Hey everyone, I got yesterday my new keyboard and some of the button seem to be non-uniformly illuminated which means that some of them look a bit dirty from the backside. Is this a known issue? Best.

I recently bought this razer blade 15 advanced (2020) Win10 with NVMe CA5-8D512 ssd 512gb. It was running perfectly fine at first, intil yestarday I found sequential write in speed dropped around 400mb. Is there anyone encountered the same issue or could point out a solution? Thanks in advanced.

Hello There! since my last thread regarding which USB Hub would be the best for my HyperPolling Dongle I also have had a nice conversation with a Guy from MSI. He also claimed that putting the Dongle into the USB Gen 3.2 which access directly into the AMD CPU would the best choices, since the USB Hub provided for peripherals such as mouse and keyboard does not support 4k Pollingrate. He said: Generally it would be best to plug it whether into the Typ A 3.2 GEN USB Hub with 10Gb/s Data-Rate or directly into the Typ C USB Hub. Since the Dongle uses a Typ-C-To-A Cable I was now wondering if it would increase it‘s performance if I‘m going to buy a Typ-C-To-Typ-C Cable and plug the Dongle right into the USB GEN 3.2 Typ C Hub of my Mainboard - since Typ C should be way more consistent in it‘s Data Transfer than Typ A. Any recommendations about buying a Typ C to Typ C Cable for the Dongle? I would then, plug it into the Typ C Hub as shown on the Photo:

Have the system volume up to 70 instead of max, so that way you can hear the voice of a person in a video much more clearly.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had with the laptop / tech products. Please note that my primary use is for coding and gaming. Hello. I use the Razer lancehead all the time and I was satisfied. These mice are no longer available for sale. Which mouse is the successor to the razer lancehead? I'm left-handed so I need a universal mouse.

Has anyone had an issue with their controller registering a button twice when you only press once? I know this isn’t a sticky button so it has to be internal. It is very aggravating and if anyone can suggest any solutions I would appreciate it.

Hello, I have been searching for the specific micro switch that the Deathadder Elite uses for its scroll click, but I can't seem to find it. After desoldering the switch from the mouse, the only identification marks on the switch its self are "Kailh" and "23" and on the main pcb it's marked as "SW11". The closest thing I could find is this: https://www.kailhswitch.com/micro-switches/auto-micro-switches/basic-miniature-snap-action-switch.html But the switch the DAE uses is about 12mm in height and all black, if that matters. Does anyone have any suggestions?

So I'm looking to get this mic for discord and it looks fantastic from all the videos I've been seeing. Just wondering if there are any downsides I should know about it. The mic will be about 6 inches away from my mouth and xender I'm not interested in anything to hold up the mic. And if there is something else you recommend let me know. The other contender would be the blue snowball ice. Basically, would this mic sound good in discord? In the sense that it is clear and there are not a lot of issues with sound and all that stuff.

Hi. Recently, I wrote about my bad experiences with the Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. It is a pity that it happened because I find them very comfortable and with not the worst sound quality (for games, music is a different story) but I'm afraid that if the complaint is accepted - I will be refunded and I will have to look for a new pair. Can you recommend something good apart from Kraken? I want them to be large (I am a great man and I have ears like Dumbo's elephant) and comfortable (sitting for many hours in front of the computer). I will be grateful for your help.

2nd pair now, 1st returned. Sound like I am moving away and closer to the mic always. On discord sounds like I am muffled. To semi resolve have to change setting to have more mic pickup, but then keyboard, breathing, next room talking comes through the mic. Is it faulty or someone give me advice. Audio is great, but honestly contemplating buying a Seiren and ditching the mic, which is dumb.

I had used the Razer Wolverine V2 so much, I do love it. But just like in the title, the color on the buttons are fading due to my oily hands. And I do frequently wash my hands. So, if Razer designers and engineers sees this post. Please just do what Xbox did with the buttons on their controllers. It helps a lot.

I currently use the Razer Viper Ultimate when gaming on my PC. I also have a 2019 Macbook Pro that I play games on and would like to use my same mouse, however, whenever I connect the mouse via dongle adapter (USB-C to USB) it does not have the same responsiveness that I get when using it on my PC. Is there a way I can enhance the connectivity to my Mac so the mouse feels the same on both platforms?

Every time I run GTAV for PC the game lags every 3 to 5 seconds. here's an example of what I mean: [not my video] If I disable the default sound device (razer kraken v3 x) than the game goes back to normal. If I enable it back then the lag comes back. I was really looking forward to this, and to test it out. I am afraid it was a major let down: It uses HRTF to down mix the 5.1 / 7,1 audio from games / or any audio source, Thus emulated surround sound, which is what I thought. HRTF is very good, I use HeSuVi, which has umpteen different HRTF pre-sets to choose from. and it is very good. 10.0.0.0.1 But I just tested this THX Spatial audio from razer: Its a stand alone app, runs out side of Synapse (major Let down) The demo with in the app, to test the surround sound, after adjusting it, doesn't seem to work. As it goes round your head, the positioning of sound in the headset does not relate at all.. Very poor, compared to HeSuVi, Dolby Atmos App, and DTX Sound Unbound, or even windows spatial audio. There seems to be no positioning at all.. And the demo THX film on the last page, its a mess, nothing sounds where it should be. But i watch the same vid, using HeSuVi, then it is correct... My thx spatial feature has stopped working, why? Why am I being asked to purchase a feature that came with my headset and has already been registered. If I don't log in or even if I do log in it is saying I don't have this and not activating or turning on, when pressing the thx button on the USB DAC. The Razer program has been completely uninstalled then reinstalled, the PC has been rebooted. Nothing helps, my windows is currently update and my other normal headset works with no issues. I've had this machine for over 2 years, always been good to me never any issues. Lately after a massive windows update https://vlc.onl it started having horrible fan noise. Its always been loud but now it straight up shakes my desk a bit and sounds like it's running on diesel, anyone know of such an issue?

razer recently released a new product, the audio mixer. i was very excited because i’ve been thinking of getting a goxlr, and as a razer fan, i would love to buy a razer goxlr. however, the audio mixer was a little underwhelming, and i think it could be improved in many ways. in terms of software, i really do think synapse should be less buggy according to others’ experiences, but personally i haven’t had much issues. however, i think the software has a lot of potential. the voice changer most notably router login, it only gives you a few options,basically low pitch and high pitch. i think that if adding a full on voice customizer is too much, having note diverse voice effects could make it more appealing. examples are the goxlr effects, hard-tune, megaphone, schatt’s funny mic, etc. to my knowledge most of these should be possible by changing just software, so i don’t see why it can’t be done. this would make it more likely for me to get the razer, instead of shamefully using the goxl
