Spiky Razer Hammerhead earphones

I have the Razer Hammerhead V2 Pro for a year but I hardly use it due to the spiky design of the earphones that sits really uncomfortably at my ears. There's no complain about the sound quality but what is equally important is the comfort. And thus I've been using my cheap but awesome xiaomi HD earphones.

With the introduction of the new Razer Hammerhead BT, I really fall for it. I like the design and its convenience of being wireless and able to hang around the neck, without having the fear of displacing them like earbuds.

But my worry is still the same - the comfort of the earphones. May I assume that the BT and V2 both would lead to the same problem that I'm currently facing? Is it still worth to fork out that crazy high amount of money to get the BT and have the risk of not able to wear it comfortably in the end?

But nonetheless I really want that BT... Argh...
