So i recently got the Razer Kraken Kitty BT edition, and one ear is always turned on with a red light, even when it's fully charged or when i turn them off they stay red, i don't know what it might be but i'm worried it might drain the battery or something

i cant select razer surround sound as output device in windows, i already tried to reinstall surroundsound and my audio drivers but nothing worked, i never had problems with it but recently surroundsound just disappeared from my audio device output list, im not sure what caused it.  

I've had my Raiju Mobile for about a year or so now... I tried to charge it using the official cable that came with the controller and the LED light will turn on before shutting off barely a few seconds later... However the Raiju Mobile app is saying that the battery level is about halfway full.... I've never used anything but the stuff provided in the package when I got it... I've never had any issues with it until today...  Now I can still use the controller via USB connection, but within a few minutes of disconnecting the charger, the LED light will start blinking red, like the battery is going to die... I'm kinda disappointed, because I really like the controller and have nothing to complain about. It's worked fine until today.

Hello,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I’m unable to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software. It says the feature is already activated.Here is the serial number (SN): (Removed serial number for security purposes)Please help me activate the surround sound or provide a new activation code if needed.

Synapse 4 does not recognize the Windows default audio device. In Windows settings and Control Panel, the correct headset, BlackShark V2 Pro (old one), is selected, but Synapse 4 constantly asks for the headset to be set as the default. This causes none of the headset settings to work—no THX, no mic, volume, or EQ. All required software, like the THX module and APO, is installed.Several reinstalls, restarts, etc., did not help.Everything works in Synapse 3.PS: Running the latest ver of the app and Windows 11 latest up-to-date. 

I purchased a new BlackShark V2 Pro in December which I use for work primarily as the quality and comfort in gaming headsets are generally better than ear-buds or office over-ears. I went to put them last week and the plastic connector that connects the headband to the ear-piece snapped leaving multiple sharp pieces of plastic and debris. One piece fell into the ear-piece and when I went to take the headset off it caught my head and sliced me up pretty good. I say all this to give a full picture, I reach out to Razer and calmly explain the situation and ask for some immediacy in resolution because I need to use this for work. I have a Samsung galaxy fold 7. And not detecta the kishi V2.This kishi is detected perfect in other galaxy Phone, like fold4 or s20fe. But not in fold7.  Any solution?? 

I recently bought a razar hammerhead true wirless Pro that doesn't work. I just don't understand this is the second Razer earphone that doesn't work. Razer has a problem with all devices, to be honest, the razer blade 14 2022 laptop also has a problem that cannot be fixed. one earphone was said to be defective from the factory, which the seller did not want to fix or refund the money. Then I bought some other headphones, it doesn't work either.

To resolve the problem, I submitted the product under warranty to the Media Markt store located at Metropol AVM in Ataşehir, Istanbul. After the repair process, I was informed upon collection that the device could not be repaired. I was then offered two options: a refund based on the original purchase price or the option to choose a new product for the same amount.However, these options do not fairly address my situation. Since the time of purchase, the product’s value has changed significantly. Hello, I purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2024 model a few months ago. However, when I try to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature, I can't access the activation code required for the application. I entered my serial number on the website, but the code it provided was still incomplete.

Hi!I’ve lost the dongle on my razer wolverine v2 pro, and am no longer able to use it wirelessly. Is there any way I can buy a new dongle? I’ve looked online and I can only find replacement dongles for mice and keyboards.

Hey, could somebody tell me if the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 (Hello Kitty edition) work on PS5? That’s the headset with a normal usb-a and I cannot find something helpful until now. I just want to make sure if this will work or not. I won’t use any adapter, I just want to plug it right into the front usb port of the PS5. I hope that somebody can give me a quick answer about this. And if somebody uses the same headset on ps5, are there any things I have to know about this? Thanks for your answers :)

Hello my keyboard is not detected in synapse 2 even though on synapse 4 it is detected and tells me to install 2. The backlights have turned themselves off, that’s why im trying to use synapse to fix this issue but it does not get detected. I also tried the chroma software but that didn’t work.

Experienced odd behavior in the above captioned UEFI/BIOS where the mouse just freezes; yet works fine in Windows 11. I plugged in my old Basilisk and I could navigate the UEFI/BIOS perfectly. Is there a firmware update for this problem, as the rest of the software appears to work fine in Windows. I plan to install Debian “Trixie” on a separate boot drive so would like to get this sorted at some stage…   :)CheersHans

Hi ladsCan I setup Wolverine V3 pro to use only wired connection and bypass battery charging to not recharge every time when is connected?

I downloaded the latest version of synapse this morning.  Now, after only a few scrolls up and down it goes into scroll lock.  I really do not like that function and cannot see a way of removing it.  Any ideas?
