My Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed stopped working after i put it on the table to go to the bathroom and put it back on when i came back. The right side stopped working. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, none of it works.

I have a Razer Blade 16 (2025 Model) laptop. It's installed with Ubuntu, and I'd like to restore Windows 11 using the Razer Blade System Recovery Image Online Service. Unfortunately, after entering the correct serial number, I get a message that the serial number is invalid. I've tried various combinations, replacing the zeros with Os, with no success. I need Razer support, but to use it, I also need to provide the serial number, so that's currently impossible. By the way, the page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/recovery-image/index contains an incorrect link to "How to find the serial number." It now redirects to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5481 ("How to identify a Razer Blade model"), when it should be https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548 ("How to find the serial, product, or part number on a Razer device").

I recently bought a wolverine v3 pro Xbox controller.  using the app on the Xbox to manage the controller.  the charge only goes to medium which means I don’t get very long using it before needing to charge again.  why is the controller not charging fully?

So I bought my Razer Basilisk V3 in last January and after purchasing within 6 months the dpi button became inconsistent, sometimes it works fine otherwise regardless i click 100 times the button won’t work. I tried reinstalling synapse several times, cleaned my mouse yet the problem persists. Is it like a bug or hardware issue?

Hallo an alle, mein dongle will sich nicht mehr verbinden. Ich benutze das Headset an meiner PA5 und es hat bis vor paar Stunden noch super funktioniert dann habe ich es einmal entkoppelt und per Bluetooth mit meinem Handy verbunden zum Musik hören. Seit dem Verbindet es sich nicht mehr mit dem Dongel ich habe alles probiert auch was bei anderen Nutzern als Lösung vom Support gesagt wurde doch es funktioniert einfach nicht. Könnte mir da vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen wie ich das wieder fixen kann?

Yes, I’ve seen other posts about this same problem, but none of them seem to have a clear answer, just people saying they’re experiencing it too. Could someone please help? I’ve already tried cleaning, reinstalling, and a few other things. 

So, in 2023 i bought the Blackshark White Edition Headset, and i activated the 7.1 Surround, back that was so long ago that i changed up pcc, and time passed by and i forgot i had this 7.1 surround thing. Today i tried to get it, but the activation code was not working for some reason, i´m logged in on the same account that contains the headset is registered, i have both serial number and the proof of purchase but is just me with the headset on and hanging the box of the headset. I tried receiving a new code from the email and it worked, but once i tried to put on 7.1 it doenst work saying that “License code has already been used”. Again, i´m logged on my account which is weird. Any help pls?

Hello, since February 2026 i am experiencing a boot certificate error, with the latest version of windows 11 and latest bios of the mentioned model.  I first thought it was an hardware problem, but, as i read in the forums,  it’s not. Can you please provide a fix for the issue? And do you think locking the threads of questions like this and “discussing everything privately” is really helping to solve the problem? Or that simply means you do not have a solution yet?  I am sure you can imagine all the discomfort this is causing to Razer loyal customer(s).  Regards

Hi, have a big issue after install le provided last bios version for my Blade 14 2021 by official Razer website.Temporarily I have had to disable Secure Boot to allow start the laptop but is causing issues when trying to run games COD 7 and Battlefield 6.Anyone can help me please? Thanks

I have been having issues with the charger head for my Razer Blade 15 getting really hot while gaming, the casing around it starts to end up really warped which causes charging issues. These chargers are too expensive to keep replacing so I was hoping to figure out the underlying cause for this problem. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I accidentally broke my other phone where I had my back up codes, [removed by moderator] , and authenticator set up. Now I can't buy anything on Razor because I need to have atleast one of those.... I don't need to change my phone number and I have full access to my email. I just want a guide on how to solve this as smoothly as possible. Thank you.

I want to purchase here in razer but I reformatted my phone and I didn’t know that I will lose my access to the authenticator. May I ask for your kind assistance please? 

Just got these Kraken V4 Pros for christmas, and have noticed the volume wheel and microphone button on the headset are currently not functional, yet work perfectly fine if toggled with synapse or adjusted with the dock wheel. So after trying to update them in an attempt to fix it, I keep getting stuck on this screen where the headset is not detected by razer. I’ve tried directly connecting it to a USB port both on and off, connecting my headset thru the dock on the console port whilst the dock was connected to my PC thru the USB port, and I’ve tried different usb ports on my PC including a type C-C connection with the headset, and I am still having this issue, any insight as to how I can fix this is greatly appreciated as I am really loving this headest but these tiny flaws are ruining the experience for me

The ID.me button on the heroes program page is not redirecting to sign in to ID.me to get a code. It just takes me to the same heroes program page. Therefore, I am unable to generate a code.  I tried signing into ID.me directly and navigating to razors page on ID.me for the discount and it just directs me to the same page on Razer.  https://www.razer.com/campaigns/heroes

Greetings,  Whenever I connect headset with my android phone (xiaomi redmi ) its mute button simply dont work as expected even on recorder app it register my voice after muting from headset correctly, even checked this on samsung phone. But strangley its working on iPad and on laptop if connected via bluetooth.  How to reproduce error:Take any android phone and connect via bluetooth this headphone, open discord app and try to mute with ur headphone mute button. Hence, to rectify this issue I tried to upgrade firmware as per suggested by Razer official customer support, but when I tried to connect dongle with USB - type C jack it is not detecting, “Next” button is grey out. I’ve been playing Arc Raiders, and every so often, when I pull R2 to shoot, my character starts reloading (RB). It doesn't happen every single time, but it happens enough to lose me gunfights. 

I got a Viper2 Pro recently which worked for 6 months but suddenly the dongle is not recognized on my PC  nor by synapse. Please help. I’ve done all possible updates, try using evering USB port, reset the mouse and dongle drivers and a full reset of the PC but nothing works.

Hi all,  I thought of contacting folks here. I recently got the Freyja. It actually works really well for music under very specific conditions when using the audio-to-haptics mode. I still have to test it out when gaming with directly supported games since I don’t own any. The problem I’m having is that the Freyja appears to activate the haptics ONLY when using specific audio devices as output, and NEVER when using Spatial Audio. As an example, when using a wired/wireless headset as the audio output device, the Freyja works just perfectly. The audio and haptics are in sync, and they work great. But if I want to listen to music with any Spatial Sound effect active (e.g. DTS:X or Dolby Atmos), the haptics simply don’t work, or if they’re working before activating it, they stop. Restarting Synapse, unplugging the Freyja does not fix this. If I disable the audio enhancements and then restart Synapse, I get the haptics back on the Freyja.  The worst problem, however, is that I can’t get the
