hello, i recently got a razer keyboard and mouse, so as natural, when  brought with the option i installed razer sypnase and razer cortex, along with some modules etc such as THX Spatial Audio, but when i clicked on it nothing happened, so i tried to fix it and opted to uninstall it to then re download it as i do with other applications. But unfortunately, i can not for the life of me find a way to reinstall it, so im quite perplexed,  is it not possible  to reinstall it?Thank you to whoever responds.

Hello, please tell me I bought a new mouse in a very famous store in Ukraine. The mouse worked for about 3 months without problems and then it stopped turning on. I tried everything, updated the mouse firmware, windows razer synapse. I reset the mouse in the device manager, nothing helps. Please tell me how I can solve this problem with you because I lost the receipt for this product and I can contact the store. I saw that I need my mouse so that they send me a working one. How long will I have to wait, I'm a schoolchild and I don't have money for a new mouse, and if I send you a mouse I won't have a mouse to use. Help

As the title stated above, I have this issue where whenever I double tap both left and right earbuds to change songs, all I hear is the beep sound (same beep sound when you pair the two earbuds together), but it only does when I connect with the USB Dongle. It works fine for the Bluetooth connection though. I would like to know what is the issue here and fix it.Does anybody have this same issue? Let me know.P/S: I have checked for the firmware upgrade and it's on the latest version including the dongle.P/S 2: I have paired using the pairing utility on the desktop.

I have a problem with my razer viper 8k scroll wheel. When i scroll down or upp it goes in the other direction in one stage of the scroll wheel and then it goes the right direction again. It happens everytime i scroll. I already try switching computer, reinstall the device in device manager and try updating the firmware but nothing worked.If someone know how to fix this pls comment because it's really annoying when it does that everytime.

Razer I am begging you for a mercury keyboard in a Uk layout, a limited batch even or a way to alter a us keyboard to a UK layout. I know I am not the only one desperate for a mercury theme keyboard in the UK. Please can this one day become a reality

So i just got the new KB, and took it to a friends to play, in my backpack. I got home and not the keyboard is just sending a wave of colors left to right, i've uninstalled Synapse, and reinstalled it. It will not connect BT, and no matter what i do, when i type on it, the colors turn off, and nothing happens. Is there is key lock or something? Im lost on what to do next, and i cannot find anything on this issue.

I have an Idea for a third Wolverine V3 Variant . But First lets Talk a little about my Razer experience first . Since my Xbox one i earned many Controllers from Xbox to thrustmaster and Razer . I love the extra shoulder Buttons and backpaddles  of the First and second Wolverine generations ,but with the Wolverine V3 that changed . Everything of the new Controller is very good but i dont Like the new Back Buttons because they are to near together on each Side . Each time i pressed one of the Back Buttons i Pressed both of one Side because of my Long Fingers . I only use the m1/m2 shoulder Buttons and the m3/m4 Back paddles on my V2 . So i thought about bringing a Controller between the Tournament edition and the pro edition with Just the m1/m2 shoulder Buttons and the m3/m4 buttons ,the exchangeable Stick Caps and the triggerstops of the pro Version but with a wired connection Like the Tournament edition . It would make me very sad to leave Razer when the V2 chroma Controllers Run Out

Hello everyone,I would like to explain my problem to you and that is actually, if you look at it from the point of view of time, extreme or actually not justifiable on the part of Razer. Here's the thing: 10 years ago I tested Razer mice and kept sending them back for the reason I'll tell you in a moment. 10 years later, the same problem still exists and the mouse costs 160€. That can not be …So. I hold my mouse in the palm grip, but with Razer mice due to the shape, my index finger, which I use to press the left mouse button, protrudes 2cm beyond the button. Means if I press the left mouse button, then I press it at the very front on the edge. Since Razer mice have relatively long mouse buttons and the switch sits in the middle, it doesn't recognize every keystroke I make. When I play CSGO and give 20 mouse clicks with the Glock, the mouse stops shooting at least once for 1-2 seconds. The switch doesn't register my mouse click on the front edge of the mouse button. Okay so my charger has be white for a while now and then it goes orange for a few then back to white for about a hour I thought you could leave the controller on and it has the safety thing so it won’t over charge ???why is it doing this will it ruin my controller 

I've had a Basilisk Ultimate for nearly two years and the grips are pretty worn down now. I was wondering if anyone knew if/how/where I could get a replacement shell for it? I'm not looking for tape or anything, I want to actually replace the side grips or the entire shell.

Hi all, Would like to ask for suggestion on gaming mice.I had been using Abyssus 2014 for 10 years (best quality mouse !) and finally the right click button (top cover) has cracked :-(Planning to get a new mice, but I am not sure how to choose between the different product line.Wonder if anyone can give an explanation on the difference between Deathadder and Viper ? I am looking into Cobra and Basillik too, and it seems cobra is way too expensive ><

Is there a key combo I'm missing that my cat may have accidently pressed? I seen that Fn+F8 was supposed to toggle this but it didn't. Windows Gaming Mode is off as well, and Filter Keys isn't on either.
