Robin Support is Ending on 7/31

    Rebels, we announced earlier this year that Razer would be supporting all warranties until July 31st, 2017. At that time, we will be shutting down our phone and chat support, but online self-help will be available at http://help.nextbit.com and on our forums here at Insider. Any outstanding RMA tickets that need to be closed with us will be handled via email.

    what's the status on software support? any chance of Getting Android O before software support is dropped in February?

    We will continue software support as promised to February 2018. There is no guarantee of Android O hitting Robin.

    Even though there is no *guarantee*, is there still a small chance? ;)

    Hey Khang, not sure about fulfilling the warranty stuff as I have been waiting for replacement of c type cable for ages now and it is under warranty. Disappointed!

    So if i understood well, if i buy a Robin today, i will not have any warranties ?

    If in the EU, the retailer will have to pick up from razer/nextbit to honor the warranty,

  10. Any word on the next security update? You've left us in the security dark ages (April).

    There are probably a dozen patches marked as critical and several dozen marked as high that we are missing.

    i dont know if this is the right thread , but i had a problem with my robin under warranty , i was able to send my cellphone and an exchange was proceed , was send to my home and wasn't delivered and sent back to robin headquarters , then i just receive an email saying theres no support anymore ... so now i dont have my broke robin and also dont have the spare robin :slightly_sad: ...somebody could help me ???

    I too have problems with my Robin, and just found out that the support ended on Aug 1st. On Nextbit support page "Although you won’t be able to reach us by phone or chat anymore, any outstanding RMA tickets will be handled via email." but can't seem to find the said email address. Can someone please point me to the right direction. Thanks
