My razor physical card says failed to reload 

Hello, I have a blackwidow v3 pro keyboard. When I press any button on keyboard, I hear a spring sound. I sent a video to support and they said it's normal. But It should not be normal. I really like this keyboard but I dont want to hear this spring sound. Anyone else having this issue?

hello in razer raiju, my L2 key is broken and it doesn't work. L1 key doesn't work either, I already assigned L1 key to M1 key, but L2 key doesn't work but I want to assign this key to M3 key, how can I do it? If the PC can be connected and the key can be assigned, I can access it from there, I would be very happy if you could help.

Dear Razer.. I have been back and forth with Windows team trying to understand this issue with no avail. I have Razer Kraken X USB Headphones which comes along with a 7.1 Surround sound configuration, I would like to know why after a recent update on Windows 11 The DTS Headphone X app on Windows does not recognize the audio set up of the 7.1 speaker and automatically changed it to Stereo.  To explain the scenario, I am facing right now I have attached screenshots. of the problem for better clarity.  Until a recent Windows 11 update the DTS Headphone X (DTS Sound Unbound) app on Windows was used as a Spatial sound on the 7.1 speaker set up, after the update I found that the settings changed to stereo when the DTS Headphone X app was enabled. This case was not true with Win 10 as it continues to activate the spatial DTS Headphone X on the 7.1 speaker set up Is there a way that would be helpful I would like to get back the sound effects using a Spatial Sound (DTS Headphone X) on the 7.1 S

There is a newer Version of the Raion with a pivot. For some unknown reason Razer still sent me the old version, which is basically non functional. Why is the old version even still in stock? If I order something DIRECTLY from the manufacturer for double the price than what amazon or expert charge I can expect to receive the latest version of said product.Interestingly the return form also doesnt work properly and the customer service contact form wont load either. Fix this or this case will go straight to Paypal for a refund!Shockingly bad experience right from the first purchase here.

When using my Seiren X microphone it frequently makes this robotic/glitching type noise. My friends mention it a lot when I am in discord calls and it has also been mentioned by strangers when I use in game communications. I’ve heard it myself when using recording software too. I have changed USB ports many times and searched around for solutions but find nothing. Is there a reason for this or any way I can fix it? The noise is becoming very annoying for myself and those listening to me. Thanks :)

I recently built a PC using the Razer Hanbo 240mm AIO cooler and the Razer Tomahawk ATX case.I tried making a few profiles myself but the Hanbo seems especially buggy when it comes to doing effects like wheels and such. Anyone have any profiles for these two, particularly in green (Most of my current profile is green, anyway)?If not I'll just go back to experimenting. All help is appreciated!

Many people are experiencing problems with the Kaira Pro headset, including buzzing noises and random disconnects. These issues seem to occur when the headset is connected directly to the Xbox console. I'm wondering if plugging the USB dongle into the Xbox and then connecting the Kaira Pro headset to the dongle might solve these problems. Would this result in a more stable connection and eliminate the buzzing noise? I don't currently have the dongle with me, and I'm considering returning the Kaira Pro headset because of these frustrating disconnects.

I recently purchased a refurbished item from Amazon for my s21 fe. However, upon connecting it to my phone, nothing occurred. Despite plugging a charger into the USB port, the LED did not respond. Is it possible that I overlooked something, or is the device faulty?

I've been using the DAv3 Pro for around three months and, despite the stiff m1/m2 buttons, I'm generally quite satisfied with it. Recently, I learned that the regular DAv3 has lighter clicks and a different coating, so I decided to order one for myself. I received the mouse today and the buttons are simply fantastic. They feel similar to those on the g403 / g703.I'm wondering if the DAv3 Pro Faker Edition has the same click mechanism, or if there are any plans to update the v3 Pro with the improved coating and clicks?
