Hi, I am a little confused about the hyperflux mat. If I understand correctly, if I have the wireless puck for the razer naga v2 pro, will this mouse mat charge the mouse without any need of a wire or dock?  

when i go to activate my kraken 7.1 phone code it says it has already been used would it be possible to send me another one? to turn on my headset and leave it at 100%

Id love to see a new keycap set for those of us who really wanna illuminate our RGB setups, as someone whos owned the standard, phantom black and white sets id love to see a key cap set thats completely clear with the letters printed in black on the top of the keys nice and bold, maybe even add the addition of getting added keys for the tartarus v2 pro and if u have a full keyboard+5 the ability to get the 5 keys on the far left a clear cap as well

My deathadder v2 x hyperspeed is not working when i hold the mouse and try to click, it doesn’t click, the “cape” of this mouse is not connecting all I think how do I buy a new one?

Hello everyone , i just bought this keyboard , have the yellow switches version ,  for now its working pretty well , makes a bit of noise but i guess that's normal. For some reason i ended here on forum and i got PRETTY SCARED with all those posts with people with problems  , this is my first mechanical keyboard and first razer product , but to be100% honest , after i saw all those posts with people with switches problems makes me want go to store tomorrow and ask for a refund. Im really really scared this happens to me too , what do you guys advise me to do ?

Hello, I have a Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard. Lately she has started to switch off on her own. Simply reconnecting helped. She recently started spamming. For example, you start typing a word and it just spams some letter. I removed the driver and reconnected the keyboard. This used to help, the driver was downloaded again and ok. But now the driver is not downloading. An error pops up: "The USB device is not recognized. The last USB device connected to this computer is not working correctly, and Windows cannot recognize it." I looked at the manual from your company and it recommended updating the firmware with a special utility. I said for my keyboard, but I can’t update the firmware, because now the program doesn’t see the keyboard. The system itself doesn’t see it either, since I deleted the driver. And when connecting the keyboard it gives an error. This error has popped up before and I also removed the driver. But I tried several times to connect to other ports too. The twentieth time

Hello. I have a problem with my mouse its displaying a blue light and when i change it the light on the app changed but not on the mouse

I’m considering purchasing a Razer Atlas since I can get it cheaper compared to other glass mousepads. However, when trying out the surface at a store the noise was intolerable depending on the skates. For example, worn in stock Deathadder V3 skates were horrendous, but fresh skates on the Viper V3 were fine. If I were to purchase one, I would be using obsidians (dots or the full skate) with my Outset AX. Can anyone comment on the noise with the Atlas?

I have a blackshark v2 pro 2023 so it is using hyperspeed dongle. Now i want the basilisk v3 pro which also uses hyperspeed dongle. Will they cause interference with each other if i have two hyperspeed devices and two hyperspeed dongles connected to my pc.

I have recently started using this gaming chair purchased from a local Currys. The chair had been purchased within the year and I’m worried it will be explained away with misuse/neglect. I’ve looked after all my Razer gear which I’ve had for years but I’m now back on my old gaming chair which I’ve had for even longer with no issue. I’m 72kg and have only been using it for a few months and it was only a couple months of use before the cylinder started sinking into the ground until now I cannot roll it around. I am not interesting in money back but I would like it repaired although, I am aware that this product is discontinued. How likely is this outcome?

I want to have the Audio Visualizer react ONLY to Spotify, and not to the entire audio of my PC (i.e. Discord, a game I am playing, etc.); is this even possible? I have tried setting the Visualizer to work on my virtual cable, but that would require me to have Spotify also on that output, and I can't listen to that and my default playback both at the same time. I've spent hours trying to figure this out and I give up.

Hello, I have just unpacked my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (1st Gen) and they are brand new.They won't connect, no matter what device (iOS, Android, PC).I've tried everything I can find on the internet, the headphones don't make any sound or anything like that. The case is fully charged (green light) and I've been trying for over 2 hours now.Anyone got a solution?Thanks in advance

My razer headset has a weird issue. the mic works and my voice is being detected but my audio doesn't seem to work. however, the only time it was able to work was in razer synapse when testing the audio with the DEMO video. the headset has an audio card and lost with what to do as it worked just last night
