I can not send in my laptop as I practically live and work on this thing for everything, I’ve also already looked and reached out to all the major keycap replacement sites and all have either never returned my email or let me know they don’t have any keys or kits for my particular model, which seems to be rare or near impossible to find others, even in the aftermarket space.  So my question is, for model: Razer Blade 17 (‎RZ09-0423PEF3-R3U1)What other laptop models can I pull an S Key from that will fit and work with my model?I’ll do the whole keyboard or single keycap, it doesn’t matter. Since the new update was available decided to try on my Mac first for Razer synapse download and had issues with the download. Went to local pc cafe and did update for controller to newest firmware like v2.03. After had issues connecting controller to pc, reset pc and started to work only via cable not doggle. Next my personal setup at home (xbox series x). Open up the razer controller app and still have the same issue. Anyone else having this issue, I want to switch up some of my binds but can’t until there’s a fix. Suggestions would help, thank you!

So i check many topics about this, and everybody is talking about straight up balancing the sound through sounds, i’ve done in many times with my previous headphones, but barracuda x doesn’t even have the balance sound while connected to pc through dongle, since i can’t check bluetooth on pc. Is the any solution for this magic balance button?

If I make a macro on my computer  can I use that macro on my Xbox with the Razer Basilisk V3 or any other mouses

Good afternoon. Crackling sounds can be heard in the headphones. Windows 11 automatically downloads its drivers for the device (microsoft drv. ver. 10.0.26100.4202). Is it possible that the reason for the crackling sounds is due to the incorrect operation of Microsoft drivers? Razer synapse does not install any drivers on top of Microsoft drivers. Is it possible to download your drivers as files and make them active for the device forcibly? Perhaps Synapse has already downloaded the necessary drivers, then tell me their location on the computer so that I can update the drivers.

When my mouse is in sleep mode it will not wake up unless i remove the batt. . I have tried everything (within intelligent reason) to wake the mouse up but the batt. trick is the only thing that works. And Yes, i did a firmware update.

I don't live in the US. Will I have any problems if I buy THX? And will the code be sent to my email?

The Razer Deathsdder V2 PRO mouse sensor is not working. I've already plugged the wires into different USB cells and rebooted the computer and drivers, but nothing. Although when I plug the wire into the adapter so that it is seamless, it works, but not directly through the wire, what should I do?

The Switches on my razer huntsman mini are sticky the letters s,a,e,q,d,w,f,ctrl,space, and left shift and when the switch is pressed it takes a whole second to come back up and when it  stays down it just spam the letter consistently especially s,e and q if someone could help me it would be much appreciated please and thank you.

Hello everyone, i’m having an issue with my barracuda x 2022, i pressed the on/off button for a little longer than usual without knowing and it will make a factory reset, and now i cannot connect it to my rig again, the dongle is not being detected by any computer, i bought them one month ago and they were working perfectly until this happened, can you help me with this please?   i've tried different ports, different PCs, directly to the usb c port, via the usb a to c adapter included, and nothing, uninstalled razer software, downloaded the pairing soft, and still nothing. never unplugged the usb c dongle before. Bluetooth works fine, but i want the 2.4hz connection like before. Thanks in advance

Hi!  We purchased a Basilisk v3 mouse from GameStop the other day.  When using it, the mouse disconnects from Windows each time the mouse is lifted from the mat.  It reconnects when the mouse is placed back down.  This was tested on two different computers (one Win10, the other Win11) with the same result.  We tried multiple USB ports and the issue continued.  Has anyone else encountered this, and what do you recommend?  Thanks!

That translucent green just screams XBOX.  I know I’d buy a second V3 Pro if it came in that Phantom Green shell. Anybody else think that Phantom Green would be an awesome addition?  Just me?

I don’t know wuite how to describe it, but when audio is being played on two different applications (for example a game and a music player) then the headset has a tendancy to every now and then suddenly drop the volume and then bring it back to normal levels (all in like ¼ of a second), almost like its playing with the EQ on the fly but without any real logical control. It does this regardless of most settings, I’ve tried in stereo and THX both with and without Bass Enhancement at low and high values (and turned off altogether). It almost feels like its getting overwhelmed and solving the problem by just dropping some of the EQ levels, which then brings the whole volume down which is rather frustrating.

Same thing here with a Blackwidow V3 TKL… Wtf is happening. There is very much people with the same problem and no one helps

Hello. I bought Razer BlackShark Special Edition headphones, but the package did not include a THX Spatial activation code. What should I do? From what I understand, there's a significant difference in sound quality between the standalone THX application and Synapse. I specifically purchased these headphones believing they would include an activation code for the separate THX app

I cant get Clio and Nommo V2 to work together in surround mode.Support seems to have no clue.Are there anyone that has succeded to get surround working?How did you do it?

I want to replace the LCD cable of my Razer Blade 15 base 2019 model. I was able to successfully dismantle the lid assembly and remove the screen. I don't know how the remove the LCD cable that runs through the black hinge cover present between the two hinges.
