I’ve been using Razer products for decades at this point. The Deathadder is my main mouse and I’ve had ~half a dozen over the years of various gens. They seem to last an incredibly long time. What finally gets me to replace them is that the mouse wheel wears out and becomes super loose (shamefully I am reliant on habits for using the wheel to switch weapons) OR when eventually the the M1 button starts malfunctioning such as with double clicking. But, again, the mice last for years and years of hard, nightly use before these issues come up. I try to keep a few extra new-in-box Deathadders in my closet so I’m ready if I ever need to swap and about half a year ago such a time came. I had 2 Deathadder Essentials that have been sitting for many years as backups and I opened one. Now it’s been around half a year and I’m experiencing a problem with it that I’ve never had before and I’m hoping to get some advice on how to fix it: I play mostly arena shooter type games that sometimes require v
Hello, Just like I have recently (yesterday - 23.02.2025) purchased a Razer Seiren V2 X and the PC does recognize the microphone, and it is working, but it’s not recognized by Razer Synapse, I attempted any troubleshooting tutorial I could find but I didn’t get anywhere, still.I have also tried the updater, but I get stuck at “connect the device to the PC” as it doesn’t recognize it being connected.After coming over the other post, I tried it myself and the S/N doesn’t work either. - help
I have been working for approximately 2 weeks using various tools (including AI) to troubleshoot this BSOD issue. Would appreciate any community help I can get. Hello there!I tried to submit a support ticket to ask about purchasing a replacement gas lift cylinder for my Iskur V1, which is unfortunately out of warranty.Would it be possible to purchase a replacement cylinder for my chair? The chair is otherwise in perfect condition, but over the last few weeks the gas lift has started to lose pressure and slowly sinks to its lowest position while in use. Does anyone know how to fix an issue where for example if i load any game it suddenly makes my headset become like 70% louder or quieter every time i boot up another game. i look for fixes but internet so far is only telling me to change stuff in my sound properties and it hasn’t worked yet.
Records show that the card is invalid since it hasn’t been activated yet. You’ll need to check with official support to get it activated.
I can barely have the cable bend as it will instantly disconnect. Even the slightest of flicks also disconnects the mouse even though the USB is still firmly plugged in. There have been times where is keeps connecting and disconnecting after it initially disconnects which requires me to entirely unplug and plug in the mouse again. Is there any way to help with this? It seems to be the actual cable's issue.

In Windows Device Manager, it is permanently recognized only as a generic "Conexant USB Audio" device. Hi All,Today my Cooling Pad has started flashing red. No idea why, Hoping for some guidance?Steps PerformedTried Firmware Update - Firmware update detected the pad, but already on the Latest Its detected by Synapse 4, but showing as powered off I have disconnected from laptop and power with no luck I have uninstalled all razer apps, rebooted and then re-installed, again Synapse detects the cooling pad but marked as powered off. Also detected USB devices attached to the cooling pad I have moved usb ports on the laptop for the pad - Didn’t help I have removed usb devices from the Cooling Pad Hub - Didn’t HelpI have ran out of idea’sAny guidance would be appreciated
I am stuck physically in free spin, in synapse it shows the mouse toggling between tactile and free spin, but this does nothing physically.
Hello,I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse. The button that switches the scroll wheel between free-spin mode and tactile (notched) mode has stopped working.At the moment, the scroll wheel stays in free-spin mode and does not return to the normal notched mode when I press the button. Hi! I am currently having problem with my headphones, they keep disconnecting for no reason, mostly after some louder sound, it also freezes my PC and I cant even call with my friends because of that. I have searched for answers on Reddit, YouTube, tried official guide from Razer and still nothing. I dont want to spend another money on headphones, because I am saving up for new pc, but it looks like I have no choice, because I have enough of this connecting and disconnecting thingy.
Welds on the base of the chair are completely broke making the chair super wobbly and unusable. I was wondering if I could get the replacement parts that i need although the chair is past the warranty.
