Still waiting for Kraken 7.1 v2 support. So weird, lancehead, blackwidow X and kraken come together and i can't even sync them because kraken uses Synapse 2 :/

There is no way to link the Chroma settings to one KB / Mouse profile, if I create a new one there is only set the last Chroma config, is it a bug or am I doing soemthing wrong?.

can you fix the static white static color flickering bug for BW chroma V2 because it is mostly a software issue

Just to make sure, what is the description of the term "legacy devices"? How do you decide a device is "legacy"? Is there any visible roadmap, which device has what priority?

As there is a lot of peripherals, how about actual systems like Razer Blade, Razer Blade Stealth and Razer Core???

By "legacy" devices, I simply mean devices that were released on Synapse 2.

There is no publicly available roadmap. Parts of our team work of several different things at once and we release them as they get done... Many older devices exhibit issues with Synapse 3 that are very difficult to resolve (keep in mind that their hardware and firmware was not designed with Synapse 3 feature set in consideration) and hence get delayed/de-prioritized.

To answer the second part of your question, i'll quote one of my earlier posts :

I hope DeathAdder Chroma will be added soon to the supported devices list. It's one of the best mice I ever had and it would be very discouraging if Synapse 3 will not support it.

Hi, sadly my Razer Naga Epic Chroma isn't detected by Synapse 3.0, I hope it will be added in the future. So I'm gonna stick to older version until this changes.

It's a good way to elude the questions, but it would be better if you could publish a list of legacy devices which are too old and / or will never get a chance to be used with Synapse 3. Since we're customers, and synapse 2 development and updates will probably stop at some point, it would be fair to inform your customers that devices older than 1 year or 2 years won't be recognized by latest version of synapse.

Is the Black Widow X Tournament Edition ever going to be added? there has been support for the regular BWX and the BW TE for ages and I hate having 2 versions of synapse installed (2 for BWX TE and 3 for Lancehead)

i know i have the wireless mamba chroma (the most expensive "best" version of the mouse) as well as a man-o-war wireless (also a tartarus chroma but that is getting replaced anyway so meh) and all i want is to get off of synapse 2 and get everything cohesive on 3. huge shout out to razer for synapse 3 tho it is amazingly better than the previous iterations and bounds of more functionality and this is why we all want our devices on this amazing new software. also come on razer you gonna let that creative soundblaster katana have rgb while your far superior sounding leviathan is left with default and no underglows to match the cynosa pro i got lol ok so this was a little bit of a hey me wanty session but man that would be dope or one with a wireless sub and 2 surrounds would be epic this thing is amazing to begin with ok ill shut up now.

Currently have the Naga Chroma and Blackwidow v2. Occasionally, the synapse loses the profiles I have set up and creates a default setup even though I have saved it. Other times it is saved but it still doesn't function how it is suppose to be. Lastly, similar to other comments, the Naga Chroma effects are not working properly with synapse especially when I try to sync the patterns for both the mouse and keyboard. Best regards to fixing these issues

Same with my Naga chroma. Syn 3 will create profiles on its own (with default keybindings), replace my profiles with a default one it created, erase my saved profiles, and chroma settings are hit and miss. Wonderful software.
