After performing a EC update on my blade 14 to 1.1.1.3, BIOS indicated TPM2.0 device found with firmware version 6.3.However, running tpm.msc would not be able to detect any compatible TPM and system now is not detecting TPM present Did anyone face the same issue? and how did you resolve it?

Every time I restart the pc, or disconnect and reconnect the keyboard, I get this warning in Synapse 4 and sometimes also features like snap tap are disabled again.How do I fix this? I only need the profiles which I configured in Synapse, I don’t need anything configured via the keyboard and can’t remember ever changing something manually over the keyboard. 

I bought new headphones, registered them, but when I enter the activation code, it gives me an error: the code is invalid

My Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed model keyboard was working normally until I put it to charge after that it does not connect to the PC and the RGB light stays on and if I hold the FN key the 12345 keys are lit white 

Hey I got the razer kraken X chinese version where there is no volume button .So im little confused as the kraken Light have the same conditon as mine.But i purchased a kraken X not the light one.So are the kraken X chinese version And kraken X light same? Im eager to knw

Hello,I bought a “Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed” for my son. He can connect it to his Gaming PC and his phone.But he can’t connect it with the Playstation 5.Doesn’t the “Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed” work with the Playstation 5?Do I need to return the headset and purchase the “Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (Playstation)”?Greetings

Hi, everyone- I just got my Razer Barracuda X. However, I've been having some issues. Earlier, I had some issues, which was resolved by myself. Another issue has arose, however. I am utilizing the wireless dongle in order to connect. For some odd reason, when I try to use bluetooth, no sound comes through. I can play something on youtube/spotify for about 30 seconds, then it pauses. I have to wait about two minutes to play it again. If I don't, within the second I unpause the content, it pauses again. This does not happen on bluetooth, however, as I mentioned before, there is no sound on bluetooth. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ☺

When you go to the collbaoration/campaign page, it show some peripherals. One of those is the Razer Mouse Dock ProBut when you go to the page to buy it, it doesn’t show the “gift” sentence/tag as it does in the Razer Naga V2, for exampleDoes it mean Razer forgot to put the tag and i will receive the codes or does it mean that Razer failed on the website node and put a peripheral that doesn’t count for it?

hi, i just wanted to ask a question real quick - i recently bought the seiren v3 chroma, and i was just wondering if i need to plug my headset straight into the mic to have the sidetone, or can i just plug it in normally and still have it? my headset is the razer blackshark v2 special edition if that helps in some way.

Hi, I have the Razer Naga V2 Pro and since a week or two I can't see the battery percentage any longer in the Synapse app, super annoying! How to fix this? I already updated the software and restarted it, etc.  Thank you

Just bought the headset the other day and so far, I do enjoy it. I have the dongle hooked into my PC and was able to use the headset no issue when I got home for several hours before I went to bed. I plugged it in to charge and the indicator light was red. When I woke up, the indicator was alternating between green/yellow. I unplugged and plugged the charge cable back in and got the initial red to charge, and 30 seconds later it goes green. I haven’t been able to recreate that yellow/green light and I can’t find anything about it. It does have the latest firmware and also the charger is a powered USB hub that I use all the time.Thank you

Hey guys, hoping someone can help. My TW earbuds have been working fine since I got them a couple of years ago. Yesterday I used them on my lunch break, and put them on charge after (worked fine). About 3 hours later I finished up for the day, and went to play music but the right earbud doesn’t light up or anything.Got home, put them in charge and tried a couple of other solutions (nothing invasive) but still it’s not lighting up/working. I’ve seen from glancing the web a few people have had this issue and wondered if anyone knew of a fix? Appreciate any help you can give - happy to give more information if needed.

I bought this headphones after one of my old pairs broke, I use the audio jack that it comes with because wireless headsets suck. So, anyway, when I’m playing a game with a friend, my mic will cut out after a certain amount of time, and I have to rejoin the discord call to fix it. I never had this issue until now, and it’s very weird. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it? For context, my headphones are a (wireless) Razer Barracuda X headset, and I use the attachable mic and the wire that comes with it to use for wired headphones. I got it for $69 or so dollars at walmart. Do you guys have any help?

Good day, I have a problem. On December 16, a friend gave me headphones (Razor Blackshark V2 X). He ordered them through a local marketplace. I didn't find my 7.1 surround sound activation key. I tried to register the headphones via Razer ID, but they wrote to me because the headphones were already registered. I have the box, all the other papers, the headphones themselves and the purchase receipt. Can you do something about this?

Hi I have Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and switch button is not doing anything. I have updated the firmware to latest. when I turn-on my headset it’s trying to connect to Bluetooth source by default. I double press the switch button any its still stuck trying to connect to bluetooth. only way for it to connect to wireless dongle is; I have to plug and unplug the dongle from my PC. I’ve realized that eq switch button is not doing any function. its not switching between different EQ modes also its not switching between the audio sources.  can somebody help?
