Good evening:I have a Razer Naga Trinity mouse that I bought in 2020.I always play MMORPGs. I recently started playing Ashes of Creation (which was eventually canceled), and I started playing World of Warcraft again today.In Ashes of Creation, I started experiencing an issue where, when I pressed the right mouse button, the cursor on the screen wouldn't disappear (which is what it was supposed to do) or it would flicker, preventing me from rotating the camera correctly. It was supposed to disappear from the screen immediately upon pressing the button. I initially thought it was a game issue, but the same thing is happening in World of Warcraft, so it's definitely a problem with the mouse, not the games themselves. It's not a physical defect in the button itself, as it works perfectly in Windows; it only happens in games, specifically these two. I suspect it's a software issue, as this particular mouse is no longer being updated. I've noticed this since switching from Synapse 3 to Synap

I’ve had my Viper v3 pro since may 2025. I really like the mouse and how light it is.Recently while playing it went from 85% charge to 0% or 2%. It can’t seem to make up it’s mind, but either way it won’t turn on while being used in wireless mode. I’ve updated to the latest drivers, did a factory reset in Synapse, I’ve tried using the mouse on a different computer, I’ve tried plugging it into a wall charger, I’ve tried using different cables even though I always use the one that came with the mouse. Nothing is working.Another weird issue is that I’ve tried holding the DPI button until the light turns white at about 15 second, but my mouse seems unable to do that unlike in videos that I’ve seen.

Hi Normally i was not using Razer Products because it was expensive in my country last year i bought a Razer Cobra mouse i feel the difference definelty its deserving that money but the problem is the first Razer Cobra’s Scroll wheel was like jumping up and down like crayz and i was not able to use that mouse like that and 1 year already passed so i just ordered new one on this year at 16.07.2024 on Amazon there was no problem at the begining but last 2 days i have same problem like the first Razer Cobra mouse its annoying and and it should be have the warranty i dont know how the system is working but i want to change this one with new one.

Every time I start my computer my Razer Kraken Ultimate’s microphone doesn’t work,along with the physical “button” not doing anything even tough the red outline(OFF) disappears.To sort of “fix It” I have to open Synapse 4,go to the Headset’s settings-mic and switch the microphone manually from there,but even then sometimes It just does not work.I’ve been stuck with this problem for at least 5 to 6 months with no solution found.I would appreciate some help regarding this problem.Thank you in advance.

Hi,“the most comfortable razer chair”  “essential all-day comfort” -Site advertisementDefinitely not feeling like that’s the case at the moment, my ass, back and legs are in agony. I purchased my Enki X April 2022, unfortunately I was never offered the protection plan or made aware of it.  The chair has become extremely uncomfortable to the point where I’m weighing up getting a new chair completely. I’ve just replaced the gas cylinder for the second time (which is fine and expected with most gas cylinder chairs). Whilst it has helped, it’s not solved the issues I'm having.I think the problem is a combination of poor product design and use over time. I think that given the lumber support isn’t adjustable, I’m not sitting as far back in the chair as I should be which will put more strain on the front of the cushion base. Hi all,I have a Kiyo Pro camera, Razer pushed a firmware update to it and now it has a flicker at the bottom right side of the video.   How can I undo the firmware update, or is there another solution to stop the flicker?

I recently buy Black Shark v2 x, and the mic is capturing all my PC system sounds (even when the mic is muted from the button). It's recording everything (e.g., sound from YouTube), whether it may be on Discord or another application or any other device.

Razer 14, 2022, enters preparing automatic recovery. Even if I press F1 to enter the BIOS the laptop will automatically restart and re-enter the preparing automatic recovery loop. I have fully disconnected the batrery, and am using only AC cord to power on. Even if I unplug the AC power and door hold down the power button for 10 to 20 seconds or 30 to 40 seconds and try to restart the process the laptop will continuously cycle the preparing automatic recovery. The laptop does not stay on long enough to go through any of the F1 through f12, or delete keys. 

I recently bought a Razer Naga Hyperspeed, having several issues wit Synapse, contacted support several times and Ive heard NOTHING back, its been more than 3 weeks  ! Why have “Customer Support” if you just ignore the customers ! I should have listened to people when they told me “anything but Razer” ! 

