I bought a Razer mouse pad recently—the Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma model—and I can’t control its RGB in any way.When I connect it to the computer, it shows up in Synapse 4 as if it’s installing, but once it finishes, it simply disappears from the list of connected devices. I can’t change anything on it.It only remains visible in the “Studio” tab of the Chroma app, but nothing I change there actually works to change the mouse pad’s colors or effects.I need help fixing this.

Razer Basilisk V2 Mouse   -   RZ01-0316If anyone has seen their mouse or keyboard disconnect for up to 5mins and 10 times, this I’ve found was due to having any macro set to a button or key.Once the macro was removed, the software worked flawlessly. The macro was a simple shift + scroll click that performed well in Blender for Pan, but took between 1 and 5mins before the mouse stopped disconnecting once Razer Synapse started.Can this be submitted to Razer software programmers for a future Synapse update? Many thanks.ADDITIONAL: Having tried the different Macro settings, it appears that “Play While Assigned Key Is Pressed” is causing all the disconnects, with no mouse button pushed, just disconnecting whilst this is a macro that is set on a mouse button. If this setting is “Play Once”, the disconnects stop. Same if the Macro is not assigned.

I currently have a Naga Epic Chroma Mouse (RC30-012301) and Charging Dock (RC30-012302). These were not the original mouse/dock pair (both 2nd hand). I repaired the mouse and it works great now, except it does not connect to the dock. Is there any way at all (procedure, application, etc) that I can sync my mouse and dock together so I can use the pair for charging and for wireless connectivity? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I decided to upgrade from synapse 3 to 4, but my profiles are not visible, the menu where the profiles are is not there, not my keyboard, not my mouse, please help me solve the problem, I will be incredibly grateful)

i buy my razer barracuda x in 2025 and i registered it in the sistem and says that i could get my code but i check in every side of my email and i dodnt got it 

The Chat channel is broken on Discord. You can’t use it with the mixer. You have to output the Discord chat with the Game channel

Hi,so, I was updating my mouse’s firmware and it actually started flashing the fw of the touchpad. Now the touchpad partially works; the fw update was for a Razer Atheris mouse… I don’t understand why it tried to flash the touchpad’s fw, Windows and its drivers…No clicking  no tapping function  moving cursor works but just with one finger In Ubuntu, tap works but clicking doesn’t need a firmware for it please, can you help me fix it please 🙏

This is not a hardware or driver problem, but rather a matter of convenience.I would like to suggest adding a feature in Razer Synapse that allows saving lighting mode settings directly into the mouse’s onboard memory, so they remain active even when there is no connection to the PC. Ihave a  brand new  Razer Blackwidow v4  Pro. The spacebar is  inconsistent, sometimes  adding  onespace,  sometimes  adding two. This message is an example of unedited spacebar issues. You can see  for yourself where the spacebar  adds  one space or two. Or, asinthis sentence or the first, where  no spaces happen when  you press the key. Sometimes it adds  a space in  the middle  of a word.Given that this is t he most pressed key on  my keyboard, I need to get this fixed  ASAP.  There are apps that I use where a spacebardoes more than just put aspace in  a paragraph or sentence.

Why does the same error appear after a month or two? These headphones are simply faulty. Could I ask for a refund? I don't want to receive any more faulty headphones.I was playing games yesterday, everything is fine, the panel is connected, the headphones were connected via 2.4 GHz, suddenly they don't work and I have to either connect the cable to the headphones or connect via Bluetooth, which freezes.

Hey there, So my Razer Naga V2 Pro, scroll wheel button, can no longer be pressed down.I have taken a can of compressed air, and sprayed air all around the wheel, and there is nothing blocking the button, or underneath the wheel. The scroll wheel can still be pressed to the left, or to the right, and they function as separate buttons. The mouse is clean, and in mint condition, as I bought it new. I have connected the mouse to 2 PCs and a Mac. The problem remains. Any ideas, or suggestions for a fix, are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello, i just recieved a Razer BlackShark v2 Hyperspeed as a gift. At first, i connected directly to my computer and i have no issue with it when im using it when it is connected with the cable. Then i wanted to test out the wireless option but when i connected the dongle that was included in the box, with the cable that is also included in the box, i got a windows error stating ‘’usb device not recognized’’ i see several other people had this issue as well. i tried their solutions but none of them was any help to me. so what should i do?

So i bought THX Spatial Audio, and the setup does not go past 2/2. i cant click any of the top tabs, the enable button, or select output device in the app. I havent even gotten to input my activation code. 

Hi,Could not find any thread related to my problem. I’m playing WoW through lutris or steam (tried both to see if my problem would be resolved in another context) on a Pop_OS! 22.04.Problem is, when I press one of my 12 buttons from the mouse, it start freezing the game for 1sec and after multiple uses it end with my game totally crash. It is 100% linked to the use of these button as I can reproduce the crash easily.Does anyone have an idea why this could occur ?Thanks !

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer headset and I’ve noticed around a 5 dB volume difference between the left and right ear cups. I tested it on multiple devices and confirmed the imbalance is consistent. Is this considered normal within manufacturing tolerance, or could this indicate a defect? Please let me know if you need the serial number or any additional information. Thank you.
