I recently got the razer kraken v3 and for some reason every once in a while it will make my audio glitch/crackle and then go back to normal, i cant figure out how to fix it and came hear for help.

I redeemed a $25 uber gift card using my Razer Silver points. The code given to me was invalid so I had to go through Razer Support to get the correct pin that would work with redemption. After 2 weeks of them letting me know they were still working on it, they eventually sent me a new code but now it was telling me that the code was already used! I let razer know that they gave me a used code and they told me to ask Uber for all the personal information of the person who redeemed it and the details of the redemption, I contacted uber and they told me due to privacy reasons, they could only give me the first name of the person who redeemed it. I went back and let Razer know and they said there was nothing else they could do. At this point it’s pretty obvious with all the hands in the same pie (my case with a different person replying each time), someone stole the code and redeemed it, knowing I wouldn’t be able to do anything to get it back and knowing Razer wouldn’t do anything either

I got my laptop about 10 months ago, it was meant to be used as an university laptop but now I had to start using it during my part time job.It's only done 5 days at my new job just doing some modeling in cad and then renders but this weekend I noticed that it can't run any games, it struggles to get any fps and the audio is very distorted.Has anyone dealt with that before? I'm not sure if there is some software that's causing issues, I've had to download some meta quest software for work,I'd really hate to loose this machine as it has been my favourite computer I ever had, Thanks!

I have been using the Razer Naga lightspeed v2 and I have enjoying it. However I have really been looking for a lighter weight MMO style mouse (that you could use for fps and other games) and I feel Razer could do a really good job at it.Current OptionsAt the moment you have < 55g lightweight esports mouse and then the heavy weight Naga (even with the lightspeed it is 110g after including a AAA battery) and not that much in between in terms of side buttons (the basilisk only have 3, doesn’t really count).I don’t there is any strong competition in this space. My razer pro 17 laptop (from December 2019) will no longer boot to windows after a recent windows 11  Insider update.No repair options are working, including a windows reset. My only option now looks to be creating a bootable USB pen drive and going from there. Is it ok to create a bootable pen drive from a windows 11 iso file from microsoft, or do I need a specific razer iso?If I can re-install windows once booted from the pen drive, can I then re-install the additional razer software?Any help/advice on how I can re-install windows would be very helpful and much appreciated.Also, how do I recover my windows OEM license key, if needed?Regards,John

I’ve had this keyboard for a long time, like 3 years now and I’ve been struggling for a while now dealing with the mushy height adjuster that keeps coming off, wiggly keys and now ghosting? I feel like the optical switches don’t mean anything when I’m handicapped with something like this. this goes as well for the viper ultimate which I now upgraded to viper v3 it’s strange I’m surprised the mouse wheel works when I press it. I’m sorry for this rant I just wanted to express my frustration here since I like this brand but I don’t like having this thought of doubting myself getting an item and worrying about it’s longevity. I apologize for being a crybaby. Does wooting have similar flaws or are the new keyboards more future proof?

I am using the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and I've been having this issue as of end of 2024, no idea what is going on but I need to have all of my sounds under like 70% and 60% at a push, cause if any of my applications make a really high pitched noise my headphones shut off and turn back on after like a second or less.Even just talking to people on discord or anything does it if a high pitched noise is made. Hope someone can help with this annoying issue. 

I have a Razer Raptor 27” Monitor. The documentation says it supports USB-C Power Delivery, but when I plug the USB-C Cable into a device (Surface Pro 8), it does not register as receiving a charge.Everything else works satisfactorily: Video feed and USB devices work just fine.But I have to plug a separate power cable into the computer to maintain power. Hi there so I purchased a Razerblade 17 pro last year with the i9. It’s a 4K 144hz screen on the laptop which was cracked and I’ve had my computer at a shop for some time now just for them to call me today and tell me the screen they have ordered for the laptop does not work due to the connector. They say it’s a 40 pin connector the one they received was 30 pin. They also informed me that the screen is one off they have looked everywhere for the screen including Alibaba and all of their suppliers in North America. Am I stuck with a paper weight?

so i dont know if anyone has had this issue but i thiught id ask here if anywhere. I got this headset a while ago( the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed) and i connected it to my ps5 with the dongle but recently the headset wont work unless i plug it in to ps5 with a usb cord which sucks cause i need it to be wirless. I dont know what the issue is cause i had it plugged in all night with the cord it came with and the one i used to charge my controllers. whenever i turn it on it goes into pairing mode and then nothing. the dongle doesnt blink or turn on like it did before. i feel like im losing my mind cause whenever i plug it im with the cord its so lose and dc’s so much. please help

the Razer Clio could be interesting as pair of rear speakers for true 5.1, but I’m wondering if the the software for any existing razer speakers will be updated to adjust for the rear speakers being added.

Has anyone else run into this? It seems to happen more consistently when I play games but I'm not positive. It does happen occasionally when I am just doing normal computer stuff too.Video attached of the sound. Love the laptop otherwise but the constantly clicking is pretty annoying. 

Can I still use 8K even if I connect to a viper v2 pro regular dongle?

Does anyone elae have issues migrating profiles from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4? I have hundreds of macros for various games and several profiles so I thought it would take longer than most, but it's been an hour now and it's still stuck on "Migrating profiles...".Bar is not moving at all.I wouldn't have upgrade if I knew I couldn't migrate my macros or profiles. This is ridiculous.

I live in the Philippines with almost zero proper warranty support. I ordered a Razer Viper Ultimate for my wife, through Amazon last March 15. 3 months later, the dock decides to crap out. I mean, it lights up, synapse recognizes it, but it doesnt do the one thing I need it to do, which is charge the mouse. I know for sure its the dock because connectung the mouse directly charges it. Using my own razer dock charges my wife's mouse. So the charging mechanism on my wife's dock is broken.  How can I go about getting the dock replaced as I assume it should still be within warranty? I've tried through the Razer help pages and I'm stuck at verifying the s/n.  The dock s/n is 63244U09602155. Thanks for any help.
