What game (if any) gave you nightmares? (And why? What age were you?) I have to say Majora's Mask and Halo CE did well (I tried to play when I was 6) Halo because of the flood and the captains turning into a flood then getting his face punched in, and Majora's Mask because of the mask being so creepy.

When I was a Heroic raider in WoW around WoTLK and Cata and raided every evening I had nightmares about making a mistake and wiping the raid, mind you I was the off-tank.

Probably not what you had in mind

I remember a jumpscare in Zelda: Phantom Hourglass that scared the living daylights out of me. Bear in mind, I was no older than 6 when I had that game, so it was really scary. I'm still terrible with jumpscares, although I don't think that the Phantom Hourglass incident is to blame, more like I don't like them.

I don't really get nightmares anymore, and when I do they aren't related to video games.

Instead of posting about a nightmare I will talk about being stuck in the same dream all night. Anyway this was a few years back, but I had been playing this game all day. It was called Clone Wars Adventures. When I wen't to sleep all I could do was dream about doing the same thing in the game over and over again.

When I woke up I felt as if I had been doing math none stop for 10 hours.

Idk about nightmares but some slightly bad dreams would be Resident Evil as a kid. Also Arkham City the shark that eats you when you fall in the water really scared me hahaah

  12. I'm the same, but that's probably caus I'm too much of a chicken to go for anything scarier than Gone Home :chicken:

Never had a game give me nightmares..
But I got so in to Infamous on the PS3 that it infiltrated my dreams and real life, much to the fact that Dead Drops in the game were Satellite Dishes.. I walked past a window at Work, and saw one on a building roof opposite, and my brain went "Ooh a Dead Drop" *facepalm*

It wasn't nightmare exactly, but I played Dynomite so much whenever I closed my eyes to go to sleep all I could see was those damn dinosaurs.

  20. I saw my friend's dad playing F.E.A.R when I was a kid, so I would believe you. Boy it was terrifying. I may have had nightmares from it.
