how can I force a firmware update to reinstall on my huntsman TE after it a previous successful install

Hello I would like to know if it is possible to connect the soundbar to a PC for light control with synapse but for the sound to come from the screen (only having a 3.5 inch jack)I know that there are USB C to USB C and jack adapters) thank you for your help

My razer viper ultimate is skipping when I use it wirelessly on my Xbox via the charging dock after some time and it becomes unplayable. This has been happening on both of my xbox's with the same mouse since I bought it like 2 years ago. It works perfectly only on PC and also works fine when I use wired connection on my Xbox. Please help me fix it.

I bought this keyboard a few days ago and turns out it doesn’t work when I turn on my pc. For It to work, I have to disconnect the cable and plug it back in. I’ve updated drivers for everything on my PC, I’ve also updated the firmware on the keyboard yet it doesn’t work properly. Also tried with a different cable but same outcome. Any solution or idea on what it could be? Keyboard model: RZ03-03390

I broke my deathadder v2 x hyperspeed dongle. Can I find a replaceable dongle or do I have to buy a new one  ? I won't use BT as I use it for gaming.

I need to replace my mic and I lost it and I need to get a new one. Where can I order get a mic?

My keyboard won’t work and every time I click on it when plugged up it sends a ripple of green light throughout the keys, I’ve tried to plug it to a different USB in the pc but that hasn’t worked either.

I’ve had my Leviathan 5.1 for just under two years.  Some of the LED indicators just stopped working randomly: the Aux in and EQ indicators don’t light up anymore, while the Opt and Bluetooth indicators work fine.  Button LEDs also all work. Has anyone had this issue?  Any suggestions on what to try?  I’ve power cycled a bunch of times, disconnected everything overnight, reset by holding the mute button multiple times, and no luck.

So I currently have a Razer RZ02-01910700-R3M1 Goliathus Large Gaming Mouse Pad,  now the dimensions say: ‎44.4 x 35.5 x 0.3 cm; 330 g  I’m wondering what mouse mat is similar to this? as I’ve had this one a while now and whilst it’s lasted me a long time it’s starting to show and upon looking I’ve seen they’ve ceased the current but the new one the dimension seem different? (unless im reading it wrong?) so im confused there. it’s always been a good sized mat for my desk so I don’t know if anyone knows if there is something similar size or exact, that’s not going to be  breaking the bank? 😅thankyou !

I downloaded squads and was playing it for the first time. While in the tutorial my headset beeped once, and then the sound was off. I have had my fair share of issues with these over the years, so i assumed it was a simple fix. however after trying all the things i normally would it still wasn't working. The blue light is blinking, and its not recognized. Through googling i found i probably needed to pair it again. This seemed to work, or so i thought. So i tried to play squads again. Joined a server this time, and then realized i couldn't talk, it said no input device. I tried to talk a few time, and then no sound. Well now i have tried to recover it using razer tool, re pair it with 2 separate dongles multiple times on 2 computers. At this point the when i plug in the dongle that is pair it will either not recognize, recognize it for half a second then unrecognized it like 3 times before just not recognizing it fully or it will recognize it and then when i play sound it immediately

Hi, I have the anzu for almost a year. The battery life is getting really poor and I am considering replacing the battery as I did made a prescription lens for it to be used longer. Just want to check if anyone done that and if there is a guide, diagram or video on it. 

I plug it in and it lights up and the keys work but the option to change the input from controller to keyboard doesn’t show up

I have just bought a blade 18 I have a blade 17 pro. Can I use the power supply for the 17 without blowing up the 18 ?? Thanks

I was trying to find the Dedicated GPU only mode，and i couldn't find itAs the website shows that this specific model (Rz09-0314x) has Dedicated GPU only mode,but i couldn't find it in neither Synapse and NV control panel nor bios.Any answer will be appreciate.

I have my Razer Blade 14 at my desk connected to an external monitor for the most part however I use my Razer Blade 14 for school and have to unplug everything from it every time I go to class. Because of this I am looking for a one cable solution, in the form of a docking station, where I can just plug and unplug one cord to leave for class. Does anybody have any recommendations? I need the station to charge my laptop, have a ethernet port, a port for my peripherals connection and connections that would allow me to get at least 144hz on a 1080p monitor and 144hz on a 1440p monitor. Is this even possible to find? Preferably under $200 but could go up to $300. 

Hello guys, I just bought a deathadder Essential, I assume the one with the plastic cable. Question is:Is it still a problem with these mice or is it solved?I seen hundred of reviews stating that after some months the whell starts acting up.I don't want to keep RMA if it is a common problem.. I know its a cheap mouse, but still, want to avoid the troubleIve used a A4tech mouse for more than 10 years and the only problem was the cable started to fall apartThanks! 

I've just received my new Basilisk Ultimate and out of the box the right button was malfunctioning. The switch didnt even activate whenever I've pressed on the right side of the button or closer to the end. I can still get an easy refund so I don't want to open it up. Is there anything that can be done to fix this easily or am I just cooked?
