Hello there,Ever since I got my new BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), I've had an issue with their volume. They're too loud, and because of that, I hear a non-stop static (white noise). The newer 2023 version features a digital volume knob that adjusts the system volume, and unfortunately, that removes the ability to directly change the headset's volume.To summarize, I'm looking for a way to reduce the loudness of the headset's drivers in order to eliminate the static (white noise). Is there a method or workaround that can achive this?Thanks in advance.

Hello friends! If this is not the right place for this, my bad. Either way, I’ll try to keep this short...I’ve been gaming on an Anansi since that was launched, and like having an MMO mouse I cannot live without thumb macro keys now.The Blackwidow (stealth) is the best keyboard I ever found myself typing on. The Anansi is not mechanical, unfortunately.As the Anansi is getting a bit long in the tooth, though for now it still lives fine, but you can eventually see my problem. I basically want a Blackwidow Stealth with the Anansi thumb macro keys, or something as close to it as possible. And try and google as I might there is a dearth of keyboards such as that out there - the only mechanical (full?) keyboards with thumb macro’s/clusters are split ergonomic ones.There is nothing on the market like this, save maybe the Nuphy Field 75 (electro, because it has to be black), and I haven’t tried it but it does not seem quite close enough. Hi I bought a brand new Razer naga trinity mice and first time i connected it to my laptop it worked perfectly, lights were on and all buttons worked. But next day I turned on my laptop and nothing, I tried changing the port it was pluged in but no lights and even the cursor was not moving. When I look into the optical sensor I can see a red light but thats all. Can anyone please help me get it back to work.

Anyone know why Razer never added a joystick to the Tartarus V2 or Pro?The Tartarus looks like it has so much potential. I’ve even seen people mod it with joysticks (See below image). Hori released a similar version recently. Though I’ve heard it’s poor quality and cheaply made. I’ve wondered why Razer stopped with the Tartarus products.

I'm experiencing a peculiar problem with my Razer Nari headset. It suddenly stopped connecting to my PC, and I suspect that the dongle might be the culprit. I've checked all the connections and attempted re-pairing, but to no avail.Before I consider purchasing a replacement dongle, I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue and found a solution. If you have any suggestions or troubleshooting steps specific to the dongle, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Razer Kraken V3 Pro silent audio when idle for a short timeI solved the problem for this kind of bug. EXIT ALL APPS RAZER. Sound idle situation works now. but you will have 0.5seconds delay. But better then repluging your usb dongle or turning on and off your headset. Thnx razer for nothing. premium goods, zero support. Hoped it helped for y’all.  

I have a wired basilisk v3 that I’ve had for about a year or two and all of the sudden in the past few weeks it will stop working when I either:Unplug it and plug it back in Open razer synapseWhen the mouse isn’t working, the lights are completely off and, about once every second, it makes a clicking noise, the lights flick on and the cursor can move for about a tenth of a second. I’ve tried moving it to different usb ports and trying it on different computers but they all exhibit the same behavior. Sometimes if I leave it plugged in for long enough it will spontaneously start working again if synapse isn’t open, but it’s so inconsistent I haven’t found any pattern yet. Example of current undesirable behavior: https://imgur.com/62HILMT I haven’t been able to find any answers anywhere else so far so I hope someone here can help me. The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.  

Been using the Deathstalker v2 TKL black in office and was great.Now, I wanted a get-go keyboard that is white and with purple key.Wireless portability points it to the Deathstalker v2 TKL with white edition.However, purple key not available. Wonder if there will be one soon?

I just bought a basilisk x hyperspeed off amazon.It works perfect, apart for when the mouse is lifted a slight bit off the table surface and the mouse pointer goes stupid. it seems to fly around the entire screen for no reason. i have even tried on the vespula hard mat and still the same outcome.i have reset the mouse. any help will be great

The past 2 nice and 1 keyboard I owned all developed the wheel flick issue. I like the ergonomics of their Basilisk but reluctant giving my money to them knowing the mouse will be useless in 6 months. Have they solved this problem?

Yesterday night was the 1st time it happened, before in windows 10, a reconnection of the dongle will fix the issue.During midgame in PUBG, suddenly the audio got cut and came back but within seconds, gone again. Until it completely keep switching in and out and no sound output. Joining a discord channel starts the problem too.How do you fix this? I even reinstalled my windows 11 .

With a polling rate of 8kHz in CSGO I had extreme stuttering. The game was lagging moving the mouse. The issue was even more extreme using a VOIP application (Teamspeak or Discord). As example with Teamspeak in background, moving the mouse quickly in the CSGO menu I already noticed FPS drop: 50fps moving quickly the mouse in the menu (fps_max_menu = 120) I investigated using https://rzr.to/pollingrate from Razer. The results confirmed my first impression: Polling rate drop with Teamspeak opened For my first attempt I changed some BIOS configuration. I set the RAM settings to use the XMP profile. Small improvements but still not perfect... Then I used a polling rate of 4kHz for some days. CSGO was stable and my FPS were good. Im not sure if its Razer synapse but recently my PC randomly goes super low FPS and then as I move my cursor, theres a series of beeping as I move my mouse around. Then its back to normal. Is this a Razer Synapse issue? Has anyone encountered this?

I was wondering if there better videos or explanations or guides on the Marco for razer synapse because I been struggling for the past few hours working on a Marco and one of the main issue is trying to turn it off and on (I tried saving it and adding to a key and make it where it turns on if it held or if it press it will keep going unless press again ) because once it turns on I can’t find a way to pause or turn it off it’s annoying because I have to go back on the application and delete it and restart 

Simple question. The razer blade 15 base model has a 65wh battery. Can this be replaced with the 80wh battery from the advanced version?I know the ssd is in the way, but if you move it to the other slot, is it possible?
