Just received my Man O'War (wireless), plugged in usb dongle, recognised it and updated Synpase. Awesome, plugged the headphones in with the USB cable, and then went out for 6 hours. Came home thought I have to see if they are as good as they reviewed, as good as the Kraken 7.1 I have, however they don't turn on. No lights, no sound, no LEDs. Is there a plastic rip tag from the battery or something simple that I have missed, or do I have a dud. I have contacted Razer support and the retailer, however thought that I would throw myself on the mercy of the forum and see if I have been blind and missed something obvious.

Hope I am missing something and that it is not a dud.

You need to hold the power button for about 5 seconds ^^

Thanks for this, I have held the power button down for various time lengths, from the recommended 2 secs, to 20 seconds. No joy.

Well, it doesn't take more than 5 seconds. Go back to the store where you bought it and ask for the replacement.
