I purchased a Razer Kiyo in July 2021, in August 2023 I turned the ring light on during a Microsoft Teams call and after a brief moment where everything was fine, Teams reported the camera was no longer available. I unplugged the USB ended the Teams call and after plugging the USB back in, I noticed the ring light was on even though the camera was not in use. I restarted Teams and again, no camera. This signalled the end of my Razer Kiyo which was - of course - out of warranty. Like an absolute masochistic idiot, I bought replacement in August 2023. Yesterday whilst in an interview Teams call, I again adjusted the ring light due to heavy back lighting issues and guess what, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. Once again, my Kiyo is dead. And guess what, it's not in warranty again. I've had it with Razer products.  I'm posting here just in case someone has a bright idea about how this can be fixed - if it can be. Hi, I ran into this problem: when I try to open the surround sound installer, the program just shows "preparation" endlessly. This happens on my new laptop, the old one was fine. Reinstalling and so on did not help 

Ive trouble shot this every which way and this thing dont work at all very dissatisfied.

Cuando abro el estuche solo se enciende el auricular derecho,el lado izquierdo no prende y por ende no me funciona ayudaaaqq

Hi, I just bought a Razer Black Shark V2X headset and my problem is that When I plug it into my phone it works fine and plays sound but when I plug it into my laptop it doesn't play sound at all and the sound comes out of my laptop speaker. I watched a lot of videos and even set the headset as default. I even registered it. I even activated the headset on the Razer website and the 7.1 program but still the sound doesn't play from the headset. It only plays from the laptop speaker. I even used a splitter cable but it doesn't work at all. Does anyone know what I should do? I've been struggling with this problem for 2 days now. Thanks

I recently purchased the razer blackshark v2 x -Green Edition, The problem is the mic tried reinstalling the audio drivers from the device manager but still wont work, giving me a buzzing noise only and not capturing my voice, when i plug the headset on the phone with/without the audio splitter it works but when i plug the headset+audio splitter on the pc my mic wont work any help out there? or any good audio driver for this one, i like razer products but pls help me fix my problem T_T

I bought my Razer Blade 16 (2023) used, and after 8 months, my laptop's memory is full. I want to install an additional SSD, but I discovered there's no M.2 SSD heatsink, and without this SSD cover, installing a second drive is impossible. I can no longer contact the previous seller. Is there an M.2 SSD heatsink somewhere? I saw ads on eBay, but shipping quadruples the cost of the heatsink itself.The full name of my device is RZ09-0483UEJ4 

Same issue here with an Early 2021 Blade 15 Advanced QHD x0368.I contacted Support and they ask all this battery log information and laptop data but never suggest a proper fix. I also think they are clearly avoiding admitting to this issue. They should consider putting a team together and fixing these issues. Future buyers beware! All of the other cases noted above and in other threads have yet to be formally addressed by someone with authority at RAZER.@Razer Admin When will we receive a helpful response from the Razer organization? Many thousands spent by consumers here for bricked laptops. Thought we would find help from the manufacturer in this thread?.. Also the 100W USBC Charger is not a real fix when this laptop demands the 230w to function at its full potential. If I wanted a basic laptop I would have spent less on something else.We need real results from your research team and we have needed it for years now… Where’s the response?  Where’s the fix? 😡

Razer Synapse 4 says that my local profiles don’t match the ones that are stored in the cloud, it happens all the time and keyboard configs like snap tap and rapid trigger setting reset, so annoying, awesome piece of hardware with a abysmal piece of software.

So when i tried to log in my razer deathadder essential that i bought from tiktok it says that the device is already used by another person. i think the problem here is because my device is used, can any razer admins help me remove the razer deathadder from his account. Thank you. 

So i just bought the razer kraken lite today and registered the device and after getting the activation key it says it is already used. please help

Hi, I bought the razer blackshark v2 x but when I go to register it, it’s already registered but not under my razer ID. I cant get the activation code for 7.1 surround. 

I bought an Barracuda X headset, and wanted to register it at razer id, but it refused to register with error “Product Number is invalid” i tried both typing O instead of 0, and I instead of 1, but still i have that problem, what should i do?

The wooden plate that is at the bottom of the seat is cracked or maybe even completely broken and makes the chair lean to the left, also the leather on the seat is damaged. The chair doesn’t have warranty, but i was wondering if there is any way i can replace the seat.

I need the system recovery image for a 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced. Our Blade 15 began getting the BSOD several weeks ago and eventually would not boot Windows at all.  mdsched revealed bad memory. After removing the bad RAM, I was able to boot from an external Windows hard drive, but still cannot from the onboard SSD. Running chkdsk shows no problems with the SSD. I expect Windows files were corrupted and need to replace with the recovery image. Thanks for your time and any help you can provide.

There are lot of people who have their Huntsmen v3 pro tkl getting restarted when using synapse. Most of them do not know what is exactly causing the issue.  I recently figured out that this restart issue happens only when using onboard memory profiles while simultaneously using synapse. After learning this, now I could use the keyboard without any issue. However it is not possible to delete these onboard default profiles. No matter how many times you delete it, it keeps coming back. I am requesting razer to  give us the option to delete these profiles. Thank you

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced from 2019, support says recovery images are available post-2017. Why is my device listed as a legacy device with no recovery image?model# RZ09-03018E52-R3U1 EDITAlso, there is no model or serial number showing up in bios or using cmd. Razer updaters give errors about it not being a razer system, hence my desire for a recovery image.

Official site does not sell ear pads to replace old ones and I cant figure out which other models are compatible to this one to widen my search.

When my girlfriend first bought me the controller on Christmas 2023 the M2 button wasn’t functioning properly. I didn’t send it back because the controller has so many buttons and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. But now the thumb sticks are worn out, all I’m asking is for the ability to buy additional thumb sticks without having to buy a whole new controller. It’s a great product that has lasted a long gaming sessions but I need the magnetic thumb sticks tops to buy please!!!! 

When I am gaming I have occasionally touched the left hand edge of the keyboard and I am immediately kicked out of my game.  I want to know if there is a way to turn off or disable the 3 switches of the left hand edge of the keyboard.  They are a nuisance and have cost me hours of lost time after being dumped out of my game.  Should this issue not be resolved I will be getting rid of this keyboard.

Hello! I have a Razer Iskur Gray and its gas cylinder's air went out and now it can't be lifted. Is there a way to order only the gas cylinder?

So the general issue of the charger getting hot at the nozzle started last christmas. Shortly after that I noticed that it suddenly didn't charge anymore after which I found that there had formed a blob reminiscant to that of the "hot glue" from a glue gun that was protruding from the handle to the metal connector. Tried searching online for that and found lots with similar outcomes but was told not to worry about it. But after yesterdays complete deformation I'm concerned with possible fire hazards.
