Hi.My Razer Kraken V3 Pro suddenly turns off.I have the Razer Synapse wireless power save turned off, but it still turns off.This also occurs while playing games and even with the USB cable connected.It is okay if I turn the power switch back on, but it takes about 5 seconds to turn it on and I have to take one hand off during that time, so if it occurs during game play, I have to continue playing silently.My PC environment is as followsOS: Windows 11 Home 22631.2861Razer Synapse: 20231208Please help me solve this problem.

I’ve always used a wired Deathadder V2 to play FPS (mainly Apex) games with absolutely no issues. Recently switched to a Naga Pro V2 because the extra buttons come in hand for crouch spamming, holstering, shields, etc. ever since switching using the 2.4hz wireless connection I get occasional in-game stuttering and it’s annoying the life out of me! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi there! Just got my Pro Click V2 delivered today and was attempting to customize the buttons on the mouse using Razer Synapse 4.  However, I’m encountering issues where Synapse 4 will say that I’ve saved the change, it will work once, but then it will revert back to it’s default function.  I’m not sure what is causing it.  I have the mouse plugged in and have restarted my computer a few times to no avail.  Any tips would be helpful!  (For example, I tried to change the Long Press from the AI chat to activate Task View in Windows, I saved it in Synapse 4 and when I tried the Long Press and it successfully prompted Task View.  But subsequent attempts at using Long Press would revert back to the default and prompt the AI chat despite it still showing as changed to Task View in Synapse 4). 

Personally, I have been playing a ton on my old Xbox 360 Slim. Trying to get all the achievements in Forza Horizon 1 and 2 that don’t require me to be online.

Hi there I want to buy a Razer mouse because I really like their design but Im not sure if it's compatible with macOS, I have the latest macOS version and my device is a Mac mini. some advice would be appreciated. 

I have a 4y/o razer basilisk v3 26k dpi I use it everyday without any problem but when I plug it in today It doesn't work Windows detected it as unknown device But when I plug it in my linux laptop it work just fine

A couple days ago my Razer Deathadder v4* Pro was working fine, but suddenly it just started to die really quick not long after i had to charge it, usually I only charge it for a couple hours and it would last weeks, this time around it died only after a day, then now suddenly, the light won't even blink when I charge the mouse, only for 1-2 seconds MAXIMUM, I am so lost on what to do and I urgently need the mouse in order to finish up my work, this is extremely disappointing as I have only had this mouse from January the start of this year 2025. What do i do to fix it please anybody help.

i bought a pair of these hammerhead wireless earbuds and literally couldnt even turn them on or connect them to blutooth, i then went back to the shop and got them exchanged for another pair and i have the exact same issue, surely i dont have 2 of the same fault in 1 day. Can i please get some help, its really frustrating

I know alot of us have heard alot of bad news regarding Razer Phone 1 & 2, however there a actually a huge portion of us that are quite lucky where our device are working as good as it did even up till now. Kinda wanna make a thread to talk about other fellow Razer Phone 1 & 2 owners that are still using their device as their daily driver. I'll kick start this by telling my story Well I got my phone around August 2019, Razer Phone 2, took it under my telco; Maxis, in Malaysia. Received free gift of Hammerhead Pro Duo ANC, Razer Tempered Glass and even the Razer Word Case. A huge steal considering I got it for RM2500 (USD 550). Device is working great, still my daily driver, Still shoot fantastic shots (via GCam), I have never formatted it nor have I flashed the rom before. Only issue I am facing, is only recently, where sometimes the Type-C port has issue when I connect my audio DAC that's it, no issue when charging. I swear I still love this phone till now. I have completely reinstalled Windows 11, installed all Razer Synapse updates, updated the firmware on the Razer homepage. Driver Booster updated all drivers but Windows still flickers when working and hangs?Does anyone else have this?If I activate only the NVIDIA graphics in the BIOS everything works fine, if I activate both in the BIOS the graphics errors occur. If I activate only OPTIMUS in the NVIDIA control panel, everything works fine? What is going on there?

Hi Razer Support,I'm experiencing an issue with the middle-click (scroll wheel click) on my Razer Viper V2 Pro — the scroll function works, but clicking the wheel does not register.I've spent hours working with Microsoft Support, and they helped me thoroughly test my system. After system repairs, driver reinstalls, and multiple tests, they concluded it is not a Windows issue and advised me to contact Razer directly. Their exact recommendation was:“You may need to reach out to Razer for them to check and configure the mouse settings under their app, and contact the game developer as well for them to provide you additional options.”Here’s what I’ve already done: Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse Factory reset profiles Tried the mouse on 2 different laptops One laptop had the same issue The other didn’t seem to show the problem Tested with and without Synapse Used third-party tools like X-Mouse Button Control Confirmed Windows recognizes the device as a mouse

I have a Kraken X for about 1 and a half year, and it basically broke I'm half, just by regular use. The product box says it has a 2 year warranty, the website says, when I put the Serial Number, it is already out of the warranty.  I have not been able to contact Razer, as the chat option is not available to me.

I have a ROG Strix G713PV Laptop, I use a MSI 49 inch Monitor that support a normal resolution of 5120-1440,240HZ configuration. My laptop can just handle it but I wanted to know if there is a Razer device that will make the system like a Dock 5 make it work better. Thanks. Dave

Hi everyone,I’ve been using my Razer Huntsman Mini since June 6th, 2022. Recently, the B key stopped working completely, while all other keys still work fine. The keyboard hasn’t been dropped, spilled on, or physically damaged in any way.Unfortunately, I see that my device is now out of warranty, and Razer’s website says it's ineligible for free support. I don’t have a RazerCare Protection Plan either.I’m reaching out here to ask:Has anyone experienced this issue before with a single non-functioning key on the Huntsman Mini?Is it possible to get the switch replaced or repaired out-of-warranty, even at a cost?Would you recommend contacting a local repair shop for this type of issue?Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Honestly, I think it would be cool! I feel Razer could definitely bring some experience from making the Edge, Blade, and the Razer Phone. Let me know what you think in the comments!!

I recently got a new keyboard, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL, and I'm trying to play, but it only gives me keybinds for consoles and console servers. for instant i am trying to play no man’s sky with the keyboard and learn the keybinds but only get cosole keybinds, and so i have to try every keybind and memorize them

I use a lot of Blender, Photoshop and Random School Things, My GPU goes into a crashout mode where my display turns black and enter a boot loop sometimes. Does anyone know how to possibly reduce GPU Usage to lower the stress and increase workflow for me? This is what happened, Im doing something when 10 seconds later the whole laptop powers off. Back in May it would usually take a while before it happened (maybe 2 hrs), but now it happens within one hour of Grow A Garden making the laptop essentially useless for gaming, and I'm out of ideas as to what it could be. It has never happened during anything other than games. I got the laptop back in about August of 2018. I am an 3D Modelling student so this thing has gotten constant use between Blender, renderings, photography editing, photoshop, random school things, and heavy gaming usage (several hours at a time). Im wondering if the issue is with the laptop or the apps that i use?

Hi, I have two (2) fully functional Razer Viper Ultimates that I purchased four years ago.  I was not able to contact Razer in any other fashion as these products are out of their warranty period.After several years the side grips are disintegrating and I’d like to purchase replacement parts.  Does Razer stock and sell these?
