Hello everyone,I’ve created this topic in order to seek some help through the razer community.I’ve always been playing with deathadder mouses so a few days ago i decided to step up & get myself a wireless one (deathadder v2 x hyperspeed as the title says).First time i used it, i noticed that i had some connexion issues through the 2.4ghz dongle :When i was clicking, the mouse sometimes wouldn’t click once & some other times react like i was holding the button or clicking twice. Also the mouse wheel was kinda acting crazy & going up or down on its own from time to time without even touching it.I first thought that it was the mouse itself that was factory broken so i returned it & got a new one but still get the same problem.After trying a lot of different fixes i’ve seen on theses forums, the only fix that worked to stabilize the mouse connexion through the 2.4ghz dongle is using the dongle utility from the official website & pairing the mouse to the dongle manually

I have a razer blackwidow chroma v2 Tournament edition. Yesterday i turned on my pc and about 10 min into using it got dead keys in the middle row(caps to h). For first thing i installed synapse, then the keys started  working for a minute but then went dead again. I have tried exiting demo mode, reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers but nothing has worked. Is there any way to save the keyboard or is it now trash?

hi there,i use razer naga pro v2 about 3 month until  now. have a question about low power indicator.i ever use naga pro v1 and cobra pro before, if these mouse battey level reach low level,  razer rgb logo  will blink red repeatly.  but this naga pro v2 i use until 3% battery level,  lighting still static depending light setting i use, it not blinking red for give us a warning for low power and need to charge it asap. but if i log out synapse it will blinking indicate mouse  in low power. i try update synapse today from synapse 3 to 4, and give same result. power already low. but low power indicator not working if synapse on.please need advice for fix this problem

Hello, I had to format the device. It has not installed the THX version after the format and does not detect the use of EQ features. Clean installation etc.Jul. I did. I deleted the application and reinstalled it, but I didn't solve it. Is there another solution?

I bought the Wolverine V3 Pro and it came out defective because it has a fault in the buttons, they remain constantly pressed and prevents movement, it won't let me play because it stays completely stuck in one position

Why can’t the huntsman v2 analog support snap tap? They’re basically identical to the v3’s, so why cant we have it on the v2’s? Wondering if it will be added sooner or later.

I mostly play games but also regularly edit videos and etc. on my blade 16. im thinking about a 4tb ssd upgrade.Im in between ‘Kingston KC3000’ And ‘Samsung 990PRO’KC3000 is double sided on 4tb version but some guides on the net says it will fit but im not sure, which one should i get ?

Hey Everyone, I just bought a Razer Blade 16 and want to upgrade my storage to be dual drive. I was thinking of installing a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro to serve as an OS/Apps drive in one M.2 slot and a 4TB Western Digital BLACK SN850X for all my Game files. Can anyone tell me if this would be a bad idea? Should I go with a matched set of drives instead? Thanks!

Why is my razer viper mini not connecting to synapse 3? I bought a razer viper mini and synapse 3 don’t show the mouse. Also i don’T know if it is because it’s a fake one. I bought it on a reseller. 

I bought the razer blackshark v2x headset on december 16th. I want to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. For this I registered the product and received an activation code. However, the activation code sent to me was not valid. I would like to be given a valid activation code.

I have Philips Hue lights in my study and all of my Razer peripherals have Chroma since I really enjoy the added atmosphere it gives when watching shows and movies. However, with some streaming sites like Disney+ and Crunchyroll, the Chroma is completely unresponsive, but with Netflix it works just fine. I have everything set up correctly in Chroma Studio and have tried both using the services in browser and with desktop apps, it just seems like an issue on specific streaming sites. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Hello! I’ve had my Razer Cynosa Chroma for a few years now, it’s faithfully worked and has been a great addition to my setup. Recently, without provocation, the C key stopped working almost entirely. The C key will activate each of the ALT keys (as seen in the on screen keyboard). The Alt keys work fine by themselves and when pressed do nothing to/with the C key. This makes the C key unusable which I’m sure as you can imagine is a huge issue. It is not a hardware issue, I’ve opened it and cleaned it and it’s been taken care of well. If it were a hardware issue the ALT key would not be activated (both of them) when pressing the C key, to please do not blanketly tell me this and that my warranty is out of date and to kick rocks (basically, be a halfway decent company).  I’m not the only one with this issue. Several forums (reddit and this one as well) are littered with the Cynosa Chroma having this exact issue with the C key. It is clearly an issue with the make/model that has not been a

I bought a used viper v3 pro mouse a few weeks back, and just recently bought the hyperpolling dongle but the dongle will not recognize the mouse (the mouse works fine wired) I updated the firmware of the dongle with HyperPollingDeviceFirmwareUpdater from Razers website. This was able to detect the dongle and update, but after the dongle update when it was time to update the mouse it did not detect the mouse.I updated the mouse with ViperV3Pro_00C100C0_FirmwareUpdater. I first used the “just mouse” update option since backthen I did not have the dongle, but now with the dongle I tried to mouse and dongle option but it did not detect the dongle.Since both devices show up in synapse (different wires ofc) I tried the pair device utility under the hyperpolling dongle which did not detect the mouse.    I saw a comment implying that the viper v3 pro will only work with the dongle it comes with? I would like some assistance if at all possible otherwise im just going to return both and get my

I just got a Barracuda chroma white edition and i intalled thx spatial audio for it but everytime i try to lauch thx or 7.1 spatial audio it says "windows is searching for rzappengine.exe, to locate the file yourself, Click browse" and then after a minute or two switches to say rzappengine was moved nearest match is _____ do you want to fix this shortcut or delete it? but it wont let me fix it and deleteing it does nothing 

I started to use this mouse about a week, and found slightly but it feels like it ticks over something when it does and once I remember it’s there it’s all I think about. This strange feeling even changed the way I hold the mouse, my fingers are now in the air to avoid feeling the shakingI was report the problem to offline dealer, but they think is a normal issue. It's an expensive mouse, it should not have this problem isn’t it?

I bought the Razer Kraken Kitty BT V2 Quartz headphones.The sound in games works great. The problem occurs when I connect to a Discord conversation.Then, only Discord audio works and all other apps are muted.Switching the sound settings to Headset makes me hear all sounds but in very poor quality....Please give me a solution - I want to take full advantage of the headset. Since it's Gaming equipment, I should be able to fully play and at the same time chat with friends on Discord.
