I was hoping I could talk to someone about an order I placed this morning. I signed up for the silver membership soon after ordering and I saw the same chair I bought was at a deeper discount. When I unplug my Razer Kraken V4 headset, YouTube freezes and does not load. My other problem is that the sound is better with a wired connection.

Does the blackshark v2 pro xbox usb option on the dongle connect to Playstation 5? 

I have bought these headphones recently, connected everything up, read the manual a few times, make an razer id, got an account made. Later this day when I went to use them and listen to some music I noticed I couldn’t hear anything from the right side of the headphones only the left, I have spent a few hours researching various pages and couldn’t find anything that helped. The only thing I noticed when I plugged the cables in the case it came out of both sides, but when I plugged them in the motherboard it only produced sounds from the left side, It might have been the connector that comes with the headphones. If anyone knows anything about this I would realy appriciate it. My Viper mini mice got disconnected when i was writing an essay it didnt light up but the  red sensor still shows up. I checked my device manager it doesnt show my mouse there. I havent experienced this to any of my mouse therefore it was my first time if anyone experienced the same problem as i do please tell me how you solve it Thank you in advancei tried uninstalling drivers and a lot of things but, it still does not work, my serial number is 632035H14901159 

Three of the five legs have all split at their welds and are causing the chair to lean an odd direction

I have had my Iskur XL for about 2.5 years now. Over the past few months, I realized that the chair leans to the left when I sit in it and it's getting worse. The left side is lower than the right by about 1/2 inch which doesn't seem like much but it means my arm rests don't line up with my desk and is starting to cause wrist issues.  Does anyone know what I can do to try and fix this? Again, it's only when I sit in it, otherwise it's level (yes, I tested this with a level) 

Hello everyone since razer automatic software update + automatic firmware update, my lighting dont work. only generic lighting(cnaging one color at time). if i start razer sofware keyboard start blinking and cant fix. i find new firmware update but update dont wont to start, i believe because now keyborad have one error in device manager(USB input device). Keyboard is out of warranty, and i hope that this problem can be solved somehow Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,I'm hoping someone in the community can help with a frustrating Bluetooth issue on my BlackWidow V3 Pro. The keyboard has suddenly developed a problem where it can no longer maintain a Bluetooth connection.The ProblemThe keyboard enters a "pairing loop" and won't finalize the connection. Here is the exact sequence of events: I press Fn+1 (or 2/3) to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light above the arrow keys blinks, as expected. My laptop, PC, or tablet sees the keyboard. I click "Pair" on my device, and the device reports that it is "Connected" to the BlackWidow V3 Pro. However, the keyboard itself keeps blinking as if it's still searching for a connection. The keyboard works for about 2-3 minutes while it's blinking. After this time, the blinking stops, and the keyboard immediately disconnects from my device. So i have been using this mouse for about 8 months, and recently the scroll wheel has been jumping, either not scrolling down, scrolling up instead of down, and vice versa. I tried blowing air into it, reseting the software, updating firmware, reseting the mouse, and even plugged into another computer and the problem persisted, at this point it has gotten so bad that the scroll wheel is practically unusable

I’m using Synapse 4 and it sees my Chroma keyboard and Viper Mini, but only the keyboard has the right lighting profile. The Viper Mini isn’t registering RGB profile and the DPI button doesn’t change the DPI, but the stage cycle registers in the Synapse app.

Lost the dongle for model number RC30-027101 Mamba wireless. I have looked everywhere and am heart broken. I do have the cord still and am using that way, but would like to go wireless again.Is there a replacement dongle for this model or a reach around that will work? Thanks muchLinda(old school gamer since windows 98)

I'm experiencing an issue with my Deathstalker V2 Pro TK, where the K key either appears in the wrong color or fails to light up at all. Additionally, some of my keys, such as the 8, i, and shift, are lighter colors than they are set to. This is a new problem that just started up this morning. If anyone could help me out with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

bought mice at 21.10 didin’t register right away because it didint work or somethink so i just let it go. Now i need to bind somethink on it but it says its already registered allthought i dont have any think registered on this acount (i dont have any other acounts). And i have no clue what else can i even do about it other than to ask for support

Hey,i bought a V3 Pro Controller. The limit is 1k hz. 

I’ve seen several threads back from 2023 with this same issue, but here it is for me in 2025.  I’ve attempted removing and re-adding the headset, updated all the drivers, etc.  In the windows sound settings the headphones are still labeled as “speakers”, and only have stereo available as  a configuration for them.  Under “audio enhancements” it is set to “device default effects” and underneath that it says “THX Spatial Audio USB (Blacshark V2 HyperSpeed).  Under that it does have “spatial sound” as “off” and is not selectable to change.  But most importantly under the THX spatial sound demo, swapping back and forth from spatial sound to stereo makes 0 impact on the sound.  I have owned several nice headphones (logitech, turtle beach, etc) and have experienced good spatial sound before.  Mine currently have none. Please lend what assistance you can with this issue.  I switched to Razer from a full logitech setup as I like the quality and intergrated software better for Razer.  This, is

There was already a thread about it 2 years ago, but it was closed for some reason without any solutions or updates from the Razer team:  I’m having exactly the same issue as in the last comment. Bluetooth seem to work fine for the most part, but when the mouse is asleep, it won’t connect to bluetooth on awake, only 2.4 connection works. In order to “fix” that I need to:Switch to 2.4Ghz Go to bluetooth settings Remove Naga Pro Then add a bluetooth device Enter pairing by holding 2 DPI buttons and the middle mouse button for 3 seconds After that it works againWhile simple enough, it’s quite annoying to be forced to do this several times a day. I would just keep using 2.4Ghz connection, but it has an even more annoying bug - it would disconnect randomly or on a schedule after around every 15 minutes or so, which leads to some epic fails in online shooters, to say the least. Hello razer community,my keyboard randomly stopped working for no reason. When i connect the keyboard i need to press FN key for the keyboard to be to connected even after that the device shows up as RAZER BOOTLOADER in bluetooth and other devices settings. In device manger the device name is different i couldnt even find it . I had remove and plug back in the keyboard to find the device. I tried contacting the their agent but no one could do anything. Also there is no firmware update for huntsman v2 tkl for some reason while other huntsmans do. Please someone help. I have attached both bluetooth settings and device manger screenshots.

Hi, my huntsman keybord isnt working anymore. I bought it in 2020 (if it can help) and when im plugging it in my computer, its recognized as Razer Bootloader. Its neither recognized by synapse and the only way for me to make it work is to unplug it, hold the "Escape","Caps Lock" and "Space bar" and plug it back. It light up, synapse doesnt recognise the keyboard but i can write with it. The probleme is that it keep spamming the letter "H", "Y", "," and "-". Ive tried to update the firmware but its already updated. Ive tried taking all of the keys off to see if it was mechanical and ive cleaned it. Ive also updated the drivers of my pc.Idk what to do at this point

ive been using this kb for around month (i bought it from my friend), and for this month, i been constantly having "device failed enumeration", "device descriptor failed request" and razer bootloader. but sometimes i can use my kb perfectly without any problem. i deleted synapse 4 from my autostart, and kb It began to work better, but it still gives errors by the type of first and razer bootloader. what can i do??
