I'm having a lighting problem with my keyboard for League of Legends on my Razer Synaspe 4. Special lighting for the game does not work in the ready profile, I also tried 3rd party applications but they do not work either. I think synapse 4 is an unfinished application, so why was its access to synapse 3 completely removed?

Had the joy of buying a v3 pro. But out the box the middle mouse button doesnt work. It scrolls fine but pressing down it doest register, it does click but no actual input... please Help

today the 9/9/25 i got myself a blackshark v3 cuz i saw reviews say its good and you could pinpoint the targetive tryd it for the main game im playing the most Rainbowsixso far i cant hear footstep everything sound muffled  i played with the EQ for idk how much i didnt found anything to make it sound good my old headset ASUS STRIX DSP a 6 year old headset have a crystal creal sound and i can pinpoint everything razer srs fix it  ASP a 2019 headset sound 100% better then a 2025 headset

Quisiera saber por qué mi cooler para celular no sube tantas revoluciones, lo intento configurar en la app pero al momento de ponerlo en alto, este se queda en la misma velocidad, tampoco en velocidad standard ni automático suben las revoluciones, lo abri( se que pierdo la garantía) y note que tiene pasta térmica limpiando y cambiando la pasta se puede solucionar? No quiero hacer gasto en pasta y que no funcione

As you can see in this photo, my dongle is hallucinating a second mouse that it is trying to connect to and thinks is offline. At the same time, my current mouse will only function when hardwired and will not connect to the dongle. How can I get the dongle to stop hallucinating and reconnect to my current mouse?

I installed Synapse 4 and found that macros do not work when the Archeage game is running, as soon as I close the game everything starts working. Next, I deleted Synapse 4 and installed Synapse 3. And everything works!!! Can you tell me the reason why macros work in Synapse 3, but don't work in Synapse 4?

Hello, can you tell me how to disable motion sync? Why is it enabled by default? Why do you enable it by default? I can't play my game like I usually do on other mice. Why is there no way to disable it? Why do cheap Chinese mice have the option to disable this setting, but the famous Razer doesn't? If you don't help me, I'll have to sell your product and never go back. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the quality of this mouse. They even finally made a decent scroll wheel, but they came up with something unnecessary again in the form of motion sync.

Hi there, I have recently purchased the Kraken V4 Pro.How do I make the control hub screen always on? One of the reasons I got it is so I can constantly see the battery level of the headset. I have tried tweaking the settings every which way, and it just goes black after a couple of minutes. After it goes black I feel like it just becomes completely useless, pretty much just a very expensive paper weight.Seriously, I can’t see the point of its existence without having the screen always on? Otherwise what's the point in using an OLED screen? I have volume control on my keyboard, my headset and my mouse. Synapse is easier to use than the control hub for settings. The headset is also easier to use than the control hub for the basic settings. What is the point of this device if the screen can’t be always on? The screensaver is a complete waste without displaying some form of useful telemetry. Thanks.

Goliathus Extended Chroma Mousepad has dramatically lost lighting capabilities.I have to say I am extremely disappointed to learn that this is a common issue with this mousepad. The lighting now only works in the section of tubing within a couple of inches of the usb wire connection. Everywhere else the light is just completely off.This was not a cheap item, and for the lighting to just stop working  for so many people is pretty bad. Is Razer offering any type of replacement for users who are impacted by this.

I bought this last Jan 2022 and the RGB is no longer working. It only lights up from the starting area and will not go through the whole mat. Do you have any fix for this? Please take note that the mat has not been damaged nor spilled with liquids, or changed position from purchase. The light suddenly went out from the other parts.

I can't login into my razer account. and I get an error message that the account is temporarily locked. and when I try to reset password I get error message "Unauthorized" I dialed the wrong number. I forgot to press the extra digit, so it's locked.

When u will add motion sync toggle to synapse? I spend 170 pound on new mouse and cant turn off ?  Why u force it on?  Is not easier to let people to chose if want it on or off?

Just had it bought for me for my birthday 2 days ago from Amazon. I updated the firmaware right out the box, so it is up to date. Worked fine till yesterday night when the d-pad started acting up while gaming on my xbox.Then connected it to my pc and encountering same issue for both wireless and wired connection. Multiple system restarts and hard controller resets later (w/cable plugin and out shennanigans), the issue persists.The gamepad tester I ran reads that the D-pad up is constantly being actuated without any inputs from me. It's not physically stuck from what I can see and feel. However, would sometimes became normal if I held dpad down for long enough (gamepad tester read everthing normal as well) before going back to being stuck after a hour on all my systems I tried. The app is no help.Perhaps a software issue or is it a defect? Anyone know a fix?
