Hi, I recently update BIOS with the latest version and now secure boot have to be disable….. this don’t allow me play COD7 and Battlefield 6. PLEASE HELP

My razer nommo pro control pod died after a power outage si there is no way to turn the speakers on, there is light when connecting the subwoffer to the power, is there any way to repair? Or is it a lost cause?Also had a set of razer nommo chroma that got messed up in the outage, they turn on but make static sound when idle and when playing sound through them....

I got this BlackWidow v3 pro to connect to multiple devices, but it no longer works on bluetooth, only wired. When I go to my PC’s bluetooth settings → Add Device → I find the BlackWidow V3 Pro show up → i click on it and it shows “Connected”, shows up on my devices, shows the battery icon and everything and the keyboard works wirelessly. But the keyboard’s pairing key is still blinking, and then when I swap between #2 and back to #1 → it fluctuates between Connected and Not Connected. The blinking never stops the entire time. Please help, life was so good up until 1-2 months ago, while I was juggling between three devices. Now its Wired or Nothing.

I have been using the Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed for about a year now, and all of a sudden it keeps disconnecting. The mouse constantly changes colors — blue, orange, purple — and I honestly have no idea what’s going on.I tried searching online for possible troubleshooting steps. One suggestion was to download the latest firmware, but there is no firmware available specifically for the Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed, so the installer won’t even let me proceed.It’s incredibly frustrating because I’ve seen many similar complaints and reviews online about this exact issue, yet it doesn’t seem like Razer has provided a clear fix or solution up to now.Has anyone experienced the same problem? If so, what actually fixed it for you? I’d really appreciate any advice or troubleshooting steps that worked.

I just bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen) Earbuds for my husband for our anniversary, however the earbuds doesn’t show up in the Bluetooth or the Razer App that my husband has in his phone (he has an iPhone). We saw a post about the same issue last year and tried the work arounds that was posted in that thread but none of them still works. Hopefully someone can help us. Thanks!

Warranty period has expired

I have recently been running into the Viper V3 Pro Sensor Issue that is mentioned many times throughout different threads on here already. I have tried all sorts of things as well as all possible fixes that have been listed by moderators on other threads and my issue persistsI would like to know if this case would be covered by warranty if no fix can be found.

So I bought the blackshark v3 against my better jugmeant because of problems with razer products in the past. I have withing minutes noted a bug or maybe its two, First there is no dedicated custom selection for the EQ, which means I have to edit one of the preexisting ones, not a good start, so I spent around 20 mins altering the Game EQ till it was how I liked, just as I was near completing it my phone rang so I pressed the not very smart button to switch to bluetooth because for some reason in dual mode the person on the phone couldnt hear me, switching to BT and they could now hear me. So I then pressed the not so smart button again to switch to wireless mode and in doing so must have not double pressed fast enough and it change the EQ to default mode. Not a biggy you say just dbl press it till its back to game EQ you know the one I spent 20 mins editing?, yeah well when I did that it wiped all my settings out and reset them to default Game EQ. Honestly who comes up with these STUP

Hello, I know this has been asked many times before, but would there be a way for me to get a replacement dongle for my controller? I bought it second-hand and it didn’t come with one, but I would love to buy one if at all possible.

If you have a Razer product that requires the version 2 drivers and the install fails because the installer can’t find “Razer Synapse 2.0.msi” try the following:During the initial install step, the installer flashes up a message to the effect that it is extracting files. If you are really quick then you will see it has extracted the above file. DO NOT PRESS NEXT.Open explorer and search for “Razer Synapse 2.0.msi” on “This PC”. Copy the file to your desktop. Continue with the install. When the installer asks for the file you can now use the browse option to go find it.EXCEPTIONIf you have more than one account and you are not logged in as the administrator, you may find that the file has been extracted to the administrator’s temp directory (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Razer), making it impossible to access without your admin password.

Hello! I’m suddenly experiencing synapse software is not working when I use the macro. The software suddenly froze or is not responding and the software goes gray. This happens after the update. Please check on this and hope this will be fixed soon. Thank you~

Razor not working after replacing batteries and I tried updating software but nothing works

Just recieved my Blackshark v2 X and I try to register and it shows me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" How do I fix this? As I legit only got it today, so confused 

I just got a new headset, and I went to try it and sound is only coming out the left side. I tried:adjusting sliders in Levels / Audio Settingsrestarted PCUpdated / Uninstalled Audio Drivers.Tried different PC / CablesI have a feeling I recieved a defective product. 

I changed my phone number but I can't fully use my account because I have 2-Step Authentication on and also don't have access to my backup codes.… Any help would be appreciated

I'm having a problem with my Razer Blade 14 (2024) laptop. The front LED indicator light no longer illuminates except when it's in sleep mode. I've tried completely discharging the battery and then fully charging it, but there's no light indicating that it's fully charged. Has this happened to anyone else here?

I have problems with my viper v3 pro recently sometimes when its fully charged everything works fine only until my mouse hits low battery like 15-5% i charge it but this time it charged but kept on staying the same percentage or sometimes it even dropped, I let the mouse die and tried to charge it for 2 hours on my pc and it still stayed the same i think i havbe a faulty USB-C cable or something because then later i tried using a normal USB-C cable like one I use for my phone for charging and then after a couple of hours i hit 100% whan can I do so it doesnt happen and waste time because its really annoying and the mouse is actually really good it would be bad if I cant use it properly because of that issue and its time consuming 

Hello,About a week ago, my Barracuda X started randomly losing connection with the USB dongle. I also noticed that the dongle becomes very warm while in use.After disconnecting it and letting it cool down for a while, I tried reconnecting it to my PC, but it did not work properly. When it does reconnect, it only works for a few minutes before disconnecting again and stopping pairing completely.This is quite frustrating because I have been using the headset for over a year without any issues, but unfortunately the warranty has just expired.I'm from Brazil and would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement dongle for the headset, or if there is any recommended troubleshooting I could try to fix the connection issue.For reference, in my account the product appears as:"Razer Barracuda X - Wireless Multi-Platform Gaming and Mobile Headset - NASA Packaging." 

Hello,I am having an issue with my Huntsman Signature;  the LEDs that light up to show how much pressure you are pushing on a key randomly stopped showing up.  They are functional if I try and use the shortcut keys to adjust the sensitivity levels on the fly but in regular use they are not visible. I’ve tried plugging this keyboard into my girlfriends computer who also has a Huntsman V3 & Synapse 4 (Her pressure LED are illuminating as intended) and it is the same thing on mine- just darkness. Reading through the user guide there is a Fn + LCtrl LED toggle functionality but I cannot seem to get that  to work on mine or her keyboard as a test. I’ve tried reinstalling Synpase, resetting all my profiles, uninstalling the device drivers. Etc. I am not sure what else to do or where to go regarding this issue.

Dear razer support team and community.As the title mentioned, will replacing my mouse feet void warranty ? Since I’m living in Vietnam and the distributor of Razer in Vietnam stated that I will get RMA if I replace my mouse feet, and some of the thread from 2024 saying that Razer still support warranty for that case, I’m quite confuse.please help
