The Razer Armory

I bought this mic around 4 years ago. From then nothing had happened, no falls no anything its still in spotless condition like new. Just a few days ago it started not beign recognised by my whole PC as a mic (even in sound control panel and everything related to it) but after a couple times of plugging and unplugging it (around 2-3) it worked normally. Now its been 3 days that my PC does not recognise it at all no matter what i do. I cant check the drivers since my mic is not showing up anywhere on my PC even tho i have it plugged in and the light switches on so im at a dead end here. Can someone help? 

I want to clean my keycaps and the inside of the keyboard but I am not sure if that won't break my keyboard

I hate razer synapse so much but I want to be able to use the features on my m&k, is there a software that allows me to change stuff like hotkeys ect without needed to use synapse?

hi, currently i have issue with razer pro click mini, the side scroll / tilt button will be triggered when the mouse is moved. im sure this is some kind of bug how to replicate the issueset the left / right scroll to repeated scroll up and repeated scroll down (or any function that require synapse) try the left/right scroll new function with excel then close the synapse (exit & kill the program) try the left/right scroll again, and try move the cursor there will be repeated left / right scroll every time you move the cursortried with bluetooth and dongle. both have same problem. with 2 pc. 1 with synape 1 without synapse installedtried with razer naga trinity, when exit the synapse naga will disable the button instead of return to default button function the bugged video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ORPRDYwoJLejBe_mgAHVochps6ps91sy

I have hearing issues on the left side, can I set the audio balance to put 60% of the sound out on the left and 40% out on the right when using it wirelessly with a PC?

 Incident Reference # 240305-001266 - I purchased a Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard in December 2023. My keyboard is just over 90 days old presently. I do not game with the keyboard. My PC is used for photoshop / lightroom primarily. The keys A, E, S, D, T, R. F. C, Shift are all suffering from paint / coating loss on the keys, some of them quite severely. The quality is truly disgusting in fact i have had many keyboards over the years and never had this happen before. Razer support admitted in the first interaction with them that the item was faulty and need replacing, and they admitted I should. expect better. Since then, they have done everything possible to avoid replacing the keyboard including having a different representative respond to my complaint each time. Now before they consider sending a replacement they want me to remove all serial numbers from this device, then cut the USB cable and send them pictures of the destruction. My dongle was damaged (Barracuda X Quartz Edition) and my partner gave me his dongle as they had Barracuda X black. However, my dongle was RC-03801 and his is RC-0380. I tried to link through the Razer application and it doesn’t detect my headphones. Is it because the dongle needed for my headphones is RC-03801? How can I get a replacement? I searched everywhere T_T

Hi Everyone,I need a fix for my Razer Viper Mini which I bought an year ago which was working all good but suddenly 2/3 days ago started connecting and disconnecting by itself and now It is not working at all nor showing up in device manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling device driver, Razer Synapse. Also unplugging and re-plugging it in PC and restarting and stuff. Nothing is working for me.Please let me know on anything useful on this issueThanks!

I was planning on checking on how much silver it takes to get a nice new keyboard with my silver but all I see now are just the coupons? Is that just temporary or permanent?  edit: Never mind, I just checked my mail it says its temporary.

Have you set the sticks to standard or to circle? I previously had another controller where the circle version was the standard, which is actually normal, but with the Razer, the standard has these wider zones. What do you use? I have strange aiming with both. Standard is too fast, and circle is too slow

I can't use my Wolverine Ultimate profiles correctly, and can't edit them either, i tried with My old Wolverine Ultimate and a brand new One, same results. I also uninstall and reinstall The app and The issue persist.

Is there a way to change profiles without going to a separate app? For example, maybe there is a way to change the function button commands? Things like “change profile” are not options, but there are seven options related to RGB lighting?

Hi everyone and thx for the help in advance. My questions would be about the diferent product codes among the keyboards my blackwidow chroma has the 01220100-R3M1 and theres this one ending with 200-R3U1 but ive seen a some R3W1 endings and seen 1220800-R3M1 i thought its for the switches or mby its the code for tenkeyless version but ive seen the same codes for fullboard and for tenkeyless and seen it with different switches. And my second question is that as i mentioned my board has 1220100 as a code but on the picture where the blackwidow codes listed my code is not there. Whats the reason for it.Thank you for reading through all of this.

I’m a proud owner of a Razer Atlas (white) for a week now and will definitely use it for years to come! But I can’t decide which Razer mouse I should use along with it. I currently have a Deathadder V3 (non-pro) and I despise it’s mouse buttons. Tried looking into the Razer Cobra (the Pro has the Focus Pro sensor but is very expensive). Now I wonder if the wired variant (Razer Cobra) will work as well on the Atlas or isn’t it optimized for it without the latest iteration of the Focus Pro Sensor. Anyone got any ideas?

I have a Razer Deathadder V2 and It was working completely fine a few days ago but now it lights up but doesn’t move the cursor for some reason. I restarted my computer, updated everything but still it isn’t working. My Viper Mini was working completely fine too but somehow it got burnt when it was plugged into one of my other laptops. Someone please help me out.

I need help.I was playing valorant and suddenly my keyboard lagging. It’s moving by itself for a minute then completely shut down. No light up, not responding, completely nothing like it suddenly just die. I tried unplug and plug it back to my computer but it just didn’t work.  I also did uninstall the app and install it back but still nothing work. I’m really frustrated because I purchased this keyboard not that long ago. How can I get it fix or have it take care under warranty. 

I'm trying to get a better gaming setup now that I have a fancy new gaming desktop, and I'm considering trying out a Tartarus; I have some nerve and mobility issues that make using my pinky difficult, and I'm hoping a keypad might help a bit with keymappings. I use a Razer Naga mouse, which is one of the only reasons I can even play some games, but I still find that sometimes it isn't enough buttons when I'm unable to click things like ctrl or shift with my pinky.So basically, I'm trying to figure out what makes the most sense for a keyboard to go along with it. I guess my main question is this: what keyboard size makes the most sense, TLK or 60% mini?I can say with certainly that a full sized keyboard will be too large for my desk setup (pictured here), so I defintiely need a smaller form factor. I was looking at the Hunstman or the Blackwidow line, since they have both of these options, but other Razer keyboards might be better for me, I'm honestly not sure. I don't do any kind of cr
