Hello,Couple days ago I cleaned my laptop and took the battery out because it was swollen even though I never really had problems with it be charging it fully or even using it without power supply, but yeah, now it makes sense why my track pad was so stiff. Anyways, I took it off and now synapse wont turn on any other performance mode besides balance. Ive looked into the internet and it seems this is due to razer’s somehow made a sensor on motherboard that detects if theres no battery on and then limits power supply, hence synapse wont turn on any other performance modes and you can see how it can be bothersome for a gamer. Is there a way to bypass this? Where can I buy og battery because I can’t seem to find it online, neither at razer’s website or any other place in EU and Im skeptic about buying a compatible one from any other seller.I appreciate if somebody could help me with this asap, I wanna go back to gaming. Thanks so much in advance to whoever takes the time to read this.

I cannot proceed to purchase diamond for mlbb because of the restricted location can anyone help me out, I live in Malaysia
Back before the pandemic I used to be a day one Razer fan for most products. The Razer Phone 2, the water bottle, the chargers, the ornata, everything, but looking back there's one thing I gotta ask. Did the Ice Cube Tray ever come out? I remember seeing it, a toaster, and a gas mask thing on their site ages ago yet everywhere I look people are saying it was some sort of promo only item. Can anyone give context to that? I just wanna know if it ever actually went live lmao
I see there are no dongles currently available on the Razer store for the basilisk line, is there another method to purchase a replacement dongle? Are there any other Razer dongles that would work for the Basilisk line? Thank you
I'm an avid Orbweaver Chroma user, and have three units, two of which were acquired on Ebay. I think the Orbweaver needs to be revived with 1000hz polling, onboard memory storage, and a lower resting wrist (more ergonomic). The Tartarus is alright, but I immediately returned mine when I purchased it. It's wrist sits too high, the rest isn't very adjustable or comfortable to me, and the thumb-stick just isn't grippy or concave enough, and is therefore too slippery. The keys weren't clicky, which is necessary physical feedback (perhaps an issue with the version I bought). But worst of all (as has been mentioned by another user), it's missing the 20th key, which is instead replaced with a scroll wheel nobody asked for. Just my 2 cents. Lots of people buy the Tartarus, but perhaps that's because the Orbweaver is no longer in production? I have no idea. Just giving my opinions here.
Hi Razer Team and Community,I am writing this message to urgently draw attention to a severe, widespread audio flaw affecting the BlackShark V3 Pro, the BlackShark V3 (Standard), and even the BlackShark V2 Pro. This is a systemic driver or software -related issue across multiple models that requires immediate official investigation. Here is the specific issue many users are facing:Random Total Audio Loss (Connected but No Sound):While using the headset, the audio will randomly and completely cut out to absolute silence. What makes this bug incredibly frustrating is that the headset does not actually lose its connection. The wireless connection remains active, the power is on, and the device is still fully detected, showing as "Connected" and configurable in Razer Synapse. However, there is zero sound output.Unpredictable Triggers and Timing:There is no fixed trigger for this issue. The timing is completely random and unpredictable. Sometimes the headset works flawlessly for hours withou
I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk Mobile and I really like the concept of a portable ergonomic gaming mouse. However, I noticed that there is no official carrying case or protective pouch available for this product. Since the mouse is marketed as a mobile device, I believe an official travel case would complete the ecosystem and provide better protection for users who carry it around with a laptop or portable setup. I hope Razer can consider releasing an official carrying case or travel accessory for Basilisk Mobile in the future.
HiyaI’m looking to repair my Razer Black Widow Ultimate Mechanical keyboard as the space bar is ‘Seesawing’. After looking underneath, one of the keyboard stabilisers has snapped off (small white piece in photo)Where could I get a couple without having to pay the equivelant of a second hand black widow keyboard! lol.Thankyou for any info
Hello! I own a Razer BlackWidow V4 Low Profile and I'm looking for an official English + Russian shine-through keycap set. If such a set doesn't exist, could you tell me whether these keycaps are manufactured by Razer or by an OEM partner? Is there any official replacement part or part number available?
For workflow, we would actually need at least four layers of hypershift. The most ergonomic solution, in my opinion, would be adding four vertically aligned buttons along the edge of the right mouse button, mirroring the two side buttons (Mouse 1 and Mouse 2) on the left. Each of those buttons could act as an independent Hypershift modifier.Ideally, they should work like the real Shift or Alt keys on a keyboard: while you hold one down, the mouse temporarily switches to that specific layer, and as soon as you release it, it instantly returns to the default layer. That would be much faster and more intuitive than switching layers.I know asking for four Hypershift layers might sound excessive, but here are just the shortcuts I use constantly every single day: Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V Ctrl+W Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+Shift+Tab Alt+F4 F2 (rename), F5, F10 Undo / Redo Back / Forward Double-click / Triple-click Win+Tab Arrow keys Win+Arrow (window snapping) Enter, Space, Backspace, D
My second issue is regarding my Razer Basilisk mouse. The product/serial number is SNPM2543H33800277.The problem is that I am unable to connect the mouse to my computer via Bluetooth. I am not sure what is causing the problem, because other Bluetooth devices can connect to my computer successfully. However, this particular product does not appear to connect. When I try to connect the mouse, it only shows that the Bluetooth connection is unavailable and displays “Bluetooth Troubleshoot.”I am not sure whether there is a problem with the mouse, the Bluetooth connection, or the settings. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me through the troubleshooting steps and help me resolve this issue.I especially like your company's products, and I have had a very good impression of them. I sincerely hope you can help me solve these issues so that I can continue to enjoy using your products.Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your reply.Best regards, and sorr
My phone still detect the microphone of my Blackshark V2 X but my laptop can’t do the same. When I plugged in the 3.5mm, i can use the headphones to listen sounds but my laptop can’t detect the microphone and still use the mic of AMD. Please help meeee!!!!
Device: Razer Huntsman Mini Analog (RZ03-0434)Synapse version: Razer Synapse 4 (latest version)Issue description:When Razer Synapse 4 is running, the E key on my Huntsman Mini Analog stops sending the normal "E" keyboard input. The issue only happens when Synapse is active:Synapse closed: E key works normally. Synapse running: pressing E produces no "E" input. The E key pressure/analog detection works normally in Synapse. Remapping E to another key (for example C) works correctly, so Synapse can detect the key press. No Hypershift is enabled. I deleted all profiles and tested with the default profile. I completely reinstalled Synapse 4, but the issue remains. This appears to be a Synapse 4 software/input handling issue rather than a hardware problem. Please investigate compatibility between Synapse 4 and Huntsman Mini Analog key input handling.Additional information:I also noticed that some games detect the virtual Xbox 360 controller created by Huntsman Mini Analog. In Marvel Rivals, this
the new headphones i got do not show up when i plug them into my pc and do not show up on the razer app. i have reseted my computer, looked through advanced audio settings, disabled possible conflicting audio inputs, but nothing is working. any tips?

