Every thing that I try doenst work: Telephone: only a computer voice saying there is no support via phone Email: (education-support@razer.com) says the email adress doesn’t exist Contact form: can’t put in my first name and last name which are both mandatory fields Chat: even in the times where the chat should be up, I am not able to open up the chat. Hello, Recently i had a virus on my pc, and i restarted it on 0. I have the question if it is possible that the virus is infected on my mouse, because the last time i connected it on my pc after a restart it doesn’t download the Razer Synapse automatically, and the first time i connected the mouse on my pc it automatically download it. If there is a reason of it can be the mouse infected or other devices, i want to know how i can detect it and how i can solve it.Thank you a lot,Sergio

Hi everyone.Does anyone have the same issue with the DeathAdder V2 X? It lags everywhere when I use it. Sometimes, when I use it with the dongle (2.4 GHz), the mouse doesn’t correctly register my actions — it can click, scroll, or even press the wheel button on its own when I move it.When I connect it via Bluetooth, everything works fine.I’ve already changed the batteries and reinstalled all the drivers. I think the problem started after the last firmware update. Hello,I'm using the Razer DeathAdder V3 with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. I’ve noticed that sometimes my Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable or starts lagging, and at the same time, I feel like my mouse also starts to lag or stutter.Could this be caused by interference between the HyperPolling dongle and my Wi-Fi (especially since both use the 2.4 GHz band)?Is there a recommended solution to avoid this kind of interference? Hi, for the past four days I've been dealing with a keyboard issue. When I play certain games — namely Deep Rock: Survivor, Dead Island 2 and Deep Rock: Galactic — the keyboard goes "crazy." First, I hear the disconnect sound, then the RGB flickers a couple of times, turns off, I hear the reconnect sound, and once the RGB lights come back on, the keyboard stops responding — or if it does, it starts spamming a key. I've tried every possible solution, including those recommended in Razer's support guide. This issue only happens with the games I mentioned — on the desktop, the keyboard works and responds without any problems.Also, I’ve noticed that the “Analog” model of the Huntsman V2 does have a firmware update available, which is not the case for my version.Here are my PC specs: Ryzen 5 3600 16 GB RAM 3200MHz RTX 3060 Ti (Driver version 576.52) 500 GB WD Black M.2 SSD + 1 TB XPG M.2 SSD Windows 11 Pro Edition 23H2 (10.0, Build 22631)

I hVE 2 OLDER nOSTROM GamePad and N52 and RZ07 … I have the Razor Configurator installed but the configurator does not “FIND” a pad connected. I have plugged and unplugged, and reinstalled the driver GamePad, but no luck.  All I want to do it be able to program one of my controllers.  Please help.

Just got myself blackwidow v4 75% orange and Im wondering can I just switch the y and z keys? 

I got my Pro Click V2 today and its fascinating. The shape is almost perfect and it feels great but for some reason there is no DPI button and instead they give you a long press on the scroll wheel for AI garbage that you cant remap to cycle DPI. I thought i basically found the perfect productivity mouse but its ruined by another company trying to jam AI crap down our throats. Do you really think an AI prompt button is more useful than a standard CORE feature on a mouse? Why wont you let us remap the AI button to sensitivity? Why is there a small subset of button I can remap the long click to? 

Just bought a Razer v3 hyperspeed mouse and after putting a battery in it it doesnt turn on any help would be great

While trying to play a game, my Razer Naga X mouse kept disconnecting repeatedly. I’ve tested every USB port on my PC, but the issue persists. I find it unacceptable that a product like this is experiencing such problems.

First of all, the problem is that I forcibly pulled out the stabilizer and I can't put it back in. And I'm trying to clean the inside and disassemble it, but there seems to be no information on it in the world. Can someone tell me?
