I must set my Leviathan v2 to 4-8%, louder is unbearable.Can you please fix this problem, it was reported 2 years ago by another but closed without a reaction in the support topics.Do you want me to get hearing loss?

I have had the issue since the device was new whereby you fire it up for a Zoom or Teams call and you appear blurry. Initially, I used to think it was an issue with background blurring, but even with this turned off, it is blurry.The only way to “fit it” is to up plug it and reconnect. This often (but not always) works. However, a few hours later, it will be blurry again.I have updated the software and have had this problem since Synapse 2! Any suggestions beyond ditching it entirely?

So my main dongle was lost and i ordered online but when im trying to pair it , it doesnt pair and i already asked razer for replacement my question is The replacement should pair to my mouse?

I’ve only had these keycaps since the end of April 2024 (so less than 4 months) and I’m already having an issue. Of all things, the right side of my Left Alt keycap has chipped somehow, causing the top split to easily detach. Please excuse my keyboard. the lighting and close-up make it look much worse than it is.There’s been no “incident” with my keyboard (nothing dropped on it, I’ve not even moved it). I don’t use that key excessively and I hit the space bar just between B and N with my left thumb… so I can’t think of any reason why this has any sort of damage at all other than a factory defect. It also seems nearly impossible to somehow contact Razer about this directly (through a support channel) since I don’t have a serial number for the keycaps and the SN for my Huntsman Elite has ended warranty support a while ago (was going to put in t

I have been using my Razer Ouroboros mouse for over 10 years now any no matter how often I tried to replace it with a new one I just couldn’t. I love this mouse and now sadly after all these years the mouse wheel button does not work any more. Has anyone maybe a solution to this problem or a comparable alternative product?

Hi everyone,After updating Razer Synapse to version 4, all the settings for my Leviathan V2 soundbar have stopped working. The equalizer doesn’t respond at all. Switching to THX Spatial Audio is disabled inside Synapse. Along with the update, a separate THX Spatial Audio app was installed. This app requires a paid license, and only started a 15-day trial. The sound quality on the soundbar is now terrible compared to before. I never had to pay separately for THX Spatial Audio in Synapse 3, and everything worked fine.Can someone please advise: How can I roll back to Synapse 3? Or is there a way to get the EQ and all settings working again in Synapse 4 without paying extra? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!

I have strange sound while scrolling up, it sounds creaky, physical process of scrolling up is not smooth as scrolling down. Scrolling down is good. Hello Everyone, maybe someone can help me. I have the Razer Leviathan V2 X Soundbar and it works great, but it just isnt loud enough. Ive turned every audio controller to 100% but it is still very quiet. If i use Bluetooth with my phone its great and works just fine but if i use it on my pc its just not loud enough

I can't figure out how to turn off the RGB lights while the kraken v4 pro is in Bluetooth mode. It's an unnecessary drain on battery life and it's really frustrating. I have tried turning off brightness on synapse but the moment my headset isn't connected to my PC anymore, the RGB resumes. Does anyone know how to trim them off and keep them off while in Bluetooth mode?

My favorite Razer setup for gaming in 2026 would include a responsive Razer keyboard, a lightweight wireless mouse, a comfortable headset tool, and optimized Synapse profiles. A clean desk layout, smooth RGB lighting, and reliable performance together create a more immersive, focused, and enjoyable gaming experience every day.

So we need to be honest about Razers lack of customer service, build quality for a supposed pro controller with a price tag of GBP200.00. My advice don’t buy it!  I’ve had two new V3 pros in the past two months. Both controllers have the exact same worsening issue when wired. If you move or sometimes even slightly touch the wire when wired the controller will disconnect mid game and cause serious problems. The problem now has evolved into random mid game button switches and total loss of connection.  So let’s now talk about Razers customer service…. Hello, I created this thread because I bought three Tartarus V2 in the last three years, and all of them started to fail for the exact same reason: The analogic stick started to not respond at all while pressing it, specially to move forward. I was reading about this issue and apparently is a known one. I have exact same issue that the person that created this topic Razer Insider | Forum - Tartarus V2: D-pad switches failing (4 devices failed in < 1 year) Its really sad to me, that wanted to buy a product from a solid company to have it, hopefully, for years, but this specific product has a factory problem. Hi guys,I’ve made a post 2 month ago about my problem with my Razer Naga Pro V2 and its incompatibility with WoW. I’ve tried running it through steam or lutris and with different compatibility layers (proton-10, latest, ge). This new thread is more about finding people actually playing WoW on a linux OS with the same device and maybe compare our configurations give me clue where to search..I’m a little desperate as I don’t want to use Windows anymore as I really try to avoid GAFAM but this bug makes WoW unplayable without switching to a normal mouse.. which I will not as I use it since so long now.Any clues ?
