I’ve bought my razer viper mini mouse today, when it arrived I hooked it up to my pc, with razer synapse already installed and it just wouldn't show up, I also tried registering my serial or even looking at the warranty but it just says that it doesnt exist in the database

I’ve update it at last firmware with the Razer Tool, I’ve reinstalled synapse, I’ve registered my product on Razer website etc but razer still don’t recognize it.If I press “?” in the synapse’s mouse page, appear “NOSERIALNUMBER”. Can someone help me please? thanks

Hi,I got a problem with a dongle. I am using Razer Viper V2 Profor almost 3 years. Today i turn on my computer and it don’t detect a dongle. What can I do to use my mouse wireless again? 

Hey! So I have two Razer mice with me Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed and Deathadder essential, so I did reset my laptop recently and installed Razer synapse software and connected my USB, it is not detecting my mouse but it is working on Windows however. I don’t know why. Please help me out.

Hi, i have had a razer goliath (the mousepad) for 2-3 years and today i spilled some water on a spot, the spot i spilled water on is lighting up normally but the other 3 corners arent lighting up at all 

 As u can see this was inside my Razer Naga hyperspeed v2 after i noticed a weird noice and after i noticed the hyperscroll didnt work it always jumped out, i tried do find the hole or something do fix it where it belongs but i couldnt find it where do i have do stick it in? it doesnt seem broken everything works just the scroll button doesnt stick i need it tho hopefuly anyone knows where do push it in for it do work again

I have been using the Razer Naga lightspeed v2 and I have enjoying it. However I have really been looking for a lighter weight MMO style mouse (that you could use for fps and other games) and I feel Razer could do a really good job at it.Current OptionsAt the moment you have < 55g lightweight esports mouse and then the heavy weight Naga (even with the lightspeed it is 110g after including a AAA battery) and not that much in between in terms of side buttons (the basilisk only have 3, doesn’t really count).I don’t there is any strong competition in this space. Closet would the SteelSeries Aerox 9 but SteelSeries QC issues and still a little heavy or the Glorious Model I 2 but the layout of the side buttons is not ideal and it has reported connectivity/battery), the closest would be mouse with below average side button layouts or be too heavy.Hybrid Naga / ViperI think you could take the 6 button variant of the naga

Can I still use 8K even if I connect to a viper v2 pro regular dongle?

I live in the Philippines with almost zero proper warranty support. I ordered a Razer Viper Ultimate for my wife, through Amazon last March 15. 3 months later, the dock decides to crap out. I mean, it lights up, synapse recognizes it, but it doesnt do the one thing I need it to do, which is charge the mouse. I know for sure its the dock because connectung the mouse directly charges it. Using my own razer dock charges my wife's mouse. So the charging mechanism on my wife's dock is broken.  How can I go about getting the dock replaced as I assume it should still be within warranty? I've tried through the Razer help pages and I'm stuck at verifying the s/n.  The dock s/n is 63244U09602155. Thanks for any help.

So I was just playing with my friends on a MacBook just then, and a few minutes later,the mice just fully stopped. I tried to switch it off, but it kept glowing pink. It didn’t connect to Bluetooth nor the 2.4. So I left it on my desk for about 8 hours and it was as still glowing pink. Is there anything I could do to reset the mouse? I also I don’t have razer synapse installed and I’ve tried the profile button. Now the pink light turned off and I can’t manage to turn it back on no matter what button(s) I press, please help.

I tried everything, reset and reinstalled programs, installed different panels. Nothing helped.

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse, and after running the official firmware update using the updater tool, my mouse not detect. after click on left right and scroll botton enters bootloader mode and update but after update i hear the unplug sound and app says connect mouse with cable. The device version field in the updater remains blank during the update process.Details: The mouse works neither wirelessly nor wired after the update. The red LED under the mouse is solidly on. I've tested the mouse on multiple computers and with different cables; the issue persists. Windows is fully updated, and drivers have been reinstalled. Is it normal for the Naga pro wireless mouse wheel to break in a year? I stuck with it as it wasn't so bad but now it's been 2 years and it's completely unusable. Ready to change mice at this point whole scrolling down it always jumps up randomly so annoying.Is this common with all Razer mice to have such a poor scroll wheel? Need a new mouse don't know if I will consider Razer again if this Is very common

Pretty nice overall but the scroll start to having backward issue around 1 year later and now the dongle just stop working?The dongle replacement is event out of stock now.Could you please advice what should I do now? I don’t really need an additional wired mouse tbh.Thanks in advance! 

Title. I got the firmware update and afterwards, my wireless dongle is completely bricked (windows won’t even recognize it anymore). I purchased a new dongle and my mouse won’t connect to it. There are no support articles that can help me.  The mouse is only two years old, this kind of stuff should not be happening. If it can’t be resolved, I will no longer be purchasing Razer products.

Hello, I've used my mouse (Razer Viper 8KHz) on several PC's since i bought it, using different motherboards and chipsets. I also looked into USB root hub power saving states to no avail. So the issue im about to explain has nothing to do with my environment, and is likely a platform/product issue with this model of mice. But no matter on which PC or configuration i use it, this always happens: i can't use the mouse until reconnecting it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time i 'cold' startup my computer, i need to re-attach the mouse before i can get going, which is very annoying, let alone impractical or even impossible for others that may face this issue, in case their PC is under a desk or encapsulated in a desk with their wires running out from the top of their desk. So that immediate access to the rear USB ports is blocked. In my case, the PC is standing on my desk next to monitor, so it's easy to perform the procedure to make the mouse work. But i sho
