Rewards on Razer Insider

    Hello guys maybe it's a double post i am sorry but i m new at this forum.
    I can t get my rewards on this site. for exampel link my externals accounts and valid my mouse keyboard and etc. Can someone tell me what is wrong with my account or something else is wrong? Thanks for help

    sometimes you may need the help of some of the Razer staff floating around on the site to assist - I remember I had to take a pic of my Razer Blade and I was decked out in my Razer hat and hoodie to unlock certain achievements, and just private DMed someone and it was unlocked within a day.

    If you use the search function in the forums, you'll find guides and people offering suggestions. They're a good place to start. Good luck! :smile_:

    Are your Razer Insider and Razer Synapse accounts the same? You need to be using the same email / Razer ID for the product achievements to sensor. Some of the external account ones take a while to be registered, and if it has been a couple of weeks you can contact @Razer.WolfPack, @RazerGwynbleidd or any of the other admins on here and they should be able to assist you.

    Yes its the same email everywhere i linked my externals accounts on razer central but i didn t have it on insider and can t add it. when i hit the link "external accounts" just appear profil + my stuff and nothing to connect like fb twitch...
    It didn t work too with my location age etc.

    Your e-mail and RazerID need to be exactly the same all across the board for Insider to register what you own. It needs to be the same on the Razer Online Store, Synapse, Cortex and Insider. If this is done correctly then any change to one of those accounts will also be reflected in the others. You should never need to link any outside accounts between other Razer products.

    As was mentioned, sometimes it can take a while for all of the systems to synch up when it comes to some of the achievements, so you may need to wait at least a week or so for some of them to take effect. If all of your systems are the same e-mail and RazerID and you've correctly completed the requirements for an achievement and it hasn't registered within a week's time then please do contact either Razer|WolfPack or Razer|Gwynbleidd to have them manually award the achievement.

    Oh, but please do keep in mind that achievements such as having the kitty ears, owning clothing, a backpack/bag and other such items that do not get registered in Synapse you will need to have a photo of yourself and send it to either WolfPack or Gwynbleidd proving that you have those items before they can award the achievement.

    Thanks yes it the same email everywhere i will just wait but thanks for the attention guys :D

    p.s i saw that already happens before so i have to be patient Thanks anyway :D
