I am experiencing an issue with the S key on my on Razer Huntsman V2 Analog. The key does not respond when held down—it only registers a single input regardless of how long I press it. This makes it unusable for actions that require holding the key (e.g., moving backward in games).I have also tested by reassigning the S key function to other keys using Razer Synapse, but the issue remains. No matter which physical key I assign the S function to, it still does not allow holding—it only responds once per press.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hi , does somebody know why in the UK and the Netherlands the Blade 18 (2025 ) is on the internet page and for sale, but not in France where the page for the blade 18 does not even exist ?  Getting frustrated by the lack of information and explanation from Razer. I mean we do not have a tarrif war with Asia  but the US that does, has the blade 18 (2025 ) ?

I recently got the Huntsman V2 Analong Keyboard and since hooking it up, my Microsoft controller and my Razer Kraken V3 headphones do not work correctly. I've got to unplug the Headphone dongle and plug it back in every time I switch audio outputs. I also have to manually disable drivers and remove devices to get my controller to work with PC. I switch back and forth from Mouse & Keyboard and Controller routinely based on the game I am playing. Is there an effort by Razer to make its (quite expensive) equipment work better with other mainstream products.

I am thinking of getting myself a razer blade instead of a ThinkPad P1 series if the newer iteration isn’t out in a few weeks. However, I have seen a few complaints regarding the trackpad and, overall, hardware side of the laptop. Therefore, is this laptop worth buying in terms of build quality? 

My Razer Blade experience has been woeful so far to say the least.I had my first unit arrive with physical damage and trackpad issues, the replacement now has screen flicker...Has anyone else had issues with screen flicker on their 2025 Blade 16? It seems to manifest on darker grey screens with under about 60% brightness. I fully understand some OLED screens flicker a bit and what not under certain conditions, but this is infuriating - I've owned plenty of other OLED devices including laptops and never had issues like this.Separate from the above the quality of the screen is disapointing to say the least. The first Blade I was shipped had a minorly grainy screen, the replacement Blade has an even worse screen. It's blotchy and grainy and seems to suffer from extremely bad image retention (not burn in, retention). 2 mins on a static screen and I can see the outlines of things when I move to a new page.

Product: Razer Barracuda X – RZ04-04430Hello,I have a problem with my Barracuda X (RZ04-04430). The microphone works perfectly when connected via AUX cable and also when using Bluetooth on my mobile phone.However, when I connect the headset to my PC using the included 2.4GHz dongle, or via Bluetooth, the microphone does not work. I only hear faint static or nothing at all.I have already tried the following steps: Re-pairing the dongle using the official Headset Pairing Utility (twice). Tested the dongle and headset on another PC – same issue. Installed the latest firmware (it was already updated). Reinstalled sound drivers and checked input/output devices. I also noticed that Razer Synapse does not recognize the headset at all.Since the headset works fine via AUX and Bluetooth (on my phone), I believe the issue is with the dongle or PC Bluetooth compatibility.Could you please assist me further? hi guys i purchased 2 of these keyboards and both of them have the right shift key issue anyone else having this issue? i gotta tap it twice in order for it to work or use the left shift keyi tried resetting the keyboard that did not work if anyone knows what to do please let me know thanks!

I was having problems with audio cutting in and out at first but so I went to the firmware updater, https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6044, and downloaded the firmware updater then updated the headset and dongle but it made my dongle into being recognized as a HID transfer device. I was wondering if there was a fix or if I could revert this update?

I just bought the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition controller, and when using the "Razer Controller Setup For Xbox" app, the tutorial says I can just hold the little circle button on the controller followed by either A,B,X,Y to switch profiles.Unfortunately I've found no way of actually mapping the profiles to the ABXY buttons. I'm guessing there IS a way, as the tutorial explicitly said there was, but I've not figured it out.

I'm having a issue with the app called Razer controller setup for pc when i open the app and want to edit the key mapping the screen just turn grey and i can do nothing except going back to main menuim using Wolverine v2 and im on windows 11its been working fine for a long time then suddenly not, i have tried to uninstall the app and also clear app data  

Greetings to all! I come here today asking specifically about the blackwodow v3 mini hyperspeed keyboard with green clicky switches. The question pertains to the green clicky switches.  Now my question is: is it just me or are the green switches on these mini blackwidows rather mushy and quiet? Compared to my nearly 2 year old blackwidow v3 pro which also has green clicky switches, the switches on the mini feel very mushy and are very quiet in comparison. I put them side by side and there is a very audible difference in loudness and a very tactile difference in stiffness as well.  The switches feel more like the blue ones I have on a $25 wireless keyboard I have from a brand called keychron. This issue has come up on 2 different blackwidow v3 mini keyboards that I have bought, both having green clicky switches.  Is this just a thing now? Is the quality of razer products diminishing now? Or is that much of the production of these mini keyboards really that bad? Thank you for your time a

Hi guys, do any of you experienced this?, I have a razer blade 14 2022 and synapse 4 installed, the battery limiter not working, when I charge my laptop, it will go to 100 even if I set it to 80%, any idea what causing this?, I thought it was my charger, so I went to a shop and try brand new charger, the issue still there, any solution please?, this starting to get frustrating

Thinking about getting the 18 with the new cooling chamber would I still need the cooling pad to help prevent overheating or would it be just fine on its own? Thanks in advance 

Could someone comment on why only the M buttons are remappable?The Elite 2 and PowerA Fusion Pro 4 allow this. Why not the V3? Thanks

Hello, recently i got a problem that when I try to change the Volume of my pc (portable PC), with the keyboard or the pc itself, no matter, the led of the mute button on the Razer keyboard turns on, even if the sound is'nt on 0, to turn it off I have to press the mute button twice.How can I fix this issue ?Thx

So... My Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition at random moments in the game is either disconnecting or input just stops working and I need to manually reconnect my controller but even after this there is no guarantee that it will help and this happens in this game at random moments if I use vibration. And also I experienced issue that randomly in the game my controller input stops working / breaks and also the controller was vibrating HARD and even if I ALT + F4 the game the controller was still vibrating HARD, so I needed to manually reconnect it to stop it. I was experimenting, resetting via Razer Controller Setup App on Windows but this did not help, I was reinstalling this app this did not help, I was deleting/reinstalling drivers in device manager this also did not help, the Only thing that helped me was completely turn OFF vibration in the Razer software and in the game, but damn… I like vibration and I want to play with it but I can't because I have no idea whether it is Razer
