I have the original razer blackwidow keyboard and i am looking to get a custom keycap for the spacebar. the website is asking for the size and profile but i can not find this information anywhere. does anyone know the answer?

I have tried contacting Razer support but have been unsuccessful.  Razer gold pin voucher cannot be accessed however it says it has been redeemed.  Can someone tell me how I can check this again, but can’t find the correct way to confirm it again?????????????????  

I’m here to share great news: today my Blackwidow Ultimate turned 10 years old.Even though I use it almost every day, the keyboard still works fine and provides an awesome experience. Hope my device will be OK for another 10 years :)I just want to thank the Razer team and enlighten you about the durability of the products made by the company. 

Looks like the limited edition Starfield Xbox controller is indeed coming, and I’m curious if there will be a Razer charging stand to match?Controller is basically white, but the battery cover is red, so getting the regular white stand would mix up the design.Hoping someone at Razer might have something to share … ? Maybe? ;)

Hello. I just update my Razer Synapse program and now dissapared THX from sound devices. I already reinstalled but its noi showing up. Before update i had a thx now i dnt even have sound. What problems? How i can fix this? My headphones is supporting THX because i even have THX controller. 

I need to repair my headset because it can't be charged, what should I do?

Just switched to 8k polling rate and when I tried the tester app it shows that I cap at 1k, am I actually at 1k or is it just a thing with the app? Using viper v2 pro.

I recently bought myself a Razer Blade 14 2022, with a RTX 3070ti. Before this I had Asus Rog Zephyrus g14, (2022 model).I really like the following Asus feature: depending on whether the laptop is connected to power, the screen refresh rate changes. Razer does not have such a feature, which, in my opinion, is very, very bad.This modification for Synapse was already discussed earlier on the forum (Synapse 3 - Change refresh rate based on power source??? | Razer Insider), but, alas, it is only available for 2023 models (this is unfair!)So I tried to take matters into my own hands and wrote a program that automatically detects whether the laptop is connected to power and, depending on this, changes the screen refresh rate. For now, frequencies of 60 Hz and 165 Hz are supported (this is hardcoded, but if someone uses this, we can discuss how to create a certain config). Hello!I have problem with Bluetooth mode.I setup 2 on-board profiles with the Razer Synapse in dongle mode. It worked with my computer.When I switch to Bluetooth and connect to other computer which don't have Razer Synapse. The on-board profile didn't work any more. There is only one profile. I couldn't change the profile.Summary:PC1: Connected in 2.4Ghz (dongle mode). installed Razer Snapse. And mouse works well with dongle. Can switch profile with/without Snapse.PC2: Connected in Bluetooth mode. Profile doesn't work anymore.

I recently bought the Nari Ultimate headset and I and my teammates have been trying to figure out why I echo so much not we have adjusted everything and cannot figure it out does anyone have any tips to try or is this a known issue for this headset. Im on PS5 

I brought a Razer Tournament from eBay,it works fine on my PC but it only works on my Xbox x series via the controller,which is annoying as I play keyboard so it turns off after a while,I tried plugging it into the console but no joy,am I doing something wrong here…?

Hey, everybody. I have faced with a problem. I have a lot of devices from razer, but on PC there are not so many usb ports. I bought standard hubs but for some reason razer devices with such things do not work well.Maybe you can suggest a good hub that will support razer chrome and work with all devices?

hello, does the razer mamba elite mouse custom-calibrate the mouse pad in the razer synapse 3 program?

Used a Destructor 2 for years and still am but these are unavailable now… looking for equivalent which will keep my aim the same. Any suggestions or anyone know what would make the best transition?

Hello, on November 24, 2022 I bought a gaming headset on your site, the Razer BlackShark V2 CouRageJD Edition, when I received it, the microphone didn't work very well, I tried different ways to make it work but it  still having so many problems, could you help me?  I paid a lot to buy this helmet...

I recently discovered a percentage problem with my keyboard. Idk when it started, but the keyboard’s percentage seemed to be stuck and after a while it lost 1%. It was stuck at 87%, now it’s 85% (it’s still charging). I tried to use it wirelessly for a while (when it was at 86%), the percentage dropped at 84%, but after I plugged it in, the keyboard charged until 86%. This shows that the cable is working and charging. I reinstalled all the drivers and softwares, even updated my keyboard, but to no avail. Now it’s stuck at 85%. Oh, I also put the cable in another usb port. Is the battery faulty or is it a hardware problem? Quite ironic, having a cable, but not being able to do much, but to prolong the keyboard’s life…. I’ve been using this keyboard for no more than half a year. Maybe 7 months, but no more…. Does anyone have any idea what may produce such a “phenomenon”?

The program I used before also had an equalizer setting, but the program I downloaded again this time can only be turned on and off 7.1. I would be grateful if you could tell me where to download the previous program.

I  paired my Razer Naga Pro with my Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed dongle and i cant find my original dongle for the Naga Pro .is it possible to update my Naga Pro with the Blackwidow dongle ?
