I bought a Black Shark v2 Pro (ps5) today. I bought it to alternate between PC and PS5, but synapses won't recognize it when connected to PC. I tried to download and install the latest version of firmware 2023, but the first step, dongle recognition, doesn't work. Does device recognition and device setup work only on PS5? Doesn't it work on PC? 2023 and PS5 for completely different uses? I've tried installing both new and past synapses. There's not enough guidance. Hi, I was looking to buy a BlackShark V3 to have audio from my ps5 and my MacBook at the same time.I see that there is a Ps5 version and a PC version. Do both work with the other platform or are they exclusive to one platform?Would it work to connect let’s say the ps5 with 2.4ghz and mac with Bluetooth and have audio from both at the same time?Which version best to buy, if any? 

Hi everyone,I'm writing this to share my extremely disappointing experience with a Razer BlackShark V3 Wireless. After a one 1 month of use, the headset developed a clear manufacturing defect. Im writing this to the community and Razer staff because I am being ignored by official support regarding a severe electrical failure in my headset.I am reporting a severe hardware failure in my headset that has escalated into a documented safety hazard.Technical Details of the failure: Burning smell: There is a persistent smell of burnt plastic emanating directly from the USB-C charging port. Internal Short-Circuit: The device has suffered an internal short-circuit. It is no longer recognized by any PC via USB or 2.4GHz wireless dongle (this basically stop working). Fire Hazard: Attempting to charge the unit causes the port to overheat significantly, posing a direct risk of fire or battery explosion. Even the original charging cable has failed due to the surge. My Razer Viper V3 Pro takes several days to charge and runs out of battery very quickly, while my previous Razer Viper V2 Pro took about an hour to charge and lasted for a week.

I let’s recharge my headset over 4 hours (turned off) after the headset is low. After i turned on, it’s yell there low battery without explaination. I got green blinking after the charge and they still said battery low. What’s the heck is this kind of firmware?! Razer can you fix the firmware issue?! It’s become a problem over charging system or provide a new solution for our issue?!

First my brand new BlackWidow V4 couldn’t handle 3 profiles and me switching them manually. It kept resetting.Then couple days ago it just turned off for 1-2 minutes for no reason couple times. Reconnecting usb did not help only waiting. Then it went black completely. I did hard reset by holding Spacebar+CapsLock+Esc before plugging in. It worked for a while. Today after turning on PC it kept resetting non stop. I reinstalled synapse, drivers, checked on other PC, reinstalled newest firmware. Keyboard works if there is no synapse running and keeps restarting when synapse is on. So my question is: Which mechanical keyboard with macro keys and fully programmable buttons should I get once I get a refund for this junk.

Why is it they've forced this app on you but have so many issues, running a V3 pro and a Huntsman V3 pro mini, every time I launch my PC regardless if I've opened Synapse or not and I have tried both with start up and non start up it forces my PC to make my keyboard obsolete because it thinks its a controller, even after disabling in device manager game controller and the 360 controller drivers it still proceeds to not detect it as a keyboard, every time I launch the piece of crap app it immediately blurs all text on the screen for no apparent reason, despite all scaling and resolutions being fine and tuned to try and get the text to be readable, snap tap just decided it doesn't want to register anymore because my PC thinks its a controller constantly, absolute bloatware that has improved nothing but made everything worse and the worst part is once you've moved from 3 to 4 there's no going back.

I am looking to buy my next headphones, and I am a bit lost.I am a ps5 gamer, had the razer thresher 7.1 since the ps4 and it lasted me 8 years, broke 2 days ago. These were exceptional.I tried the HyperX cloud III, but it really didn’t work out for me. And after some intensive research, I was thinking about getting the razer blackshark v2 pro (2023), to get this feel I am missing and even more.I’ve read many mixed reviews online so idk.What I need is smthg that will give me a perfect audio and a clean surround sound (7.1 thresher sound) for an immersive experience with solo gaming, and a good enough mic to play with friends.Any opinion ? And I’m open to suggestions

After seeing some people travelling with some headsets and deciding that I want to do something like it but only pack one audio device I find myself in need of assistance.What I want:Audio headset for computer. I need a mic so it can be used as a fully functional computer headset.  Music will be streamed to listen to as I work. Audio headset for phone. Also need a mic so I can use it as a handsfree device because not all conversations should be put on speaker.  Music and movies will also be streamed to listen to as I travel/work.Can I have one headset/headphones that will allow me to do both?How hard will it be to switch from computer audio to phone audio? Will the other person on the phone be able to hear me without me having to shout? (my other wireless earbuds do not pickup my voice for some reason.) 

Hi! I have a fantastic Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro, but my volume rocker broke. I needed a replacement for it. While we’re at it, the palm rest would also be a nice replacement, since it’s showing some signs of wear.How could I get those? Thank you!

My dongle is faulty for my Razer Vyper Ultimate and I can't find a decent replacement and the one that might work on the Razer store is sold out. Is there a way to get another one?

I create a macro and start it (assigned to a mouse key) but my mouse is going to sleep after 5 minutes and the macro stops. I can change the time to 15 minutes max but I want to disable the sleep mode. I need this macro to work 1 hour. How can I prevent the mouse from sleep?

I’m curious if my basilisk v3 pro can pair with multiple dongles? I have the primary one in my pc but want to use on my work pc as well. I won’t be using them simultaneously. For some reason, Bluetooth won’t pair with my work pc but does on personal just fine. Other devices can Bluetooth to my work laptop.I just want to use this one mouse cause I love the feel of it. Anyone know if this is possible to get a second dongle for the work laptop without having to do a pair each time?I realize I could just swap the dongle out when moving machines

You can post pics of your headphones if you want.I personally have a pair of Meze elites as my main headphones. but the morays or Kraken V4 pros have to be my favorite out of Razer's offerings.Also with speakers, Focal Thevas are what i use but not for gaming.

when i open settings/configuration for dongle its just desapier and there is grey screen and i dont know is it synapse problem or the dongle problem

I bought a headset from the Local humane society thrift store. The Box had the paperwork as well as the grey bag with the headset inside. I do not have a valid receipt due to buying it second hand. Am I just forever locked out of using the 7.1 surround? Please help.
