Hello,I am thinking of investing in a stylus to acompany me in my studies.Can I use an Active Stylus pen (e.g. ASUS Pen SA201H, or any Universal PRECISE stylus that can connect to my blade) with my Razer Blade Advanced model 15" (2021) rz09-0409 (UHD touch screen)?I have searched a bit into it but cannot stumble upon anything informative.Thanks, have a great day. 

This is my personal experience and im not a professional. This is for people who want to lower the temperature but keep good performance Since i got the razer blade 14 about a year ago, i’ve had a great experience using the laptop. Although the screen is a bit small for hours of work. This laptop is super powerful to the point where i dont see any difference in performance compared to my main desktop computer. The only issue that comes up is high cpu temperatures while playing pretty much any game. The way i fixed this issue for myself is as follows: Lower the screen resolution for all games to 1920x 1080 (no noticeable change in quality) and set fps limit to 60. With 4k res u get higher sharpness but its really intense on laptop. You can set higher fps on competitive games. But dont set it to unlimited. Nobody needs 400 fps. 2. I have a Blade 15 (2023). 13800h, 4060, 64GB RAM. It has started to freeze intermittently and become really hot to touch when gaming.I recently was playing WoW classic and GPU was getting up between 75c to 80c. Not hot for this laptop but I wouldnt expect it to heat as much as it has for such an old game. I set the graphics to as low as they'd go to look for an improvement and got none.I have an Asus Zenbook 14 for work. I9 ultra 185, integrated GPU, 32GB RAM. I installed it on this to see if I can get the same temps but the system ran cool. Fans barely came on. Installed on my steam deck and little to no heat build up also.I am on the original factory image and updated to last available stable patches in windows.Any help or pointers appreciated. 

What do you guys think of these 2 mouses? Every razer product i bought, I didn't have any problem ever. Now I use deathadder for FPS and basilisk for MOBA. 

Hi all.  Does anyone know of a way to increase the range of a wifi headset, Black Shark V2 (2020) in my case,  without running a cable from the computer to move the location of the dongle?  Is there a Wifi extender out there that will work with devices that aren’t on the network?  So far I haven’t come up with anything which amazes me. It would be great to be able to get more than 20 ft away from my PC without losing signal.

My Windows 10 computer will pair but not connect and the blue light stays blinking. My phone says "pairing rejected". Connecting USB gives a USB device not recognized warning. If I use the 3.5mm, it works like it should. I can't get the firmware update to recognize them, so no help there. Any other clever things to try or do I need to resign myself to corded only use for this set?

If you plan on buying this headset for gaming on your PS5 or XBOX. DO NOT BUY IT. RETURN IT IF YOU CAN. Razer completely got this one wrong. The frequency which the dongle uses competes with the frequency of the controllers. So either you mic or spund quality will degrade. You will sound like it is very far away or underwater and muffled, or your controller will start to lag and do things on its own and make you think you have drift.  It's very frustrating because I love Razer but they got this wrong and they are NOT addressing this issue. I've been dealing back and forth with support and they just want to keep sending RMAs. I've asked to send back the device so I can get a refund so i can buy a different headset but they are just trying to replace the device and it's making me lose faith in the company. So much for built by Gamers for Gamers. 

How to earn razer gold?

I made a complain on a purchased Razer Gold card and accidentally scratched off 6 of the numbers, making it difficult to decipher. I reached to the customer service team, and they got back to me saying the card was used, but I don’t understand how possible anyone could use a card that the 16 digit code are not complete ??  Could razor Gold be a scam

I usually use speakers, but Razer Synapse 4 changes my default audio device every time I turn it on.My microphone is often changed to the headset microphone, but my main microphone is actually the Razer Seiren Mini. Since it doesn't support Razer Synapse, it doesn't get set as the default microphone on startup. This means that Razer Synapse 4 not only changes the default audio device on startup, but it also only changes to devices supported by Razer Synapse 4.Additionally, the device changes made by Razer Synapse 4 seem completely random. My headset has two modes: Game mode and Chat mode. Sometimes it changes to the low-quality Chat mode, and other times to the Game mode. And these are just two options. If I were to buy more Razer audio devices, it would be disaster upon disaster. Imagine the chaos of having Synapse randomly choose a default device among three or more options every time I start my computer.

The damned GDP of CHINA (it’s an OBSCENE total lol) is CHEAPER than these EXTREMELY OVERPRICED peripherals. Then factor in that MOST of the hardware has many, many issues that they seem to not care about fixing as much as releasing new software versions and the SAME bugs STILL EXIST. My issue specififcally right now is the NumPad on the right of my Cynosa Lite DOES NOT WORK PERIOD!!!!!!! Not to mention ANOTHER Razer affiliated company (Govee) advertised lights that are SUPPOSED to be WiFi & BT enabled and supported as well as interfacing with Synapse… They misrepresented the item as it DOES NOT support WiFi at all so buying them specifically for the features advertised was a total waste….  I mean Ive found threads that are FIVE YEARS OLD & the SAME ISSUE still exists. Get with the f**Kin program already…..

I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed mouse, which came with a HyperSpeed Wireless USB dongle. My previous mouse is a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. Can I use the HyperSpeed Wireless USB dongle I have with my old Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse?I haven't been able to get used to the DeathAdder mouse and would like to use my old mouse with the HyperSpeed dongle. However, in the Razer Synapse 3 software, I can't see the HyperSpeed USB dongle listed under devices.I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this.

Hello Razer I experiencing issues with the headset with it disconnecting. I cleaned out the audio port and evreything but it still keeps on doing that. If I close my Razer synapse app it resolves the issue but that's sad because I would like to keep it collored. I looked up on google how to fix it and I tried evreything and I see otehr peole having the problem too! the serial number of my headset isHN2048D11904310

My laptop fans seem to spin wildly all the time; some days, they get so loud it almost sounds like a jumbo jet flying past.These are my performance settings, which I use because I primarily rely on this laptop for Architecture (mainly Revit Architecture), and at times I have TWINMOTION running as well. I understand that when both of these applications are open, the laptop needs the extra fan speed to keep the system cool. However, I’ve noticed that even when I’m just browsing the web, the fans still spin loudly for no apparent reason.
