I recently updated my bios. And now at windows login my huntsman mini doesn’t type. I can still use it to enter into my bios. I also can type with it if I use Fn+U to put it into gaming mode. Once I login and load synapse then it functions properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and synapse. Any clue as to what would be causing this.

After installing/updating Synapse 4 on my Razer Blade 15, my Fn shortcuts stopped working properly (media controls, brightness/display keys, etc.).I’ve already:Uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse Restarted multiple times Updated Windows/driversNothing fixed it. Regular keyboard keys still work, just the Fn functions are broken.

I bought some Razer products in RazerStore London a bit ago (22 days ago) and I have yet to receive my Razer Silver or my promo code for the 007 First Light Espresso suit. Can anyone help?

I’ve tried everything out for these two mouses, I’ve concluded that the dongle is fried. Saw that the original OEM razer dongle is out of stock, looking to see if I can source a new dongle.

So it’s embarrassing but I somehow lost my mic and I can’t find it. Is there any way I can get original mic for my headset? I searched everywhere but stull can’t find it, maybe I threw it to the trash but accident but I don't think so.

I have a Razer Blackshark V2 and my dog got ahold of the microphone and chewed it. I was wondering if Razer could send a replacement or if anyone new of a good aftermarket mic they could reccommend

Hi I have recently purchased a Razer blackshark v2 X and when trying to register the warranty it is saying product number not recognised. I have checked for typos and letters / number. Could you assist in registering this warranty please. Thanks Harry 

i have the black shark v3 pro connected to my ps5 through the dongle they are connected but no audio comes through the headset, i’ve checked all settings reset everything reconnected and still no audio, everything was working i took headset off and came back less then 1 minute later and no audio was playing, bluetooth audio works

Hi, i am having an issue. The secure boot on my blade 14 2022 wont enable even when enabling in bios. It says its on "deployed mode" and games that use secure boot arent running. Windows states secure boot is off. There is no way to reset tpm keys on razer. How did this suddenly happen? Also, the recommended way to restore it doesn't work as keys are as per Microsoft (?). I really need to play valorant.

I have Razer Viper Ultimate mouse and it wont start charging. With only charging cable Synapse wont even recognize it. I have already tried resetting it, updating drivers, other cables

I bought my Razer Cobra mouse through Mercado Livre (Brazilian online marketplace) and requested a warranty when I bought it... The mouse malfunctioned, and the seller I bought it from on Mercado Livre told me I have to contact Razer directly to request a replacement... But I can't find the right place to do that on the website.

Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro issueMy Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro suddenly stopped working.The mouse does not charge. No LEDs on the top of the mouse turn on. The wireless dongle LED does not light up. The cursor does not move and the mouse clicks do not work. The mouse does not appear or function normally in Windows. Razer Synapse shows the device as disconnected/offline. The only light that turns on is the sensor LED on the bottom of the mouse.I also tested the mouse using a wired USB connection, but it still does not work. The cursor does not move, the buttons do not respond, and the device remains unresponsive even when connected directly by cable.Windows detects the device through USB and Device Manager reports that it is working correctly, but the mouse remains completely unresponsive.The issue started suddenly without any physical damage, liquid exposure, or firmware update.

hello. if i change razer viper v4 pro skates do i void warranty ? if yes i’m thinking of returning the mice because i like using dot skates

The mouse works perfectly, but the dongle does not. Sometime I walk away from pc for a few minutes (around 10 minutes), and then  when I come back, the dongle LEDs are turned off, I tried to move mouse to activate the dongle but it clearly doesn’t work, but somehow when I click the mouse buttons, the LED that indicates “connection quality” blinks, the other two LEDs still don’t work. So every time  this happens, I need to unplug and re-plug the dongle to make it work, which is annoy since this is a $160 mouse. Is this dongle defect?I tried some other methods in other threads, like connecting the dongle to motherboard directly, it doesn’t work.

I have a wolverine v3 pro, for my xbox.  Paid 200$ for it, back in nov 2024.  The past eight months the forward on the left joystick wont get to 100% unless i mash on it.  It’s super annoying in games when the guy isn’t running at full sprint, unless i’m aiming up and to the right.  Sure is disappointing to go through 3 elite controllers, to trying out another company's “pro” controller only to have it be broken shortly outside of the warranty.  any way to fix this?  or am i out of luck looking for a new controller from a new company? 

hi guys, first time posting here cuz i really need some help. bought a razer raptor from eBay, but they forgot to add some of the original cables. the USB-A Extension Cable is available but USB-C to USB-C Cable is not, which is the most important part, I live in EU. Has Razer fixed the hinge cracking issue on the new Barracuda X Chroma? Hi everyone, I want to buy the new Razer Barracuda X Chroma, but I know there was a big problem with the plastic hinges breaking and cracking on older Barracuda models. I'm worried because the Chroma version uses the same physical design. I'm asking anyone who owns a Barracuda X Chroma: Has Razer really improved the plastic quality, or is it still fragile and prone to breaking? Thanks! 

This is the most ridiculous joke. My Nari Ultimate headphones have had the 7.1 THX surround sound they used with the Razer Synapse 4 removed after a patch update. Normally, I could use it without an activation code because my headphones are worth $275.Now they're just stupid 2.1 stereo headphones because I can't use my headphone and speaker serienumber to request activation codes for any of them:Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I received the BlackShark v2 x today, but the activation code for Surround Sound 7.1 is missing... I tried to register the Product ID in my account and it says it's already registered. What do I do now? I've already tried contacting support but they always send me to a page that doesn't solve my problem.
