I recently got a new keyboard, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL, and I'm trying to play, but it only gives me keybinds for consoles and console servers. for instant i am trying to play no man’s sky with the keyboard and learn the keybinds but only get cosole keybinds, and so i have to try every keybind and memorize them

I use a lot of Blender, Photoshop and Random School Things, My GPU goes into a crashout mode where my display turns black and enter a boot loop sometimes. Does anyone know how to possibly reduce GPU Usage to lower the stress and increase workflow for me? This is what happened, Im doing something when 10 seconds later the whole laptop powers off. Back in May it would usually take a while before it happened (maybe 2 hrs), but now it happens within one hour of Grow A Garden making the laptop essentially useless for gaming, and I'm out of ideas as to what it could be. It has never happened during anything other than games. I got the laptop back in about August of 2018. I am an 3D Modelling student so this thing has gotten constant use between Blender, renderings, photography editing, photoshop, random school things, and heavy gaming usage (several hours at a time). Im wondering if the issue is with the laptop or the apps that i use?

Hi, I have two (2) fully functional Razer Viper Ultimates that I purchased four years ago.  I was not able to contact Razer in any other fashion as these products are out of their warranty period.After several years the side grips are disintegrating and I’d like to purchase replacement parts.  Does Razer stock and sell these?

I hope this is the right place to post but I'm not certain. For some reason when I try to use the visualizer setting on Spotify, the visualization feature on the visualizer refuses to show up on the keyboard, even though the preview acts like it is working properly. To make it even more confusing, if I turn on the "reactive background" feature, the background lights on my keyboard react to Spotify, yet the visualization does not. YouTube, discord, everything else works fine, just not Spotify. I don't know what to do.

I just got the basilisk v3 pro. I was wondering if there needs to be a certain thickness or anything for the sensor to work on a glass mousepad. I haven’t gotten one yet just wanna make sure I get one that works well.

Literally there are zero posts on google for how to set this stuff up. I can pick wallpapers but they go away, it sent the chroma to my keyboard for about 10 seconds, and then went away. No manuals, no tutorials, nothing no how this all works, is there a guide somewhere? 

I play and stream World of Warcraft, and I love the razer naga to death, but the MMO buttons die so fast, like we talking like after 4-5 months. I am ashamed to admit that I was just buying a new mouse every once in a while, because frankly there is nothing else as consistent, but 4-8 hours of play a day just destroys these buttons, and frankly I just want to stock up on replacement buttons. 

will there be a mercury verizon of the 2025 razer blade 16 hx370 soon as i’m planning to get the mercury version 

I've updated the firmware on a computer for the black shark v2 pro for Xbox. But when I want to customize audio profiles. The app never connects to the headphones.

Currently, it seems that most mice on the market do not have a function to set the duration of the mouse scroll wheel sliding interval. For example, no matter how far the scroll wheel slides at the same time, one slide will result in a grid. In FPS games, using the scroll wheel to cut guns can cause inaccurate control if the sliding distance is too long. If the scrolling interval duration can be set in the mouse driver, it can be achieved. However, many mice do not have this function. Hello, I just purchased a Deathstalker v2, and I am trying to import RGB profiles from the website but whenever I do it says that the keyboard is not compatible with that profile, I try to search for Deathstalker v2 profiles directly but none show up? I just want to use some of these cool color profiles.

 Hi, I have a BlackWidow V2 Tournament Edition Chroma keyboard. I'd like to know which switches I can use on my BlackWidow V2 Tournament Edition mechanical keyboard.The original switches are black with an LED running through them, soldered to the board and available in green, yellow, and orange.Is it possible to use the new Razer mechanical switches if I unsolder the old ones and solder the new ones?

Hi, I’m from Singapore. The tilting mechanism for my razer chair has broken.I have used this chair for many years and would like to recycle it. Would Razer arrange for any delivery to have the chair returned? If this was any smaller product, I dont mind doing it myself but the chair is huge and bulky. If Razer does not want the chair for recycling, I will just throw it away below my block. Do let me know if there are any options. Thank you.

I purchased a Viper Ultimate but didn’t use it much, like just unbox and leave it there as my mouse collection After like 3 months, I tested it, it worked but right after 3-4 times I unplug and plug in again, very softly, the dongle was stop working, and I dont know why, I spent like 2 month to adjust the software, but it now work. I used flashlight to see inside the dongle then realized that the dongle seems like break inside, I have no idea about the quality why it so easy to break just right after 3-4 timesI wonder is there any free replacement for the mouse or how I can contact with Razer Support more about this one

I consider to purchase a Razer Blade 16Unfortuneately the offer onls “Window 11 Home” as Option. Is it possible to upgrade to Windows 11 Professional on my own (with an Upgrade Key)?Are there any concerns or problems running Windows 11 Professional on Razer Blade 16 (or any other model)?Especially regarding Hyper-V - makes sometimes problems i  know.Appreciate any help suggestion.
