Hello. I have problem with headphones (razer kraken with usb cotroller), I bought them like 3 years ago. There was a good. But 1 week ago my micro stopped working. I tried reinstall drivers, changeing port ,  uptades synapse an d win etc. I tried to connect Razers to port mini jack microphone and micro was working. I tried to connect the other headphones (steelseries headphones) to the cotroller usb and  microphone works. Someone had problem with this? (sorry for english) Please help!!!

Earlier today the lighting on blackwidow te v2 just stopped working after a restart on my pc, the keyboard still works when typing on it and so do the function keys but the caps lock and scroll lock keys dont illuminate, synpase still recognises it and so does windows in device manager, has this happened to anyone with this keyboard before and is it fixable?

how do i control the volume it seems not right to me when the max volume is not that loud.

Hey there, basically title. The Headset is 3 years old, and the bluetooth stopped connecting (it doesn't seem to find the 2,4ghz usb port which you plug into the pc, have tried 2 different laptops).Plugging in the headset via jack makes it work as a headphone, but not the microphone. Once it's plugged in I also cannot 'start' the headset using the on button, and the mic that usually has a red light on isn't glowing.Any ideas? Shouldn't the mic be working via jack input? 

During normal use my Blackshark V2 pro ran out of battery and even though it has been plugged in for 20 minutes it is no longer charging, wont turn on, and doesnt show a charging light.I bought the headphones in 2021 so they are no longer in warranty.They have been really inconsistent while charging recently as they seem to rapidly make the connect and disconnect noise at random while plugged in.Is it most likely a cord or headphone problem? I don't have any micro USB cords lying around so I cant test it.

Hello guys! Looking for procurement help; I used to have a black widows ultimate stealth which was very quiet for a mechanical keyboard, unfortunately it broke down - upon which I bought Razer Blackwidow V3, which is...very loud. For the peace of my marriage and left-handedeness requiring the full keypad on the right side - Which fullscale modern razer keyboard is the quietest? I really need to buy something with less sound.  Kind regards,J

As explained in the title, whenever I try to redeem my silver (I chose France), it redirects me towards the Spanish website of Razer, no matter what I do. I disabled my adblockers/VPN everything is off. Yet I still cannot, for the life of me, finish this order ahah.Anyone having the same issue? Could I potentitally have a direct chat with a staff member to fix this issue with them?PS: I tried changing browsers, didn’t do anything.

Today I bought a Razer blackshark v2 x and tried it on the PC and everything worked without problems, but when I tried it on the Xbox Series I found that there no problems with the sound and I could hear games and people normally, but my voice did not appear through the microphone at all, as if I had muted the microphone even though it was not muted**(Note: The microphone works well on a PC and its sound is clear)

Recent update on my headsets caused my trebles to be extremely high. I cannot lower it or turn it off and everytime someone talks, I hear a treble in their voice. Currently I cannot set up nice audio settings to lower the treble.Is anyone experiencing the same issues?

Hi there and thx for the add.Today I boght a Blackshark V2 Headset and the sound in CS2 is just shit. There is no THX tournament modus right? I´ve changed a lot of settings in game and also in the synapse app. Is just a bad sound.. Could anybody give me some settings which are great to play. After 10 years I´ve switches from my old Logitech to a Razer HS. But I am really thinking about giving this thing back and take my old Logitech. :(  

I get extreme fps drops even in the title screen from a dpi higher than 400 the higher the worse. I have the razor viper 8k. Does anyone know how to fix it? Note i have a ryzen 7 5800x polling rates don't effect said drop

I’m trying to understand how to use this controller on my PC in the wired mode because it doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried looking online for anything relating to this issue but can't seem to find anything that helps or is associated to this controller. Is there a certain software I can't seem to find that the PC requires in order to operate in the wired mode? It works fine majority of the time it's in wireless mode on the PC but I’m trying to use it so its wired and have no latency or connectivity issues say for example being the last squad mate alive in a warzone match and then it happens to drift at a very unwanted time (it happened to me).I would greatly appreciate some help!Thanks! 😅

Hi! I was hoping someone could help me or point me in the right direction. I just got the new update for synapse and noticed they released the pre-set eq’s for the older blackshark v2 pros. I was just curious if razer has released what the actual frequency range was for CSGO / cs2? Like, I would like to know what the actual settings are on the EQ’s and use that as a base to kind of tweak it to my own.Thank you!
