bonsoir, j’ai un petit soucis je n’arrive pas a trouver le code d’activation pour razer appengine 7.1 malgre que j’ai enregistrer mon casque et fournis une preuve d’achat mais malgre tout je vois mon produit sur mon tableau de bords mais je ne retrouve le code d’activation nul part ainsi que dans ma boite mail 

Hello,I own a Razer Blade Advanced 2019 model with RTX 2080 MAX-Q - System SKU RZ09-02888E92. Since its purchase in 2019, I have experienced no performance issues. I've upgraded it with a new 16GB memory module and replaced the SSD with a Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB.Everything has been working flawlessly, as expected.However, I primarily use the notebook for playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and recently I've switched to playing Counter Strike 2. While playing CS:GO, I was able to use high video quality settings without any issues. But now, in CS2, my FPS does not exceed 160, even when I adjust the settings to the minimum for competitive mode.I have upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which resulted in a slight improvement. I have also ensured that all drivers are up to date.BIOS Version/Date    Razer 1.05, 16/05/2019 I would appreciate any assistance or recommendations on how to enhance the performance. Was there an update recently? Because my mouse is starting to have a problem with the wheel.I have a Razer Basilisk v3 mouse and now, even though I have infinite scrolling disabled, the mouse does it every time I turn the wheel with relative force.I doubt it's a hardware problem because it's fixed after creating a new profile and deleting it, but it's something I have to do every time I turn on the PC starting today. Anyone else with this same problem? 

So i'm wondering if the newly released Blackshark V2 Pro for the Playstation/Xbox uses an independent volume control that has a min and max turn radius like the older Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 edition. The reason i'm asking is because i had the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition, but the static in them was unbearable on PC because the gain was maxed out internally in the headset and the volume was synced to the Windows volume. I want to get the new Blackshark V2 Pro's, but only if they aren't synced to the Windows volume when using them on PC. Has anyone tried them on PC and can confirm if it is synced to the Windows volume or not?

Well, I am about to buy a new laptop (my old laptop uses an HDD). I am really torn between a laptop with an HDD and VGA card, or one with an SSD and VGA card. Is there a significant difference between the two, considering the price difference is quite substantial? For those of you who play games on a laptop with an SSD, could you share your experiences with me? Any suggestions for what I should buy?

Long story short, my Huntsman V2 Pro has water damage or something and I want to upgrade to an analog keyboard specifically for playing games like Rocket league and Forza Horizon 5. I saw that Razer released a new Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless and I was wondering what’s different about Gen 2? The descriptions and images they use in the product pages for V3 and V2 are identical, which leads me to question what’s the point of gen 2? What was actually upgraded? And if gen 2 is better than gen 1, is it also better than a wooting keyboard? I’m trying to find out the answer soon because my keyboard is broken and I need a new one ASAP no rocky. Why is my Kraken Tournament Edition now ineligible for 7.1 when it has been in the past?  I even set-up the sound the way that works for me.  I can’t even get the activation code to unlock 7.1 for a 7.1 headset.  Now all the headset is good for is stereo since the THX Spatial Audio does not sound  any different.

My friend who lives in the US had gifted me a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition, it was with the THX spatial audio cable and the booklet with the activation code. I had kept it somewhere in my room and now I could only find the headset without the THX cable and the booklet with the activation code. I had registered the product online and now I can't request the activation code again cuz it says that the product is ineligible. What am I supposed to do now? Also, the THX cable was misplaced too so can I get a replacement on that cable? And Is there any way to make 7.1 surround sound work? 

After Windows 11 v.10.0.22631.3880 update (incl. KB5039895 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 and Windows 11, version 23H2) followed by the clean install  of RAZER Synapse v3.9.630.62714, my mouse RAZER BASILISK V3 is unable to store profiles or Cycle Up profiles on mouse board memory.

My Baracuda X headphones  2021 stop working so i get new one 2022. Can I force old recover to work with new headphones (reciver now is with usb C in midddle)For now only I can use is new reciver Thanks

I just bought the razer blackshark v2 pro wireless today (no Bluetooth) and was trying then on my ps5. They kept disconnecting everytime I move my head a few inches away from the dongle. I tried on different ports and on my pc and still same issue. I paid a lot of money for those headphones anyone knows a fix ?

I recently noticed the seat teats forward and doesn’t stay in place when I tilt it back.Its like the cyclinder is missing something to hold in place.When i sit on the chair i feel like I’m slowly sliding forward off at a 35 degree angle.Can I weld it in place? lol

I recently purchased the Basilisk V3 Pro with the wireless charging station. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now. When I first got it, I had a hard time getting it to charge wirelessly but after unplugging the doc and reinserting the puck, it started to work.  2 days ago, it was to about 4% battery so I put it on the charger during my break and it charged up a bit. The dock lit up red and went up to about 10%. All good there. I finished my workday and put it back on the charger. Again, it lit up red like it was charging. I left it alone and when I went to use it today, the dock was cycling through the colors and the mouse is unresponsive. I have unplugged and replugged the dock, removed the charging puck, cleaned the pins, and put it back on the charger. Nothing. So I plugged it in via USB to my computer to try that. Again, nothing. I have also tried the reset with the left, right, and center buttons but it didn’t do anything either. I’m fairly confident its completely dead since it was

Anyone know how to find the 7.1 surround sound activation code if I threw away my packaging for my barracuda x headphones? I also threw away my receipt so I cannot give proof of purchase either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are various button caps in online stores. They are similar, but they cannot be replaced by kitsune button caps. If the button cap gets damaged over time, can I buy only the button cap separately? I hope we sell button caps separately.

hi there,ihave a blackwidow v4 and while gaming the keyboard very often is lagging...For example whille using W,A,S,D keys for movement in game it seems that its long pressing the buttons and delays a lot.Sticky keys deactivated.Firmware last version-delleted and installed synapse again poll rate 1000….Tried diffent usb ports stilll the same...Any idea what could be happening ?

Hi,I spilled beer all over my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and while no damage was done and I cleaned all the keycaps the keys are sticky. I read that this is a hot-swappable keyboard.Does that mean I can remove the keys without desoldering? How do I remove the keys is there a video?Many thanks!
