    Hi guys - this is a guide on how RazerStore promotions work and some common issue interpretations. As we will be running RazerStore-Insider initiatives more frequently, we hope this will come in handy for our fans new and old to know how to quickly and efficiently get in on such events.

    1. Common browser-related issues can sometimes be quickly fixed by:
    - Clearing your browser caches.
    - Disabling third party Internet/security software such as your pop-up blockers.
    - Enabling cookies.

    2. With the first checklist out of the way, the RazerStore (www.razerzone.com/store) is the store to be for awesome Razer promotions and the first screen to greet you would be the region selector. You will need to set the country that you are in, which should be where you have a valid shipping and billing info/address:

    If this screen does not appear for you - you can also select your country via the Country Selector button:

    3. Coupon usage. EXAMPLE USED IS SPECIFIC TO THE CES APPRECIATION SALE 2015 -

    Make sure you only have one (1) product selected and added to your cart, before entering your coupon code on the checkout screen.

    4. Apply code and checkout.
    If the code is valid and entered correctly, the relevant promotion discount will be reflected under your Cart Summary:

    5. Proceed to payment.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your billing information: (select returning or new customers accordingly),

    Your shipping method and hit continue,

    To lastly your payment method and details.

    6. Order Confirmation -
    review your order and if all is correct, click 'Place Your Order'.

    7. Only on receiving of a RazerStore Order Confirmation notification will your order be confirmed. Enjoy your purchase!

    Here are some common RazerStore issues that you may experience. Do at the same time, ensure that the promotion running is valid at time of application.
    • RELEVANT TO THE CES APPRECIATION SALE 2015 -
      Error Message: "Your promo code does not apply a discount to your order."
      Solution: Check if you have more than one product added, if you do, please remove all but one, and try again.

    • Error Message: "You have entered an invalid coupon code."
      Solution: Check if you have entered a correct code, and try again. 5.3.jpg

    • Error Message: "Promo code has already been used."
      Solution: Certain promo codes can only be used for a single order (Such as the CES Appreciation Sale discount code.

    This error reference section is applicable to the Razer Nabu X:
    Due to high demand, we will not have enough units for everyone. You may encounter the following error messages if we run out of stock:

    • Your promo-code will be invalid when we run out of stock:

    If we run out of stock during the check-out process, you may encounter either of the following messages :

    Razer Nabu X - Steps to Purchase on the RazerStore:

    1. Click on the buy link provided to you through Razer Insider.
    You will be brought to the RazerStore shopping cart with a message asking you to “Enter your coupon code to unveil your Razer Nabu X”

    2. Coupon usage
    Enter your unique promo code into the “Enter Promo Code” Field.

    3. Apply code and checkout
    If the code is valid and entered correctly, the Razer Nabu X will be added to your cart.

    4. Proceed to payment. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your billing information: (select returning or new customers accordingly),

    FAQ on some issues encountered on CES Appreciation Sale:


    Q: My order was never confirmed or shipped during the first sale, now when I try to use my code during the remedial sale it is states that it is not valid.

    A: Your code is no longer valid if your transaction showed up unsuccessful during the first sale. Please contact Razer Support with your unsuccessful order number.

    Q: Can I purchase out of stock or back-ordered items with my code?

    A: The code can only be redeemed for items that are in stock.

    Q: I am unable to place neither an order during the original or the remedial sale due to site crashes and errors. How else can I use my code?
    A: Given the nature of the sale, our pages will experience a high volume of traffic and we apologize for the inconvenience. Do continue to try and/or access the pages later.

    Q: How can I get a code?
    A: If you were a Razer Insider member before 13th Jan 2015, 6pm PST (end time of the first CES Appreciation Sale), you would have received a code through Razer Insider. No codes were issued after, or will be issued again.

    Q: I have more than one item in my cart and neither item is showing as 50% off.
    A: The code is only applicable if you have only one item in your cart.

    Q: I had an order in my cart and the server crashed. Once I got back on the item was sold out. How can I utilize my 50% off code?
    A: Unfortunately, due to high demand, availability of certain products will not be guaranteed. Please consider using your 50% off code for another item.


    Q: Will my item ship the next day following the sale? When will my shipment be processed?

    A: While we will strive to meet our shipping commitments, delays may occur as we are experiencing higher than usual order volumes during this promotional period.

    Q: I placed an order during the initial sale, but cancelled it as I want to participate in the remedial sale. Will my code still work?
    A: The code has already been used in the first sale and is no longer valid for the remedial sale.
