It's  100% battery forever

Title says it all, no matter what i do, on synapse, via the keyboards on-board colors i cannot change the color. I checked for profiles, repaired the synapse app and its still like that. When synapse isnt running it has the default Spectrum Cycling effect.  

 I got a razer huntsman Mini with purple switches and the actuation Point of 1.5mm is for me to much. So i Wonder if it is possible to buy some Black analog optical switches for my Razer huntsman mini and have a lower actuation point. (The red ones of razer would be Fine to). Is it possible to Reduze the actuation Point on my Keyboard?

Hi there! Just updated my Razer Blade 15 Advanced to Windows 11 everything is working fine but the media keys for the screen brightness It did worked and an update that I couldn't target somehow roll it back to the point it's not Every other media keys are working (sounds, music control, keyboard brightness), and I can tune the brightness from the slider within the notification menu Could someone give me the correct driver or the fix this issue? Thanks a lot!

I have this razer headset for a while and have had it plugged into a THX spatial audio rectangle control thingy. When I open my razer app it says I need to get an activation code for THX. Why would I have a thx controller if I didn't have access to it? and if I do have access to THX how do I tell the software I do?

Can anyone point me to where I can find a working replacement USB power cord/connector for the BlackWidow Lite keyboard?

Mic sounds good when is conected by jack, also synapse dont see headset, when wireless by usb transceiver mic sound terible, i try everything on support page, reinstal synapse, update firmware, update audio drivers

Hi, I’ve seen that you replied to someone’s thread about having bad sound on the Kraken Kitty V2 BT, I also have been having this issue, I just got them the day before I fully charged them and tried everything that I could from your website and from youtube. I realised that they work normally when I use them on my phone, however they cut out sound, have a very bad quality of mic which also cuts out and makes a weird buzzing noise which sounds like some arcade when I use them on my computer. Do you maybe know how could I fix this? I also tried to use the 7.1 surround sound but it does not let me.

We we're going to USA and i want to buy a razer headset that it can only be bought at U.S. Is it possible that it can be delivered from the port location that we're going to? Yoo will the Purple Edition also avaible in EU expecially Switzerland Layout or will this 4ver stay US only? Why we can’t buy the switches seperatly when the Keyboard has hotswap? So i could buy the red one and swap the switches at least.

I am interested in buying he barracuda X headset. I am wondering if the microphone works wirelessly when plugged into the Nintendo switch. I have been playing on wired headphones that come with a phone (had no problems) but i am not sure if the mic works wirelessly.  

My button just broke. M4 button. This is the second razer ultimate controller i have. Obviously manufacturing flaw. Can I buy a spare button somewhere? Anybody have any idea?

My GPU is running at 36 C at idol but still a burning smell is coming from the exhaust vents. What is the issue? Is it normal?

I bought kaira pro for playstation headphones 4 times and all 4 times I came across defective/ defective ones. I first picked up used on Avito (Russian marketplace) for 8000 rubles, they are barely enough for 3 hours without the vibration and backlight, second time took in the CSN (one of Russia's largest electronics stores, which sells only original products as they claim, and in fact it is, but they are incidents when still under the guise of the original comes marriage) hyperspeed version (as usual only with the ps logo) for 17500, they have battery everything was in order only when the battery level is below 40% they yelled in my ear low battery every few minutes for 3 hours (this is with dynamic lighting and the average vibration), for the third time 3 weeks ago, took over 12000 usual also in the CSN they have a defective battery, but it is one day put it on the charger all night kept charge 8 hours, and another 2 hours have been screaming low battery, try to charge poverbank,
