I bought him the headphones thinking that it has 7.1 as displayed but we have been trying for a couple of days to find out how to ENABLE it.. Him and i got no idea. We did NOT go to the store but we used tutorials, no tutorial helped but instead we found out we need a activation code. If it doesnt have 7.1 why is it displayed as 7.1?

So I've been thinking about getting this one and there doesn't seem to be much competition to gamepads with an analog stick.So my question is is the Analog Stick an actual analog stick or is it a digital pad like the v2?I've wanted to use this for playing MMOs mainly ff14 and an actual analog stick is incredibly useful for something like this. And the fake analog of the v2 wouldn't do it for me.

If I use Keychron optical switches, will synapse still work? Can I remap keys, set macros, etc?

When i connect via bluetooth on my Laptop, the sound too terrible, laggy...but when i put dongle-C or 3.5 jack to laptop is very good of sound, everything is nomal. How can i fix it?

I want to reset or bypass Two-Factor Authentication linked to my old broken phone. The Customer Service provided a live chat link but all it did was redirect me to “Warranty Support” in which obviously did not help.  P.S.: If possible, I want to remove Two-Factor Authentication or even the OTP. I want my Razer Gold Experience to revert back in MOL points when it was simpler. I did not wish this to be this strict. All it did was to make me frustrated, confused, and so sad that I am considering abandoning Razer Gold. I missed discount opportunities because of this. Every single time since they made it this strict. I used to love it when it was simpler MOL points but now they made it unnecessarily strict for me. 

If for whatever reason your Kaira pro forgets Bluetooth exists or won't enter pairing mode for whatever reason, hold all 3 buttons (power, pair, and the Xbox connect) til your device reboots. Will fix itself :)

Hello Friends,First Post here even tho i am a Razer Product Veteran… :DSo i am a pretty successfull MMO player , and that because of the Razer Tartarus Series .I started with the first Tartarus that had almost a lifespan of 4 years! (pretty OK if u ask me)then it had issues with the spacebar button and the D-Pad stopped working (mechanical problems)..So i bought the Tartarus v2 after that because the first Tartarus was dicontinued :(That one had a lifespan of 8…. Months , spacebar button was way better on the v2!BUT the D-Pad stopped working (mechanical problem) here too..Then i got a v2 again , that one had a lifespan of 1,5 years, and yeah you guessed right , the D-Pad was faulty again ( mechanical problem )And because its so funny i got another v2,…. yeah i cant play without it anymore..that one had a lifespan of almost 2 full years and well well well, it was the D-Pad again (mechanical problem)….that v2 had its last day today..out of the blue just stopped working..PLEASE RAZER give

So I got my Razer Naga since 2012 (I’m using it now), and it has 3 interchangeable right-side panels.I see only huge new shiny mouses, for big hands. My hand is slim and I use the smallest right-side panel.Why can’t you do another mouse like this? I want to buy a new one!  Please!

Hello,I need help getting a replacement USB dongle for my DAV3 gaming mouse.. Are the stock dongles able to pair with another mouse? For example - If I had a separate DAV3 dongle or Viper V2 Pro dongle would I be able to pair it with my DAV3? Would really appreciate advice, thanks!Kam

So I recently purchased barracuda x 2022 If razer is willing to launch a upgrade of it or a new headphone with other name I have some suggestion1) the cable which are charging type c cable , usb A to type c female port cable and the 3.5mm cable in the 2022 are like flexible cable but non braided . NEW GENERATION can be braided which gives durability and also a great look 2) the headphone 2.4ghz type c recieved is too small which likely to be get misplaced or get lost because of it size . NEW GENERATION can have maybe like anything like a hole next to it so I can be hooked like a keychain or something or maybe the recieved can have a gps hope so easy to find if lost 3) newer generation can have a better noise cancellation and a good backbone cause when I whore them and shake my head 90° and the headphone weng flying to the other corner of room like it got winds 😅 4) extra pairs of earpads or replacement earcaps of headphone Though I loved the headphone all the things of headphone I lov

I recently bought myself a wonderful Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed mouse. The instructions say that when the battery is low, the LED will flash red frequently. But right now my mouse has very little charge, but I don't see any blinking. Please help me with this problem. Maybe someone had it?

I have a Razer Chroma stand with several USB ports that does not show up as a device on my Alienware laptop.  Is there a way to do that?  I could use a few more USB’s; my laptop only has two.Any  advice appreciated.

Hello, I've lost the dongle for my Razer Basilisk V3 x Hyperspeed mouse, and I can't find a suitable dongle for this mouse in the 'spare parts' section of the website. I only see ones for the 'Basilisk Ultimate' and the 2-in-1 dongle for keyboard and mouse. So, if I get one of those, can I still use my mouse as before, especially without any issues, or do I have to use the dongle specifically for my mouse, the 'Basilisk V3 x Hyperspeed'

How do I globally block the prompt for company users to download and install Synapse when they connect a new mouse using a script, registry edit or Group Policy? I know each person can decline but we have a bunch of shared desks and every user gets that prompt at every desk the first time they connect a Razer mouse and it’s annoying and unnecessary. Recently, I've been facing some difficulties with the trackpad scrolling on my new Razer Blade 15 laptop. There are occasions when the trackpad scrolls at an excruciatingly slow speed and fails to maintain smooth scrolling after I stop moving my finger, which has become quite inconvenient. Interestingly, restarting the laptop consistently fixes the problem, but it resurfaces whenever the laptop goes into sleep mode or the lid is closed and then reopened. Strangely, this issue only occurs with the trackpad and not when I use a mouse. I don't suspect a defect in the trackpad since a reboot always provides a temporary solution. I'm curious if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there are any recommendations for a resolution. Thank you in advance for your help.