Hey! I have an interesting issue with Kraken Kitty V2 Pro. I ordered it just recently, and when I join a game like Balatro or RE8 it starts randomly changing sound, either boosting it or lowering it. I have no idea what to do, so can anyone please help me out? I have tried everything that the official Razer website suggested, and it still doesn’t work. What do I do??

I own a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2022), and I recently opened it for cleaning. Unfortunately, some of the bottom panel screws got stripped, and 1-2 of them are completely unusable now.Does anyone know the exact screw specifications or where I can get replacement screws? Does Razer provide them, or should I look for third-party alternatives?I’d appreciate any help or recommendations. Thanks!

I have a Razer Core X with physical damage to the main board. I first contacted Razer customer support and told them what happened and asked if they could provide me a board schematic showing just the damaged area so i could repair it. They said no and proceeded to set me up an out-of-warranty repair RMA. This costs a flat $95 to ship them the board and get me repair quote. I have asked at least 5 times on our last few emails asking 2 specific questions that that simply do not answer. I dont know if its not really a human replying to my emails, or if there is possibly a language barrier, or if i just keep getting different idiots that chooses to respond to me.  Here were my two simple questions… Can i just buy a new main board and how much is it?     What is the maximum repair cost possible for my main board?They never respond about buying a new board outright. They just keep saying that i have to send it in before they will tell me the maximum it could cost.   They have to have a cost

I've come here in frustration. V3 of Synapse is about to end support so I updated to V4 to find just the keyboard not doing its simple spectrum cycling in sync with my other razer devices I've reinstalled Windows 4 times thinking it was a driver issue. Each time a different process, like let windows update 1st, or install the Razer software before the windows update. Each time disabling Windows dynamic lighting. On the 4th time I went back to V3, just synapse...none of the other bloatware. AND VOILA ITS ALL SYNCING AGAIN. Then I've read a few times in these forums about issues with the LED sync with Ornata V2 and Synapse V4...some posts are 11 months old - the only answer is looking for logs. To me is spells a severe lack of testing! And yes Ornata V2 is getting old, but it still works perfectly fine. I dont have a single key thats worn out nor sticky.I have aX870E Taichi Motherboard. Basilisk Pro 35k Mouse Dock Pro Ornata V2 My suggestion to anyone using this device is to forget Synap

Hello, I’ve recently bought a Razer Viper Mini and I’m trying to edit the colours through Synapse 3 but the mouse is nowhere in the “Devices” list. I thought it might have to do with the drivers so I tried looking for the drivers here and all I’ve found was this “Viper Mini Mouse Firmware Updater”. The problem?Even though the mouse is connected and works just fine, the updater will keep saying "Connect the device to your PC". I’m going crazy with this, I just want to edit my colours…Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you for your time reading.

I just bought a brand new headphone and i typed my serial number and product number but it says its already been registered.

Estaba en una videollamada haciendo uso normal de mi webcam cuando empezó a hacer un ruido extraño y el aro de luz se descontrolo, después de eso dejo de dar imagen y de ser reconocida por Windows.  Intente desinstalando los drivers y volviendo a instalar, probando en otra computadora, pero nada sirvió. Parece que el problema es físico. La cámara la compre el 3 de noviembre de 2024 y a lo mucho la suelo usar de 2 a 3 horas a la semana, por lo cual se me hace sumamente extraño que dejara de funcionar de la nada.

I'm having trouble using the Viper V3 Pro wirelessly. When I connect the dongle to the PC, I can't pair the mouse, even using Razer Mouse Pairing Utility or Razer Synapse. What can I do to use it wirelessly? 

I have been trying to update my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed white edition and the “x hyperspeed” firmware updater refuses to recognize the mouse. I use this mouse on my xbox to play video games and the Middle mouse button stopped working one day after i connected it to my laptop.

I have a razer leviathan v2 x and one of our cats chewed thru the cord and I'm not sure what power cord is or where to find a replacement.. Thanks devin

I bout a blackshark v2 x head set from tryndyol website, the package and everything was normal an well sealed, but when i tride to registered the product it showed to me that the product already registered to someone els account!!?

I noticed the touchscreen on my Razer Book 13 no longer works. Under HID in Device Manager the touch screen device is missing. How do I get it back? Many thanks!
