The Razer Armory

I've had this controller less than 90 days and the right trigger will fail to fire when pressed or it will shoot while it's not being pressed. After closer inspection it appears to not be fully attached. Anyone else experience this? I DO have the trigger locks turned on. I also play Halo, an FPS, almost daily. I've NEVER dropped the controller ands it's never been bumped or etc. Also, I can't find the box it came in so I don't have my serial number to report the issue. Any help would be appreciated. 

this is the one I saw, now my question is , does this come with the charger and a dongle? or do u have to  buy the dongle seperately or buy  the other expensive one for 160$ and what does the 160$ have more than this one thank you

Razer blade 15 mid 2021 19 11900h rtx 3080 32 gb ram 4k oledI was using my laptop as normal when I had a blue screen bsod. The blue screen was stuck at 0% and stayed that way until the laptop ran out of battery. Once the laptop started it booted straight to bios. When I exited bios it restarted and booted back to bios again. I tried booting it in recovery mode and nothing happened. It would say it the top left "entering recovery mode" and then it would just boot back to bios. I have looked at forums and haven't been able to find anything to fix this issue. Please let me know if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix this.

so i have a razer viper v2 pro and the warranty is expired by now… and it just wont work wirelessly nor will my computer detect it with a cable i genuinely dont know what to do i tried all of razers recommended options… any genius that could help me plss

I have a razer blade and a viper ultimate. Synapse "works" on my system unless it doesn't, and the inconsistency is slowly getting on my nerves. Now, I recently bought a new blade 16 and am considering using the new Synapse beta app but here's the catch:I saw mixed impressions of it so far. Some say it works really well, at least one person said it it ran really badly and also made it so that the old Synapse software cannot be installed anymore.Those of you that have used it already, what are your impressions? Are you using it on your blade laptop? How "unstable" is it compared to the current Synapse software?

I was wondering if a Victus 16.1” laptop will fit in the Rogue 16 or if I would have to upsize to the 17.

Hello, I have searched everywhere for a possible solution or answer but can’t seem to find much information on this issue. My Razer Nari Headphones work perfectly fine with any other game when I have audio output set to “Nari Game Mode” in Windows. However, Helldivers 2 simply will not produce any audio  unless I switch the audio output in windows to “Nari Chat Mode” which works, however the audio is crap as it only uses one channel for audio output. If it’s on “Game Mode”, I can see in the windows audio mixer that sound is being produced but the moving bar, however no sound actually comes out through the headset. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I recently bought Razer Blade 15 advanced 2022 QHD 240hz 3070ti and the screen is too dims or yellowish. I have tried many solutions like uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel Iris Xe Graphics driver. Disabled power mode in the Intel Graphics control centre, and did window 11 updates. But it is still the same dims, yellowish and it is hurting my eyes. I can’t even look at the screen for more than an hour. Hope someone can provide me solutions.

I bought a 2013 Razer Blade (touchpad display model) as a fun project, because I like the special design of this laptop, but I don't have a charger for it. What specification does the charger need to be? Also what is the maximum RAM capacity - would 2x16GB work? 

My Razer Nari Ultimate’s Dongle keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and idk why it is really frustrating and i need help I tried recovery and repairing of the dongle and the headset I changed the settings of my pc to not close or suspend any usb device and it still keeps happening

Hello,I own a Razer Blade Advanced 2019 model with RTX 2080 MAX-Q - System SKU RZ09-02888E92. Since its purchase in 2019, I have experienced no performance issues. I've upgraded it with a new 16GB memory module and replaced the SSD with a Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB.Everything has been working flawlessly, as expected.However, I primarily use the notebook for playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and recently I've switched to playing Counter Strike 2. While playing CS:GO, I was able to use high video quality settings without any issues. But now, in CS2, my FPS does not exceed 160, even when I adjust the settings to the minimum for competitive mode.I have upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which resulted in a slight improvement. I have also ensured that all drivers are up to date.BIOS Version/Date    Razer 1.05, 16/05/2019 I would appreciate any assistance or recommendations on how to enhance the performance. Was there an update recently? Because my mouse is starting to have a problem with the wheel.I have a Razer Basilisk v3 mouse and now, even though I have infinite scrolling disabled, the mouse does it every time I turn the wheel with relative force.I doubt it's a hardware problem because it's fixed after creating a new profile and deleting it, but it's something I have to do every time I turn on the PC starting today. Anyone else with this same problem? 

So i'm wondering if the newly released Blackshark V2 Pro for the Playstation/Xbox uses an independent volume control that has a min and max turn radius like the older Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 edition. The reason i'm asking is because i had the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition, but the static in them was unbearable on PC because the gain was maxed out internally in the headset and the volume was synced to the Windows volume. I want to get the new Blackshark V2 Pro's, but only if they aren't synced to the Windows volume when using them on PC. Has anyone tried them on PC and can confirm if it is synced to the Windows volume or not?

Well, I am about to buy a new laptop (my old laptop uses an HDD). I am really torn between a laptop with an HDD and VGA card, or one with an SSD and VGA card. Is there a significant difference between the two, considering the price difference is quite substantial? Long story short, my Huntsman V2 Pro has water damage or something and I want to upgrade to an analog keyboard specifically for playing games like Rocket league and Forza Horizon 5. I saw that Razer released a new Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless and I was wondering what’s different about Gen 2? The descriptions and images they use in the product pages for V3 and V2 are identical, which leads me to question what’s the point of gen 2? What was actually upgraded? And if gen 2 is better than gen 1, is it also better than a wooting keyboard? I’m trying to find out the answer soon because my keyboard is broken and I need a new one ASAP no rocky.
