HI,I have a barracuda x for my PS5 and i really like the head set, but every time I try to use the headset, the second i turn it on it causes huge input delays to my controllers, i’ve tried to find resolutions for this issue everywhere and i can’t find any information to see if theres anything that can be done,. I dont have this issue with my old headset dongle its just the barracudas, the location of the dongle is in the front of the system and is not tucked away its out in the open and easy to communicate, i have no trouble with my internet as well. the delays to the controllers can be up to  5 seconds of delay it makes gaming not possible with this head set, turning off the headset or unplugging the dongle makes every issue with the controllers go away.  i’m not sure what to do or if this can even be resolved? is it possible that the frequency is just gonna be an issue for the controllers?

I got this secure boot violation when i start my laptop on razer blade 15 2021 advanced modeli went to BIOs menu and desable it and it dont show the violation anymore, but when I enabled it back on it keeps show the violation again, so i can’t start one of my games on ( like COD) can u guys help me fix this

Hi, my headphones stopped working a few weeks ago and i unpaired them from my pc and now i cannot pair them again, i have updated my drivers but they still won't pair. I need help because it's not my first time happen something similar, before it was the microphone and I had to return it.

Since yesterday, I was hearing this strange sound somewhere around my mouse and I couldn’t figure out what it was until recently.It seems like for some reason when free spin is enabled on my mouse it does weird sounds when I try to free spin the scroll wheel, and there is another issue where the wheel itself doesn’t enter free spin for some reason… It does “free spin” on the page I’m on but physically it just doesn’t free spin anymore.I haven’t touched anything in the settings, I’m not sure if my mouse is broken or not…I had it for like 2 or 3 years now I think and everything was fine

On the right side of my underglow the colors are diffrent from the left and middle side. i changed the colors but it doesnt seem to fix the issue.

Throughout my gaming session last night from 7pm to 12am, my mouse (Razer Cobra Pro) has been stagnant at 12% and while it was charging, I would constantly check on the battery life to see if there was any increase but it decreased from 12% to 7%.  Please take note that both the wireless charging mat (Razer Hyperflux v2) and the mouse (Razer Cobra Pro) are new. 

I was trying to join a meeting using a Kiyo X webcam, and in the middle of the meeting it stopped working, the LED stayed lit, but it wasn't recognized by the PC. It appears in Razer Synapse, but when I open it in Razer Synapse, it disconnects.

I upgraded my PC, before that the microphone was working perfectly. I can only hear music and that but the microphone doesn't work. I also did it from the Control Panel, Cmd, Settings Audio, Device Manager, Start etcIt doesn't work at all, I don't know, I've been struggling for 3 hours. Is there anyone who can get into the computer to do it?

Hello everyone,I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. This is already my third replacement headset, and it does not solve the problem. The problem is that after some time, there is strong audio crackling, which makes gaming or watching movies impossible. It occurs after about 30 minutes and cannot be fixed. I have already repeatedly reinstalled and uninstalled the drivers, as well as performed a firmware update.There is a setting in the audio properties called "Signal Enhancement." If you disable it, the headset becomes completely useless, e.g., THX Spatial Audio as well as the EQ profiles. Is there anything that can be done?Is it a hardware issue? I also had the HyperX Cloud 3S Wireless, and I had no problems there, but I ultimately returned to the BlackShark because I find them very comfortable and they have good sound—apart from this audio problem. Are there any solutions for this? Or is a planned fix update from Razer expected in the future?Best regards,Maurice
