What troubleshooting steps can I take to address a strange engine audio bug in my game? I have noticed that the default sound for everything on my Razer chat is playing, making the game virtually unplayable. I'm considering reinstalling the game, but I would appreciate some assistance and alternative solutions to resolve this issue.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to buy a new power adapter for my 2021 Razor Blade 17 (RZ09-0406CE63-R3U1) because I suspect my current 230W adaptor is the culprit of my laptop intermittently switching between charging and not charging. I have read online that it is ok to use adaptors rated for a higher wattage since it only supplies as much power as the laptop needs. Because the 230W adapter runs pretty hot all the time and there are a lot of complaints regarding it on the internet, I’m looking at the 280W and 330W adapters as possible alternatives. The store site does not list my model as compatible (Blade 16 and 18 for the 330W, and 15 and 17 from 2022 for the 280W, hell the 230W also says 17 from 2018 instead of 2021), but I still wonder if I can use them on my model of laptop. Is the charging tip differently shaped? Would there be any software or technical issues? Also, if there are any common and known issues with the adapters, please do shar

I recently bought the razer BlackShark v2 x and i think that when i turn the volume on the headphones all the way up, the left side is more louder than the right one. Im on a Playstation 4 if it matters. Also the mic is different on the ps4 for some reason

After installing the latest 1.05 firmware this “new feature” has stopped working:The keyboard can now be used on 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth wireless modes while it is being charged via Type C cableIt was working just fine with 1.04, but not anymore. Is there a way to revert back to 1.04 or fix the problem?

My huntsman mini isn’t working at all it was fine but i pressed i think it’s ( FN ) and it shows some rgb lights on some letters then it turned off and i pressed the same button again but nothing happened the keyboard isn’t working at all the rgb isn’t working nor the keyboard itself i tried to re-plug it but it didn’t help and i can’t open my pc because it requires password but i don’t have a keyboard to open it ! I tried to search in the internet for a fix but no one has like my problem many people have at least rgb lights but the can’t type I DONT EVEN HAVE THE RGB LIGHTS !

I have a Dealthstalker v2 wired keyboard. I want to create 3 different numpad lighting macros. Specifically when the Shift key is pressed and held (only when held), I want the numpad to be a specific color. When the control button is pressed and held (only when held) I want the numpad to be a different color. And finally, when numlock is on, I want the numpad to be yet a different color than when it is off. So I would like a baseline color and then change to each of these 3 colors in these 3 circumstances. I found how to make lighting macros, but it seems that I am not able to make lighting macros for these specific keys, in this specific way. Is there a way to do it? Thank you.

Just bought the Razer Huntsman V2 analog keyboard. The 2 keys are not working: number lock one and the no ‘1’ key on the number pad. Have tried the caps, esc and space bar press mechanism and it hasnt helped. The key board is brand new. I am on Mac Air. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thank you. 

Greetings, I bought a razer ornata v3 keyboard today, it works fine, but the sound does not work with keys such as the number keys, although the alt and alt gr keys are not broken, for example, alt + 7 does not make "{".

Can razer wolverine v2 pro be used with ps4 as well, or only ps5?

I have a razer basilisk v1 which recently started to have problems with the scroll wheel where the click would work fine but scrolling up and down wont work at all or one input every few seconds for multiple minutes then start working fine it got to a point where the scroll wheel isn’t working most of the time. I tried the mouse with other devices same result, I have synaps installed

i have a problem with my razer chroma where it spams lettrs randomly and spams letterss after being pushed. i cant contact razer support, as every time i try to contact razer chat / email it redirects me to somewhere else.i dont think i will be buying razer products again, as it is a majour inconvinience for me.if someone in razer sees this, please contact me!
