  After starting a macro (mapped mouse movements), there is no way to end the macro until it finishes by itself. I tried to end it by pressing the ESC key, even with the same key that starts the macro, in the settings I turned on/off by pressing the key that starts the macro, and it still doesn't respond. Once the mouse movement starts, I have no way to end it. This can cause unwanted clicks and movements in the system. Please advise how to reliably end a running macro, thank you.

Hello,  I have a Razer book 13” RZ09-0357 And last week my screen suddenly died. The laptop itself is still functioning well, and im pretty sure the laptop is out of warranty. is there any way to replace the screen if I live in Netherland? Thanks before

 I have a Dethstalker V2 PRO keyboard and I'm having a problem with the backlight. When the keyboard is not in use and goes into sleep mode, the backlight turns off. However, when I start using the keyboard, the backlight doesn't come back on. I have to go into the Razer Chroma app to turn it back on, which is incredibly annoying. Is there a solution?

PLEASE FIX THIS RAZERSorry if my tone is not up to par cus im frustuated. I downloaded system rescovery image from razer's website PI480_WW_E22H2_T09 it comes in a zip file so i cant mount it in rufus or something similar as i will need an iso file for that purpose. So i also downloaded fresh copy of windows 11 ISO from the official site. After the initial OS mount on my rufus bootable installer i also extracted the recovery image i downloaded fro. RAZERS OFFICIAL WEBSITE and pasted it on the root folder of RUFUS. everything goes well the system reset starts up on boot. But now its been an hour and its STUCk in copying files process at 69%.Mind you i downloaded the official release that razer put up on their website and it doesnt work maybe corrupted even so i ask you this Razer. I paid $2500 + for this device and i get no help ? Where is your support ? Where to find the activation code in Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones for 7.1 Surround Sound?

This is a pretty new problem that didn’t exist before but basically whenever my computer gets a screensaver or I turn computer off and on, my mouse doesn’t work. I’d even attempt to turn it off and on, but it still doesn’t work. The only thing that seems to work is if I open battery compartment and take the tip of the battery out and put it back in. This is a new battery too. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hello I used https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2044 (slightly modified as you need to create the stick first and then copy the Razer image) to reset my machine. I started recovery with a stick based on Windows 11 24H2 and the latest image for my laptop. That got stuck at 70% and didn’t continue. Then I tried to create a recovery drive based on my PC which has Windows 11 23H2 with the latest image for my laptop added. And it is stuck at 23%.  The model is Blade 14 (2023). As the system reset tool has zero output besides the progress bar. What could be the issue and how can I recover?  It doesn’t even throw an error. Is there a way to get a log? Kind regards

Hi, does anyone know how i can contact Razer support for a “Razer Kaira X for Xbox - Wired Gaming Headset for Xbox Series X|S - White - FRML Packaging” which has developed a fault? Order #(remvoed) - I recently received my New Razer 18 on the order number above - It is/was the top of the line model 5090 4 TB 64 GB Ram, etc... after using it for a few months it simply black screened on me. I order a new power pack and that wasn’t the issue. My only thought now is perhaps the battery needs to be replaced ? Am I able to order a new battery directly from Razer ? I did not buy the extended warranty. I have been a loyal Razer customer for years and have had ZERO issues with all the models I have purchased over the years. I appreciate any help/guidance you can give me.

Hi,I have recently purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 35K White mouse. Initially, it was working perfectly, however, after just one day the mouse wheel is not working. I have tried all the suggested solutions:Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 4 software Unpaired and repaired the mouse Tried connecting it physically, via bluetooth, and also on 2.4ghz Tried rebooting the mouse (pressing LB/Mouse Wheel/RB buttons together for 7 seconds)Please suggest what I should do and why is this issue coming up on a brand new mouse? Best,Max

Hi,Razer Audio app unable to connect to my Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed earbuds. I can select my device in the app but then the app is trying to connect without luck. Unable to find your device - Try again. But earbuds connecting true the Bluetooth phone without problems. I can hear the music etc., but I can’t change any earbuds settings. Please help. Thank you.
