The Razer Armory

I received these headphones a few days ago. and straight out of the box, the Bluetooth was terrible, it would crackle and cut in and out, and there is this constant static when Bluetooth is enabled. it was a massive disappointment considering how much I spent on them. and so I plugged in the aux cable, and it sounds like a dream. there's no problems using the aux. however! looking back at recordings and feedback from the online games has told me my mic sounds super good quality! but is very intermittent at times. but the biggest problem was that they can just hear everything I can hear. almost like my driver wires are also being routed through the mic? I did some online research and thought maybe I needed to update the drivers. however they were already had the newest firmware. so I looked at the settings played around a little. even factory reset the driver settings and it only made things worse. I’m looking at two options with a subset of one option for streaming, looking for help and support where possible. Looking to stream off one computer (components below), planning on having multiple sound channels; audio/music, discord, game, stream, as the audio channels. Is the razer stream controller optimal for a full stream manager including managing the different audio channels or would I also need the razer audio mixer to control the audio channels whilst in the stream?  plan is to have wireless headset for audio playback and mic already have the razer camera via usb I’m planning to use a razer capture card as wellProcessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K   3.20 GHzRam: 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID X 24GMAG Z790 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI All of the same questions from #1 but looking to use a second computer to stream. This is just a simple hdmi connection from gaming pc video card to streaming pc video card, yes? 

Specifically : WEDNESDAY, MAY 22 2024 OAKLAND, CA Clearance delay - Import This happens from time to time.  Likely a complete shipment of many systems together are in this current limbo.  As the units are processed out others are soon to follow.Has anyone else ended up in this particular delay?  If so, anyone made it out of it yet?

Hello! so i am going to be purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%, i am wondering if Zjmehty Kailh Box Navy switches will, 1 be compatible with this device, and 2 if it will effect the brightness of the RGB and or is it compatible with this RGB type, this will be my first time ever customizing a keyboard so im not all too familiar with compatibility, any feedback would be nice!

Hello guys, I have Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition chroma v2 which has key issues for quite some time. I had the problems even when in warrantee, I didn’t got support from Razer as I think they know what crappy products they have :( What I did so far is a perfect clean by washing all keys, cleaning the KB and now it looks like brand new but unfortunately those few keys are still spamming. My next solution to revive it is to buy some yellow switches and replace them, but I have a few questions:Original KB is with yellow switches gen.1 while the ones on the market are gen.3 - are they same in size Does the different generations have different backlight color intensity as I don’t want to see the odd keys in there Where i can find original wrist rest replacement for the KB - TKL one, not sure if there are other widths of this KBI would be grateful if you can help me there. I went to register my headphone for me. I get surround sound and when I enter all the parameters it tells me that you have already registered your headphone and I did not register it. I want a solution, please.

Basically, my problem is that I will have the mouse connected with bluetooth with no problems, but then I’ll be inactive with it for like 10 minutes or so, and then it just disconnects and won’t pair until i manually go into window settings, forget the device and reconnect it. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s very inconvenient. Is there a way I can stop it from doing that? I’ve already updated the drivers

My razer blackwidow  elite is typing random letters when I press any of the top row of letters. The rest of the letters work but not the top row. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hola, como se puede reducir el sonido saliente?  Me pongo la música, súper floja, xq a la rueda del volumen le queda mucho todavía y mis compañeros del trabajo se quejan de que oyen mi musica. Hi all - my Mamba has been working flawlessly for 10 years until now. Battery started to have difficulty holding a charge for long so I bought a generic replacement. After replacing the battery, I placed on the charging dock and the green lights were blinking sequentially indicating charging is occurring. 20 hours later… still doing this. I take it off the dock, place it back on and now the mouse is showing three green light blinking, approx. once per second. Not sequential blinking as is shown when charging, but all three coming on at once and then off. Razer’s manual don’t make any reference to what three simultaneous blinking green lights means. I have attempted charging directly to the mouse (i.e. not using the dock) but exactly the same symptoms are shown. I’ve reverted back to the original battery and also no improvement. All contact terminals are clean. I have changed USB ports. The mouse continues to operate ok in WIRED mode but does not work at all in WIRELESS mode. In wireles

Hi so I have a razer Kiara Pro for xbox and whenever i turn the headset on it’s fine but after a while it starts to become really loud and distorted. Everything becomes 10 times louder (kinda like the bass of everything) and it is so awful that I have to switch headsets. I’ve tried so many things yet nothing is working out for me, Any tips on how to stop it? I spend $100 on this headset and really don’t wanna get rid of it lol. thanku

Hello, I have the Razer Kraken Kitty Quartz - USB of my partner currently the error that it is supplied with too little voltage.The headset repeatedly turns off at increased volume combined with an activated lighting level. The following troubleshooting steps have already been tried.Tested the headset on different USB ports Tested the headset on different computers Updated/reinstalled all drivers Checked for possible firmware updates Disabled the backlight (The only way to use the device without failures) As I could gather from some social media, this bug of the Razer Kraken Kitty series does not seem to be an isolated case.Does anyone have a solution to fix the error?Is Razer planning a quality program or a future software solution? RegardsLukas

I recently misplaced the 2.4GHz viper ultimate dongle, so my friend gave me his spare dongle for the basilisk (2.4GHz). Is there any way I could pair the viper mouse with the basilisk dongle?ty :)

Ich habe ein Razer Nari Ultimate Headset und habe jetzt seit paar tagen das problem, das wenn ich destiny öffne zumindestens hab ichs bei dem spiel nur bisher versucht, die verbindung über dem usb zu meinem headset sich trennt und wieder verbindet dies passiert immer und immer wieder direkt nacheinander dabei habe ich aber dann keinen sound. Kann dies irgendwie daran liegen das der usb zu warm wird oder so? dies passiert interesannter weise hauptsächlich wenn ich während dessen noch firefox bzw. nen browser geöffnet habe.
