hello there, i currently own the blackshark v2 X headphones, and while they have served me well im kind of looking into an upgrade now, the usage would be for gaming (single player games mostly) music and movies/series.i didnt know that razer launched the v3 version of the blackshark, i have the budget to buy either of the 3 but, if i can get the mid tier version instead or the “budget” without losing much then i can settle for that without a problem and save some buck at the same time,  is it really a solid upgrade to consider? maybe someone can share their own experience or suggestions. thanks for your time

It has genuinely helped me work faster and more efficiently on task-heavy projects, and it’s become an essential part of my setup. I’ve recommended it to countless coworkers and friends because of how reliable and versatile it is.After using the same one for over two years, I’d love to purchase a second Naga Trinity wired to use at home so I can keep the same workflow across both environments. The razer website still says that the blade 16 is available with “up to a 5090,” but when trying to configure, it’s only available with a 5080.My son needs a laptop, so I was planning getting myself a 16”/5090, and giving him my 16”/4090, but it appears razor really isn’t competing at the top end in this form factor? Is Asus the only real player if I’m looking for at 16”/5090?

Hi, I just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, hoping to use the THX Spatial feature that I was really enjoying previously, but upgraded. I got all the software set up, Razer Synapse, Updated Firmware/drivers, etc, only for the audio to be COMPLETELY bugged out, problems include: audio crackling, random shifts in EQ, complete audio cutout, audio quality decreasing, brief volume shifting, etc I’ve tried: Updating drivers, Updating Firmware, Reinstalling Synapse, Tweaking Windows Audio Properties, Changing dongle location, plugging dongle into USB A extension.The ONLY fix I have found is to disable “Enable audio enhancements” in Signal Enhancements in Windows Audio Properties, but that also completely disables THX Spatial.If there’s a solution to this that lets me keep all the features intact, let me know, thanks!

Dear Razer TeamI’m reaching out because I’m trying to track down a replacement for my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. I’ve been using this specific headset for nearly 7 years now, I actually got them back in middle school, and they’ve been my daily driver all the way into university.Unfortunately, my pair is finally giving out, and I see they’ve been discontinued. I’ve tried some of the newer Krakens and other Razer headsets, but they just don't feel the same. This model has a lot of sentimental value to me, and after nearly a decade of use, nothing else quite beats it.I know it’s a long shot, but I wanted to ask if there’s any way to still get one. I just bought the viper v3 pro and i’m noticing that it feels scratchy when sliding it around that mousepad. I’m also seeing that the mouse feet on all reviews are pure white while mine looks off white pinkish color, i’m not really sure if it’s only me or some people have had this issue before. Any help is appreciated:) 

I’ve had the deathadder for a couple years now and suddenly the battery has been dying within a few days of putting a fresh one in, I lowered the polling rates and reinstalled drivers, but I’m still having this issue.  I’ve tried lots of different batteries and it’s still happening.

Hi, for a few weeks now when ever I try to use my mouse with the wireless dongle whatever I do it it keeps disconecting for a few seconds and starts working a few seconds later. If I connect it with the wire it works fine. Are there any dongle replacement that I can buy? Thank in advance

I’m using an Apple Mac laptop to play my Favorite game that I’ve been playing for years but  My favorite razer Mouse does not have the software support for Apple Mac so I’m kind of crippled or limited for what I can do and I really just need support for my mouse for my Apple Mac.  gaming on Apple isn’t that bad. I just need support for my mouse on an Apple Mac so I can have all the features. My favorite mouse that i use is a RAZER Naga v2 HyperSpeed. I just really need this to happen.

So we need to be honest about Razers lack of customer service, build quality for a supposed pro controller with a price tag of GBP200.00. My advice don’t buy it!  I’ve had two new V3 pros in the past two months. Both controllers have the exact same worsening issue when wired. If you move or sometimes even slightly touch the wire when wired the controller will disconnect mid game and cause serious problems. The problem now has evolved into random mid game button switches and total loss of connection.  So let’s now talk about Razers customer service…. One word disgusting! I have an ongoing email thread of over 50 separate emails which on every reply to email is a new robotic support agent that doesn’t know what the hell is going on! they want me to send the controllers to them for warranty fine they provided pre paid FedEx tracking label (international). Hey all, I’ve noticed my Razer Blade fans ramp up pretty aggressively even during light tasks like browsing or watching videos. Temps don’t seem high, but the fans stay loud, and changing profiles in Synapse doesn’t always make a difference.Battery performance also feels inconsistent — sometimes it drains faster than expected, and USB-C charging doesn’t always seem reliable.Just wondering if others with Blade systems are seeing the same behavior, or if there’s a known fix (BIOS, firmware, Synapse settings, etc.).Thanks!

Just found a really interesting interaction between my iphone 15 promax and my laptop. I have one of those clear magsafe cases on my phone. When I put my phone close to the bottom right corner of my laptop, the computer goes to sleep. I'm assuming the magnet in my phone is responsible for this phenomenon?Just wanted to share this fun little thing with y'all! Have a great day

Can anyone please advise if there’s a Razer mouse that meets these requirements?Must have a left/right tilting scroll wheel Must allow the programming of the left and right tilt to be any keyboard keys that I want Must be supported on MAC OS, including the tilt wheel configuration, preferably the latest version of Synapse(Note I wasn’t able to get Synapse 2 working on my MAC, it stuck at the login screen)

For context I live in a third world country and the import rates are absolutely insane for anything chair related.(almost double the price if i were to buy the Iskur v2).I've looked around on fb marketplace and locally and there aren't any premium brands like Herman Miller or Secret Lab(besides a Secret Lab knockoff; Phantom Lab) and only some no-name brand stuff.Then there is a store locally that has some razer chairs(V2$580, V2x$440 and enki x$530) and a v2 on fb marketplace for the same price of the v2 in the local store unused.Currently using a busted rusty chair with cheap leather so.The V2 on fb marketplace is $440 rn which is less than half the price if I were to buy it and ship it to my country($1175~)Also I did try the V2 x in the store locally and i did like it.

The repeated “Low Battery” voice alert on the Razer Kaira Pro is aggressively intrusive, disruptive to gameplay, and completely unacceptable for a product you market as premium.Users are given zero control. There is no option to disable voice prompts or even limit the alert to a single notification. This is not a design choice — it is a clear failure in product quality and user experience.Your competitors already provide basic controls for these features. My razer viper v2 pro receiver stop works out of no where I have another receiver for deathadder v2 x from a friend and I try razer software pairing utility and it's refuse to Pair keep telling me there is a error any help or way 

It’s currently on sale, and I’d be using it wirelessly on PC.Is stick latency still high when using the dongle, or has there been any fix through firmware or something similar?If there hasn’t been a fix, how noticeable is the stick latency in use?
