Hey :) I was wondering if it is possible to bind one key in Synapse (of either Mouse or Keyboard) to change the Profile of both 10.0.0.0.1 devices simultaniously with just one Press. I haven´t found anything on the Internet yet and that would be pretty useful. thank you :)

I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the different keyboard brands and types. The switches also confuse me, what are the differences? If anyone has an idea what the best razer keyboard is, I would be super thankful.

I just bought the mouse. Love it. Battery-powered - takes one AA. It puts itself to sleep randomly when I'm using it. I don't see any settings on the Razer software to fix this. I turn it off and on via switch, but sometimes it doesn't work right away. I tried pressing all the buttons to wake it up, and that doesn't work. Feels like it wakes itself up when it feels like it. Any solutions? Running Windows 10 Home. Installed the Razer Central software.

Hello, i need help here. My keyboard a and q doenst work after synapse 2 update, if i press Q nothing happen if i press A it randomly pressing another button. already tried uninstaling and instaling synapse 2/3 then changing pc also hard resetting the keyboard but, the problem persist.

Seems its time for my 3rd Razer laptop to go down with a bad battery, over the last few days I have noticed that the touch pad has become harder and hard to click, and there is a slight bulge to the case, so like my blades before this one it looks like another battery failure around the 18 month to 2 years mark. Has anyone found a reliable manufacture of replacement batteries? there are plenty on ebay and Amazon but looking for some guidance as I would rather spend a little more for a known trusted (if there is such a thing) replacement than some random that has a few stars but no real reviews. Any help appreciated.

I am unable to charge my razer blade 14 with a type c cable I don't know what is the reason behind this.

High so I love my chroma v2 and love the keys I got the Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro but my issue was the keys I hated how high they were and if you put a gram of pressure they would click in. So I'm asking what other razer keyboards are like the chroma where the keys are low and need some pressure to go in, btw I'm new to PC gaming so I'm completely Naive in this space, thanks for the help ahead of time.

Hi there. I have a Razer Blade 15 purchased in 2019, model number: RZ09-02887E52-R3U1. The charging port in the laptop has a broken pin and the laptop is not charging. I see I can relatively easily replace the port but I want to make sure I order the correct part. Can someone confirm the correct part number for the charging port of this laptop? Hello, I’ve some problems with my keyboard. I have a Lenovo Ideapad 330 Ryzen 5 laptop that I purchased a couple of years ago and it does not store the L, K & spacebar keys while writing on documents. I’ve to press those keys several times for it to work. I am a little bit confused, is it a mechanical problem? Or a software issue? Should I need to replace my keyboard? I am unable to fix the issue. Tried keyboardtester.org but not getting any help. Any help should be appreciated.

I have my Kiyo up and connected and can see the preview, but how do you record video? I've seen some people mention clicking on Broadcaster, but that isn't an option for me in Synapse.

Is the Pro Click the only mouse that works with the Razer™ Productivity Dongle? I am unable to see if there are other options to use with my Pro Type Ultra keyboard. I would prefer the keyboard and mouse use the same dongle. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks!

Problem with my Blade 17 (mid 2021) isn't turning on by pressing the power button once , i always have to hold it for 10 secs till the led indicator blinks white and then i can press the power button to start it, but it didn't help so i contacted razer and they tried helping me but it didn't work. Just got the Kishi V2, and it's a really sick controller already, but I'm noticing that not that many games are controller compatible, especially not some of the more popular titles, and especially not for the Kishi. If you guys have any suggestions for games I can try out with it, that would be great (I have the Phone 2, so asking for Android games). Side note, I'm getting into Final Fantasy and Sonic games on mobile, so I've already seen those, and I got an app that turns the Kishi inputs into touch screen inputs, so if there's a game that could work with mapped controller-to-touch screen inputs, I'll try those.

I have a both a Alienware R12 and a equally impressive MacStudio setup in my home office. Together I use 15 Razor Chroma products to keep uniformity across both system. Unfortunately, outside of the Keyboard and Mouse that is connected to the apple, all my other products are connected to the Windows desktop so my Chroma works. I seen and heard the argument that Razer is geared to gaming rigs and Apple is just not at their level or even in their sights, I am here to say, that no longer holds true. Please Mr. Tan, It's time to merge both worlds and take-on new customers, there is no-one out there right now that jumped on this potential to increase revenue across the board. So I posted here a while back about how my keyboard lights under some keys quit working. Now it seems I have keys themselves that dont work without either hitting them a few times or seriously heavy application of force. Mostly hitting them again and again, key, media keys, z key, even the windows key seems router login to be going. Customer service gave me the rundown of use with and without the software, reinstall software etc, and how since I dont have the recipte anymore they cant RMA. So my question to you all is have many of you had these issues? I used an old Saitek for almost 12 years until it died, and this has me wondering if mechanicals inherently die faster.
