HiI just bought Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro, and I’m having issue with connecting in via Razer Audio app.It works okay but for some reason its not recognizing the device via app.I’m using an iPhone.Already tried doing basic troubleshooting.Restarting phone Install- Uninstall the app. Forget Device reconnect it again.

My Gen 2 Razer Turret mouse has problems with the left click after 6 years of service o7. I want to know if i can replace it with any other Razer mouse options??? My girlfriend has an Obelisk but for whatever reason, it doesnt work when im using the turret keyboard. I would also get the left click switch replaced if it meant i could keep using my Turret. There is no better setup for couch gaming...

Just setup my Kraken V4 Pro, the headset is connected to the control module but I’m not getting any sound through HyperSpeed Wireless or anything. I’ve ran troubleshooters, made it the default device etc.  Also when pairing through bluetooth it shows in the devices as Paired but as soon as I hit Connect it says it didn’t work and that I should ensure the device is discoverable - it is. Bit frustrating as it’s a lot of money for a headset that doesn’t work on any mode no matter what.

Hello, I need clarification regarding the promotion dedicated to the 20th anniversary of World of Warcraft. On the promotion page https://www.razer.com/campaigns/wow-20th-anniversary, there is a list of items with their corresponding in-game rewards.When adding items like the keyboard and headset to the cart, the promotional items correctly appear as gifts both in the cart and on the checkout page. However, with the RAZER MOUSE DOCK PRO, which is listed on the promotion page, this does not happen. Is this a bug? Can I proceed with the order without concerns? I am interested in purchasing the dock regardless, but I would like to ensure I can also receive the World of Warcraft-related items.Thank you for your support.

I started working from home. I bought a KVM controller, to switch between my work laptop and personal PC. I wanted the chroma items to work when I switched between the two. The laptop is connected to a dock. The pc and Dock are connected to the KVM via HDMI and USB. Considering that I have 10 chroma items I have to use a powered USB hub to connect all of the chroma devices which are connected to the KVM. Everything worked well until I connected the headset base station stand and the Chroma laptop stand. When the PC is on the stand is recognized and lights up but when I switch to the laptop the stand and base station are not recognized. I tried connecting directly to the dock or laptop and it works. But then it will not work for the PC because the hub is the central connection. I thought that the issue was the hub in both devices but I am not sure. Trying to get around this where everything would work. There are other razer stuff I like but I would have the same problem. Any ideas? 

good evening, I purchased the Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed and it worked perfectly on Bluetooth until this eveningI wanted to use the keyboard in bluetooth mode on position 2 by pressing fn+alt+2after doing this all the lights in bluetooth mode are off on the keyboardvia cable or 2.4 GHz it works regularlyI updated the firmware to the latest version, I did the reset with "esc" + "space" + caplock"can you help me?

I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 Edition and I'm having trouble enabling 24-bit audio on my Windows PC. Despite updating the drivers and configuring the settings in Razer Synapse, the option for 24-bit audio does not appear in the Windows sound settings.Could you please provide assistance or troubleshooting steps to help me resolve this issue?

I have changed layouts from AZERTY French keyboard layout to QWERTY US layout.I would like to change the keycaps of my Huntsman Elite RZ03-0187 to match the layout I’m now using.Can I order these somewhere? Or I’m thinking, can I just order the qwerty layout keycaps and change those needed like the number row and symbols? If so, where can I order these?

I would like to ask for help. I have already bought the Rezer Blackshark V2 X headset, but I am having problems with it on my Windows 11. The headset works fine, but I am unable to enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound driver. I have tried many ways to update the audio driver on my motherboard, but I still cannot enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound. I have asked on forums but have not found a solution. Maybe you can help me?  

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse when using the 2.4 GHz connection. The problems are as follows:When I switch to 2.4 GHz mode, the green indicator light does not turn on, and the mouse does not work. The red sensor light remains on even when the mouse is switched off. Sometimes, the mouse does not connect via 2.4 GHz but starts working after a while. The mouse works fine in Bluetooth mode. When it eventually starts working in 2.4 GHz mode, the red sensor light turns off when the mouse is switched off.Since the problem persists, could you provide further assistance or suggest additional troubleshooting steps? If this is a hardware issue, what are my options for repair or replacement?Thank you.

Hi,I own a Huntsman v2 Analog keyboard with optical switches. Recently, the Enter key stopped working properly and roughly 3/4 of actuations are not recognized. I cleaned everything. However, that didn’t help. Is it possible to repair the switch?Any help/answer appreciated.BestBreli

now hear me out i know that you are supposed to get it by email or scratch off the code. i got these razer barracudas from my grandpa and he got that email a long time ago. i didn't think just plugged them in and had fun but i didn't know that i would need this application for things. so i don't know the code and i cant fix the issue with my headphones where they power off automatically. some one please reply with a way to fix the headphones turning off or a way to get into surround sound 7.1.
