HOW TO CONNECT V2 HYPERSPEED DONGLE THROUGH 3.5 MM CABLE TO PHONE

Hi all, anyone able to advise on this?For e.g if i want to connect a Blackshark V2 Pro to my iphone via Type C to Type C. is it possible? reason for doing so is just so, my battery is flat and i want to have an option to use it wired.

Other than ear styles what is performance difference between the Kraken Kitty V2 and V2 Pro?

I just got my kraken v3 hypersense headphonrd but when ever I plug in my windows 11 the volume setting is not saving and going back down to 0 which I have to fix evey time. This is getting annoying for me. what is causing this to happen? I think this could be the THX spatial which is selected evey time I Plug my headphone, I still not understand why this happens.

Recently I’ve been looking into getting a dock for my Blade 15 purely because I want to minimize the amount of wires hanging off my laptop,  my question is can plugging it through the thunderbolt 3 port via a dock be sufficient enough to power my laptop during gaming without damaging it? or will i have to keep it plugged in via its original powerbrick. I’ve looked online and it apparently it might cause some damage to the battery if i were to hit my laptop with a heavy load while gaming while only being powered through a thunderbolt 3 dock, something about the 100watts not enough to power the system entirely and it needing to draw from the battery aswell.I just wanted to ask before making a decision since i recently bought this laptop and I don’t want it to be damaged because of a uninformed decision i make.My Blade 15 is the 2020 base model (RZ09-03286E22)

So I bought the razer kraken x and installed the 7.1 surround sound, but my pair didn't come with a scratch off note, I even tried to register my device on razer id and got no activation code on my gmail.

Windows 11Using Blackshark V2, other than the popping sound I have that others have already reported, it worked fine including the THX Spatial Audio, until recently Razer Razer has been pushing out update after update, I see also where there is some mention of a “new” synapse, so maybe all these updates are linked to that. Also, the THX application is involved.At any rate, over the past few days the software constantly disconnects, and takes down everything with it, when it happens you can’t see any other speakers or microphones. Bought with the hyper polling  dongle and it wont work watched every video there is tried each different cord updated the mouse and the software without any luck the black box wont show up in the synapse app to connect to dont know if its a faulty product?

So i have this problem where Synapse software reboots my pc after gaming for a while,after uninstalling the software i don’t have that problem anymore.Anyone else have this problem with the software and how did you solved it.My mouse is Razer DeathAdder Essential.Thanks 

I have a Naga Pro - I thinnk it's the V1 but I'm not sure because Razer's site won't tell me anything about the mouse other than its support has expired and they don't want to talk to me.I just moved and somehow I lost the 12 button plate. So now all I have the 6 and old school mouse back/forward button ones. Does anyone know where on the Razer site (if at all) they sell the 12 button one? I tried looking myself but all I found were stupid things like the wireless dock.

Hi, I am facing problem when setting my polling rate above 1000 HZ, mouse speed moves sometimes fast and sometimes slow.I tried all troubleshooting suggested in the link How to resolve Razer mouse tracking issues and still the same,Firmware updated or both Razer Viper V2 pro and Razer hyper polling wireless dongle.This issue I faced while playing Call of Duty MW3.

Hello my Mamba Elite was working all the times fine. I was for few minutes away from the pc and when i come back the leds are off. First i was thinking somethings happens with synapse but also the mouse cursor disappears and now its not working anymore. Hope someone could help me. Also trying other usb ports.

I bought 2 razer gift card at the store and when scratching I mistakenly scratched off 4 digit on both cards what can I do to get the card back to use please help

I accidentally deleted the 7.1 Surround Sound output device.Because of this, I couldn't hear the stereo sound and I couldn't use the microphone.What can I do to get it back? 

Hi, I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse and tried to run a simple macro and it keeps looping. I uninstalled Razer synapse software and reinstalled a fresh version. Also downloaded the latest firmware (v1.02.00).The macro was 7,left mouse,2 (set up for play once only)But when it runs the 2 keeps repeating (eg 722222222222222222222222222222222222)How do you stop the macro from looping?

My huntsaman mini is lighting up but when is lress a key it turns green and then when i press fn it only appears 1 2 and 3

Have any of you upgraded your RAM on your Razer Blade 18 successfully? If so, what RAM did you use? I purchased and installed Crucial DDR5 RAM, 2x32GB, SODIMM, 5200mHz, but after installation I get a black screen. Everything is updated on my machine, Windows, Razer Firmware, Bios, everything. Still, a black screen. So, I think this RAM is not compatible with the machine even though it meets Razer’s specs, and Crucial says its compatible. What have you installed on your machine successfully that works out of the box. Please advise. Thank you

My razar balasik x hyper speed doesn't work in dongle mode or Bluetooth mode none seem to work I have tried literally everything there is to do nothing works I am very sad because I payed the money for this mouse and it die.

Hello there,Ever since I got my new BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), I've had an issue with their volume. They're too loud, and because of that, I hear a non-stop static (white noise). The newer 2023 version features a digital volume knob that adjusts the system volume, and unfortunately, that removes the ability to directly change the headset's volume.To summarize, I'm looking for a way to reduce the loudness of the headset's drivers in order to eliminate the static (white noise). Is there a method or workaround that can achive this?Thanks in advance.
