I have a razer blackshark v3 pro and i realized how quiet my mic was. I tried updating the firmware, using synapse, cranking up the mic gain to 100, and also disabling all the audio enhancement settings in windows 11, etc. I tried everything that was on the forums or anything I could possibly search for but its still not working.I need some help on this because I’ve dug around the internet for hours trying to solve this.

The headband and ear pads of my Razer headset are peeling off. Where can I find these pads? Does the Razer team provide any support regarding sending new pads? Logitech had previously sent a replacement for my headset. 

I am having an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 (RZ01-03221), and I believe the firmware has become corrupted.The mouse is completely unresponsive: it does not light up, the RGB does not turn on, and the cursor does not move. Windows no longer detects it as a mouse. Instead, it appears as a removable USB drive called "CRP DISABLD", containing a single file named firmware.bin.Before this happened, I accidentally pressed an unknown combination of buttons on the mouse. After restarting my PC, Windows repeatedly played the USB connect/disconnect sound, and eventually the mouse entered this state.I have already tried connecting it to different USB ports and even to another computer, but the result is always the same: it only appears as the CRP DISABLD drive.

Hi, unfortunately my Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed has reached the end of its life. I was absolutely in love with this mouse—I haven't used any other since you launched it! Would it be possible to get a replacement or purchase one somehow? Thank you very much!

All the links point to different models like rc30-03050. I want to know if my firmware and drivers are uptodate. Can someone post a link to the latest driver and firware versions and their version numbers please. My mouse keeps disconnecting so I’m  trying random stuff to fix it. This is for a viper ultimate something something mouse.

Hi all, I’ve been experiencing a weird issue with my Razer Basilisk mouse where the middle-click (wheel-click) doesn’t always register in normal mode. The problem disappears under certain conditions, and I think I’ve isolated what’s going on — maybe others have seen this too, or Razer might fix it.Details / Symptoms:1. Middle-click sometimes fails: pressing scroll-wheel gives no click (no action), even though I hear the click.2. In Turbo mode, middle-click works perfectly (even at low “clicks per second” like 1 cps).3. If I rebind middle-click to another discrete button (not the wheel), it works flawlessly.4. Only having this issue with Razer Basilisk v3.Hypothetical diagnosis:It’s not a case of the switch being fully dead: signal always exists, but under certain logic the “click” is dropped. Hello, recently i recived message in “razer synapse” about frimeware upgrade. i downloaded file“RazerHammerheadV3HyperSpeed_0A610A63_FirmwareUpdater_v1.3.6_r1”As i understand installer did install some update (once) but second time i think its about “case” update. im starting update process but than it closes in few seconds.P.S now i no longer can use earbuds, in razer synapse it shows “Turned off / not connected”Here is video i recorded: 

HelloI just purchased a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023. The headset has this constant low level static noise at all times from the ear cups. It’s not really noticeable if I’m listening to music or playing games. But if I’m listening to anything that doesn’t have constant sound like a podcast it’s very noticeable. I have the latest firmware (Oct 17 2023) and I’ve messed about with all of the settings I can think of. If I can’t get this resolved I’ll likely be returning the headset.

I just bought a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and did a lot of research into what the mouse was capable of and figured it would fit my needs perfectly, as I wanted a mouse for both gaming and personal projects. The RGB looked stunning and it was within my budget. I’ve had my iMac since 2021 and it is currently running with Intel i9 Sequoia OS 15.5. I figured it would offer standard support for programs I wanted to use. I’m a bit disappointed that I paid $159 to receive this mouse and then I learned the hard way that Razer’s Synapse software does not offer the same customization for iMacs as PC users get?? When originally doing my research I saw that Mac was supported and assumed that included all Macs. I actually want to be able to use the customization that I basically paid for.Is there anytime soon this can and will be improved? I understand the Apple M1 chips are the latest and greatest upgrade, but words cannot express my frustrations and confusion as to why Intel Macs are not getting supp

Hello! I’ve got my headset a day ago, and when i try to register it on razer id it says that this product has been already registered. I can write down my serial number of the product, and send proofs of the fact that i actually bought it if needed.

I've been using Serien V3 Mini for around a year without problems, today it just doesn't work, when I turn on the pc the indicator lights up for a second and goes out, device manager marks it as unknown and can't fetch drivers for it. I've tried restarting, uninstalling drivers, uninstalling synapse, using the driver cleaner recommended for similar issues, nothing seems to work.

Hi,I get a high pitched whine in the right ear of my barracuda headset while connected via the dongle.  If I connect via an audio cable, i don't get the whine. It started a couple of days ago.I’ve tried updating firmware, but I cant seem to find a firmware for my headset: RZ04-03801.  I tried RZ04-03800, as it was close, but it didn't seem to detect my headset.I’ve isolated it to the dongle - with dongle in, I get the whine, without I don't get a whine.  If I set volume to zero, on both the headset and the PC, the whine is still present.  But as soon as I disconnect the dongle it goes away.Any advice, or things to try? 

I have gone through the install process for all three of the most recent firmware updates, have confirmed that my bios and other systems are up to date, but Synapse still tells me that I need to update my bios and the version detector is in constant overdrive.  I need help or I’m going to throw this brick under a door to hold it open since that’s about what this hunk of garbage is worth. 

I have a RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE. the problem is that when i scroll up or down,sometimes it works normally but other times the scroll takes several seconds,like i scroll downwards buthe scroll gets registered after a few seconds. Please HELP

New Razer Viper v4 pro, not charging past 65%, latest firmware v1.04.01_r1, pluged directly into motherboard. Just wont go over %65. Tried reseting the mouse via holding different buttons. Wont go over %65 in both desktop and Web Synapse 

Case REMOVEDReturn label requested.  Return deposit paid.  Razer have sent return label to the repairer but how do I return the laptop to be repaired without knowing where to send the laptop to.  Being ghosted by support. It has been six days since the repair label was created but Razer will not send it to me.  How do you get help?

I have a razer atheris stormtrooper edition. Model: RC30-021702. My wife has lost the dongle. I can no longer use the usb receiver to connect the mouse that way. I can no longer Bluetooth the mouse. I’ve tried putting the mouse in Bluetooth mode with the two side buttons and the DPI button with a blinking blue light once that action is completed.  I also cannot update the firmware if there is one with out the dongle.   

When you enter the serial number, the product number appears automatically, but it is different from the product number printed on the package.It is frustrating that they use AI for customer support here and there is no direct 1:1 inquiry option.Help me!!!

Hi all,I seem to be having a problem with the platform connection in Cortex, specifically with Xbox. I can bookmark the platform in My Library, but Launch and Quit are not available and show as “Not Installed”, which is obviously not correct as it works on the bookmark section. Please assist

I’ve been using a tartarus v2 pro gamepad for a while to play WoW and the joystick stopped working a few days ago. All the other keys work but the joystick has no inputs in game. I tried other games and also tried updating windows and my firmware. Still no joystick input. Is there a fix for this issue? I bought a second tartarus gamepad thinking it was a malfunction with the actual gamepad, but the second one has the same problem- no joystick input. Help appreciated.
