Hi guys, I've had this mouse for about 2/3 years now and now I have to recharge the battery every 1/2 days. Ok, I'm always on the PC, but do you think it's worth keeping it like this until my mouse dies?

Razor web site …. probably due the great many hardware from Razer available its darn confusing to find out what you want. There’s not even a general search option …All them separate software items make it very unclear what you really need, in my case for a Tantarus v2.Once you get around programming macros in my case for a flight simulator i spent 2 days, due the complexity of the synapse v3 and v4 software and the IMO superfluous distraction of unnecessary stuff.PLEASE SIMPLIFY the lot, and just post a OFFLINE specific software tool package for the sake of accessibility. 

Hey all, I have recently got myself the razor kraken v4 headset and the surround sound is not working, I’ve tried activating the 7.1 surround sound by paying for it and even still everything is mono audio, all left and right channel is combined, so if I have someone in game shooting on my left I can hear it on my right too, so it makes it impossible to know direction of noises, anyone know if there is a solution? thanks in advance 

Keyboard will not work w/o synapse, cannot log in to my pc with keyboard, i have made sure that all firmware is current, downloaded the new synapse, still not working. anyone able to help me out?also on windows 11, not sure if that matters 

My Razor Ultimate Blackwidow Keyboard is finally starting to have signifcant wear on it after 13 years I got it back in 2012. So I have been out of the loop with modern keyboards is there a razor keyboard that give me similar feel to what my og keyboard gave me. I believe they keys are MXBLUE switches. 

GreetingsFor quite some time I had issues with my keyboard not registering keystrokes of some keys, so I’ve been thinking of replacing the switches. I’ve tried resetting the keyboard and it’s been cleaned several times a year, but some keys just don’t register the stroke at all and some miss it from time to time. Led lights are on on all the keys. Are the new orange switches compatible with 2016 keyboard, since it’s not RGB? What are the issues I could face in this endeavor?Thank you for the replies.

Hello, I recently switched to the basilisk v3 pro and I love it, the only problem is that the scroll wheel wobbles horizontally and vertically, Is this normal or should I ask for a replacement?

Hello, I am a user of the Razer Synapse software and I have been using it for a while now to customize my Razer peripherals. However, I have noticed that when using the Hypershift function, it can be difficult to identify which buttons have macros assigned to them. I would like to request a new feature in the Razer Synapse software that would allow the individual buttons with macros assigned to them to light up when the Hypershift key is pressed. This would make it much easier to quickly identify and access the macros I have set up. I think this feature would be a valuable addition to the software and would greatly improve the user experience. After windows 11 24h2 update, BlackShark v2 Pro (2020) cannot play sound normally with choosing the “razer thx” sound enhancement in windows setting. After closing it, soundplay was fixed. But closing the sound enhance causes all setting in synapse cannot be adjusted, like eq and something else. Hope it can be fixed soon. 

That’s all I want. Three top buttons, 2 inset buttons, the mouse wheel with the side clicks, a button below the mouse to change profiles, and at least 9 easy to reach buttons for my thumb. Everyone makes mice lacking at least one thing I want. Most of the time they don’t have the third top button, just left and right click. Or they don’t have the two inset buttons by the left click. Or if they have all those then they only have 8 buttons easily reached with the thumb and this annoying slightly pointy plastic bump where the center button would be, and then two more buttons significantly far above them that’s hard to reach.I don’t care about a bajillion DPI, I don’t have a delicate touch, I don’t care about weight, I don’t have a delicate touch so shoving a heavier mouse around is fine, I don’t care if its wired, I outright prefer wired mice anyway, and if I had my way the *PERFECT* mouse would do all this and also be tilted some for that ergonomic-ness. Hello everyone, i have a Viper V3 but i recently discovere that i didn’t have anymore pads under mouse due to overuse i guess. And was wondering if you have any recommandations of reference about that because unfortunately Razer don’t provide replacement for this type of piece. And also , i saw that they provide on top of the mouse and would like to know what if you put them if the mouse because sticky if they goes away ?

If you are having problems with no audio,not paring even when using a wired connection,random disconnection,etc it’s because of the poor build quality.Exterior of the headset looks great but wait until you break it open and look inside.I found out that they skimped out on soldering wires and instead just hot glued them to the boards.It was only a matter of time before it went to garbage.

So, 2 days ago I bought Razer Kraken X Lite, came home and today I wanted to try surround sound, 1st I was having problems with Surround Sound App and I was reinstalling it 5 times, after that I finally installed it, when I wanted to log in it said “No authentication found”, I was searching the fix on Razer Insider but couldn’t find anything, I only found 1 mod that said “Uninstall the app, restart the PC and install it again”, I did that 3 times nothing happened. Please someone help.

I paid 2 amount of razer gold with PayPal to have 35€ for a game, I was waiting few hours to see if this would change, but the status won't change, it stays on pending.The only way I saw on the forums for the other people to get it resolve is to post the exact same problem on this forum.

Hello, I have a question about my razer wireless keyboard and mouse. I've lost the USB key that connected me to my Xbox or computer. How can I get back a wireless connection - is it enough to buy a USB 2.4 key? Or won't it work?If you can help me, I'd be very grateful. Thank you, have a nice evening 

about a year ago, I found that Razer’s THX Spatial Audio (as awesome as the virtual surround sound Razer offers) it still had a problem, which was i had a memory leak on system startup and I know for a fact it was being caused by Razer’s THX software because when I remove the program, the issue is solved. I found a reddit post on this same issue from 3-4 years ago so if you guys STILL haven’t fixed it, that’d be quite sad. That’s why I uninstalled the program then. I wonder if others here can confirm they are having the same issue.But I really hope you guys fix this issue because I miss the THX spatial audio, it is the best virtual surround sound offered today. I’ve tried others like Dolby atmos and DTS. they were not bad, but Razer THX is the best one imo.Anyway, i have 32 GB of ram on my laptop and on system startup i would see my ram usage going up from 8 GB all the way up to 32 GB while my computer is sitting idle. so yea that’s a memory leak.

Soo I try to use my keyboard as wireless for a while but before that I got a problem with battery is not charging up so I thought that might be the reason why I can’t use my 2.4ghz but it still not work, I try to use Razer keyboard pairing utility but it can’t find my USB dongle even tho I changed to different USB port then I try to use, then I also try to update Hyper Speed Dongle it can’t find my dongle when I plug in, I so sad abt it is there any solution through this? or I need a replacement for the dongle? Please help me. I really appriciate for any suggestion.Thanks guys!!