I love how the Razer Kitten v3 Pro usb headphones look, but they cause so much ear pain. The ear cushions with my v2 were wider and more comfortable. I thought about putting them on the v3, but they are much wider, and I don’t think they will fit. I’d appreciate any suggestions.
2023 BSV2Pro and when I plugged it in for the first time it was blinking red in even intervals for several hours. Then It started blinking green but in uneven intervals. Is this normal? It’s been 12+ hours on charge but the uneven blinking won’t stop and turn solid green
I’ve noticed that the volume drops significantly on my BlackShark V3 Pro whenever I enable Low Latency Mode. I’d really like to use this mode—what should I do? Why does this issue occur when using Low Latency Mode via the wireless dongle?
Been checking new reviews about the laptop, while it does seem to offer great things, I just wonder if there is any issues in the long run or should I just find another gaming laptop instead?
Hi!I've got tiny issue with my hammerheads. My 1st one I bought in 2023, few years later they had technical issue, fortunately I had valid warranty and I did get new pair(I think I forgot to register 2nd pair at razer website). Everything was just fine until yesterday. Basically right one stopped working. Light on right one does not flash, can't switch that one on. I try to charge it few times, but looks like it doesn't work. I cleaned the pins, no effect. I'm curious what might be the issue? Could it die? Is anything else I could do to make it run? I've got razer accessories for the last 20 years and never had issue with anything. Razer stuff is durable and allways worked for me for years(if not decades). Any option to fix this issue please?

Hi, my headset (razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed) is squeezing a bit too much on one side, and I was wondering if rotating the earpad 90° is possible without any issues,
Further to my thread on Razer coming down for PAX, I’d like to see a permanent presence in Australia, beyond just online and socials.Last year at PAX it was clear there’s a remote team on the ground, but there’s still no official RazerStore anywhere. I’d love to see one open up in at least Sydney. Being able to try gear in person, get proper demos, and just hang out in a real Razer space would be awesome. Is this something anyone else wants, or just me?Come on Team Aus, let’s rally behind this!
Feel like I'm running in circles on the website trying to find any kind of support. I'm trying to file a warranty claim for my Viper Mini but cannot for the life of me find out how to do it. The website just rambles on about proof of purchase etc and provides no clear way to file a claim. Any links I click to get to 'Support' just loop back to pages I've already read.
