I just got my brand new Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard.

It is as amazing as I hoped it to be, but of the keys (the up arrow key) is missing the key cap.

I assumed this was intentional to show the type of switch underneath and that the key cap would be in the box for me to apply later, but sadly that was not the case.

Does anyone know where I can find a separate key cap similar to the default ones on this keyboard?

Note: I tried raising this with Razer Support, but Ireland is not in the country list so it won't let me fill in the contact form.

Where did you purchase the keyboard from?

You can search it on Taobao or amazon for keycaps. Then again, they are not made by razer.

Why not just contact Razer Customer Support and ask them to send you a replacement keycap so that it will match the rest of the keyboard? I'm sure that in this situation they'd be more than happy to help out.
(assuming it meets all the usual requirements: warranty, legit purchase, you have proof of purchase, etc - the stuff we expect to need when dealing with any customer service. lol)

Good luck getting it replaced to your liking. :)
