Hi there,I have a really annoying problem with my new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset. Whenever I use the custom EQ and the Synapse software isn't running, the headphones are much quieter than with any of the other preset EQs. They're definitely 50% quieter, and the maximum volume is way too low. As soon as I start the software, the sound immediately gets much louder, without the volume percentage changing. It doesn't matter how the custom EQ is set. Even with all the sliders at their maximum, the sound is still much too quiet. The same problem occurs with any Bluetooth connection, regardless of the device (TV, PC, phone). Unfortunately, using the headphones via Bluetooth is no fun at all. Do I have to return them, or is there a solution to the problem? Thank you very much and best regards.

Ich habe die Razer Viper 8KHz am 03.02.2026 erworben. Leider weist das Gerät von Beginn an einen reproduzierbaren Fehler auf: Nach etwa 15 Minuten Betrieb stellt die rechte Maustaste (RMB) komplett die Funktion ein.Details zum Fehler: Workaround: Die Taste funktioniert erst wieder, nachdem ich das USB-Kabel physisch vom PC trenne und neu einstecke. Danach hält die Funktion erneut nur für ca. 15 Minuten an. Software-Ausschluss: Der Fehler tritt unabhängig von der Software auf. Ich habe es mit Razer Synapse 4 sowie komplett ohne installierte Treiber (Plug & Play) an verschiedenen USB-Ports getestet. Aktualität: Firmware und Treiber sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Da das Gerät noch keinem Monat alt ist und die Standard-Fehlerbehebung (Reset, Port-Wechsel, Software-Neuinstallation) nicht geholfen hat, gehe ich von einem Hardware-Defekt aus.

Hi.I ordered and paid Razer laptop cooling pad, I didn’t get email and I don’t have information in  orders list  

So I got my Razer Kiyo from a pawn shop and have been trying to get it set up as just a webcam I don’t stream or anything but every time I plug it into my laptop it disconnects my volume controls and makes it that even my headset doesn’t even connect I’ve tried for hours, watched many videos on how to get it but nothing has worked and even downloaded the software that the instructions have said to get can someone help or did i just waste my money.

Hello, when I try to register my black shark v2 x it says it’s already registered. does this mean it’s a used one? if not how can I fix this issue? please help.

i have my monitor connected via usb c cable but it’s not being detected.  I tried usb c to usb a and still nothing.  It appears that the drivers for the upstream are corrupted because it used to show as Razer Raptor in device manage but now its showing up as a generic billboard device.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having two new mice (black and white), I discovered that they have different encoders.The white mouse has a KAILH encoder.The black mouse has a RAESHA encoder.In the white mouse, the wheel rattles and the cutoffs are not clear, in the black one, the cutoffs are clear and there is no rattleI also found different finishes.The white one has matte and rough plastic.The black one has matte and smooth plastic.Razer, I'm disappointedI demand an explanation as to why one of my mice seems to be defective.

I have been using my razer blade for over 4 years now without a single problem and since a recent windows update my USB on the right side of my device has stopped working with all devices.I have tried multiple USB-c devices including docks , ethernet adapters and e-GPU and non of them will work anymore. I have noticed certain keys have also gone out of sync with the RGB and are showing different colours.The laptop is fully up to date and I've also tried the clean up tool and removed synapse and reinstalled and its still not fixed, I have tried to rollback the update but it still hasn't fixed the issue. I'm and IT engineer myself and pretty knowledgeable when it comes to these things.Please help me fix this as I don't see why it has happened all of a sudden. A laptop certainly should die after 4 years of use like this. The laptop has always been in a clean environment. Thanks

Hello, I have a problem with my Razer Edge 14 2016. My SSD is no longer detected, and I also cannot find any NVME setting in the BIOS. I have also tried another SSD. That doesn't work either. It is still the original 256GB SSD. I wanted to do a BIOS update, but unfortunately, like many others, I get an error message: 'This BIOS tool is for use only with .....' if i check the bios serial on dos box, i became nothing. I tried some Stuff with Bitlocker and so on but nothing helped.Additionally, the original battery only charge with 1.3 watts, so very slowly. I tried another power adapter and encountered the same problem. I also replaced the battery, and the same problem persists. Please help! Thank you in advance! Best regards, white

I already tried using the link for obtaining the image, but weird thing is this laptop releases on 2020 but the web says older than 2017????bought this laptop several years ago, and fresh installed win11 and the razer synapse for those drivers, but seems like the drivers installed from razer synapse bit buggy (i.e. screen flickers, unusual cpu gpu usage even just running youtube videos)cant even find the 0329 non X page btw, google just shows me the 0329x version cant find the non X SKU

Hi. I have a “Razer Iskur Gaming Chair: Ergonomic Lumbar Support System - Multi-Layered Synthetic Leather - High Density Foam Cushions - Engineered to Carry - Memory Foam Head Cushion - Black/Green”. It was purchased in 2023 and is therefore out of warranty. Through normal usage, the seat is now tearing. I was wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement seat cushion for this? I was going to submit a claim to get things started, but given I’m out of warranty, and for some reason the serial number specifically is absent/was never printed under my seat cushion, that path wasn’t an option. I do have reference to the original order number. Thank you!

Hello... I try to get the Leviathan v2 (with subwoofer) to act as a surround device. whatever I do it stays just stereo. I installed Synapse and I can turn THX spatial audio on on ssynapse for the leviathan v2 device but that changes nothing. I also tried to install the THX software but I don't have a code. I uninstalled it again but nothing changes. In Windows the Leviathan is just listed as a stereo device. I tried for hours but I cant get it working. I can return the device for another two weeks (i'm in Europe) and I'm so frustrated by it I am about to send it back. Can someone help me please.
