The Razer Armory

Hello I am German and I Recently bought the Razer huntsman mini with red switches in an German electronic market called Saturn. I wanted a new model but everything was empty so I said I want to buy it via the Saturn Website and after three days they send it to me. I am now using it for like 20 days and it doesn’t sound like exhibit at the Store  at all. I can hear the switched rubbing on the side of the shaft. Is it because the modded it or do I have to use it more often so the sound gets better? I am frustrated please answer me!

Hi I recently changed computers my headset was working fine at first. Than one day I could hear people on discord and other platforms but my mic volume is extremely low. My mic works perfectly on my friends computer and also his mic works perfectly on mine but for some reason my razar nari doesn’t work well on mine.   I have looked all over internet i have tried a 100 steps but non of them work.  steps i tried  made a new synapse account. log in and out.  uninstall reinstall the up  check my microphone volume . its maxed out .  updated all audio and mic drivers. uninstalled them and reinstalled them.  uninstall reinstalled discord. didn’t work made sure my microphone is set as primary device. according to the test on my computer my microphone isn’t an issues.  i did countless of other steps i found online. none of them work.Can someone help me ! thank you 

I was playing siege, losing my last braincells, and i got mad, and i slammed the desk (a bit too hard i think) and (maybe my mouse hopped a few centimeters in the air ) and now the sensor doesn’t detect movement correctly, by this i mean that it stops moving randomly. Could it be other problems than my mouse , or it’s guaranteed that i’m a total idiot and i ‘ve just broken my mouse ? It’s to big of a coincidence for it to malfunction at this exact moment when i slammed the desk….

I just installed the new firmware with the 8k polling rate update to both my hyper dongle and my deathadder v3 pro. Since installing it, if I run my polling at anything above 2k, it’s almost like the mouse randomly stops tracking for no reason, especially during fast flicks or rapid flicks. I will go to click on something and my mouse will just randomly stop moving slightly off target, or if I move my mouse fast in different directions it will just randomly stutter, you can tell from the cursor in windows, and of course even more so noticeable in Valorant or CS2.The strange thing is, that I am able to kind of “fix it” by setting the lift off distance and landing distance to a really high value, one I would normally never use, and now the stuttering and the random stopping on flicks is gone completely. However it makes aiming sort of hard in games for me since the lift off distance is now set at 9mm and it causes it to track my mouse movement on my resets, when I don’t want it to move t

I cant change any of the M1-M6 Keys through razer synapse. My mouse key binds changed jut fine.  Every time I try to do one of my keyboard key binds and click save I see just this spinning circle.Keyboard is Razer Blackwidow V4 X

Hello, my mouse just don’t want to work anymore : I was playing when suddenly my mouse stops working, it was 30% when it left.. It happened yesterday but after trying a lot of thing my mouse reworked but when I restarted my pc this morning my viper pro V2 wasn’t connected. The dongle works but the mouse don’t make any light even : when I charge it, when i connect it to my pc by cable and when i press the bottom button for more than 3 sec.Thanks and I hope to have a fast answer.

Hello, im looking into getting a new keyboard, but cant figure out wich suit is best for me.I like clicky and noisy keyboards, but still i want fast and smooth feedback and response time.What do you think?

Directly after the update to Razer Synapse Version 20231110, my Razer Kitty headphones have a sound bug.The sound of video games (only) is very loud and every in game sound (voicelines, bg music, sound effects) are played very loudly and at the same time. It makes the sound within the headphones crash, crack or come out in waves.I tried repairing and reinstalling the app, but the problem is ongoing.I tried changing settings in game, in the synapse app and the sound options on my laptop, but nothing worked.When plugging the headhpones into another pc, the sound quality of the headphones was fine! (the synapse version was not updated on the other pc yet).Is it a company issue or an update issue?If anyone can provide any information or help with this issue, I’d be very grateful 😊

So whenever i try to redeem Razer product with Silver, it adds the item to the cart and asks me to pay for the product! like i want Razer Charging Pad Chroma, when i try to redeem it it shows me that i have to pay 59.99$ ! Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

My Huntsman got sticky keys too.I found out it is Synapse issue that is at least 3 years old. Also Synapse is the worst software I experienced so far. Even Logitech software in its worst days was better than this.

Can I run 4K gaming or no ?

I’ve tryed to use my Kraken V3 Hypersense headset as usuall. But today when i pluged in the USB Headset only the lights truned on. The headset isint visible on my pc and i’ve tryed all the Usb ports i have on this computer. I also tryed all Usb ports on my second Computer but the headset couldnt be detected at all.I reinstalled Razer Synapse and Updated all Sound / Windows and GPU Drivers i could find.

You know how there's trigger stops for controllers? Im wondering if it would be possible for keyboard as well.I have a SteelSeries apex pro with 0.1 actuation point it would be so nice if a company would develop a keyboardthat fixes bottoming out.

I have seen lots of people missing the THX spatial audio mode, so am I. I have a Blackshark V2 and  was wondering if anyone is has had the problem with mics as I was trynna play with some people and my discord just wouldn’t recognise my mic even tho it’s plugged in correctly using the usb sound card and it was all working great until this latest update. Sound is fine just my mic won’t work at all.  Would be very interested to know if other people are having the same issue with the mics or if it’s just me...
