My razor viper v3 pro is connected and I am able to move it on my screen but none of the buttons work anymore I’ve tried factory resetting it multiple times and still have the same issue if anyone knows how to fix this plz lmk

Is there any way I can get a replacement dongle for the viper ultimate. When using the dongle it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting but when wired it performs normally. Pretty upset since this has been my favorite mouse over the last 4 years.

I got The headset as a Christmas present last year and for around 3 months the dongle has been having issues staying connected with the cable, disconnecting from the slightest movement and also making it a lot harder for the cable to properly connect. What way would I be able to replace it and what would the costs be?

Hello,I recently purchased a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones and I'm trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. This is my first purchase from this product line and from Razer.I bought the headphones through Mercado Libre, a very well-known online marketplace in Latin America. I placed my order on November 15th, 2025, and received the package on Friday, November 21st, 2025.The package arrived perfectly sealed, and everything inside the box was in its original bags, with no signs of tampering. However, when I tried to register my device to obtain the activation code, I received a message saying that my device is already registered.I want to clarify that the product listing did not include any negative comments or reports about previously used activation codes, and there was no physical activation code included in the box. I have checked the contents several times, but I couldn’t find anything.I would really appreciate your assistance with this issue, as a friend recomme

Just picked up my first wireless mouse and I’m concerned there may be an issue with it. Randomly whether the mouse it stationary or moving the connection quality indicator will go from green to yellow and stay there for 2 - 30 seconds usually and then go back to green. My mouse it about a foot away from the receiver on a wood desk there is no reason to have any wireless connection issues. I’m just wondering if this is normal behavior or if something maybe be wrong with my mouse as its brand new. When actually using the mouse I haven’t noticed it becomes laggy or anything like that. 

I own a Razer BlackShark V2, but I bought it in 2023 and I can’t find the activation code. I didn’t save it either. I still have the invoice and all the necessary documents. Please help me. I also can’t find the box at home.

I just wanted to know if its fake or not because i can’t get it to work in my synapse

If you go to https://www.razer.com/latam-es/synapse-2 and try to install the windows version it will install the mac version. The link should have “pc” instead of “mac” for windows. Please fix.

This has been driving me mad tryting to fix it, Reinstalled drivers with DDU , its on high power mode (on razer app also) set bios to default, But the gpu clock speed stays locked at 210mhz temps are all fine but power draw is mad  Razer Blade Pro 17 (Early 2021, RZ09-0368x)  Power Draw Readings: (and all other reading the same across all)GPU-Z: 557.6W (board power) MSI Afterburner: 557.6W HWInfo: 557.6W 

HI, I have a weird problem with the GPU clock speed being stuck at idle, I put it into ai and it said it could be bios corruption or driver conflict, i reinstalled the drivers and no success,(also everything is performance mode) So i am wondering how to i revert bk to the original bios on (Razer blade pro 17 (early 2021) RZ09-0368) and will need to do a razer image recovery after if i can revert the bios  The same reading on multiple monitoring software readings down here --------→

Can I set a low LOD (e.g., 1.2mm) and will the mouse save that setting in its internal memory even after uninstalling Synapse?

Hey all - My Huntsman simply does not work with Synapse 4. As soon as it loads up the keyboard stops working and the volume knob behaves like a scroller. As soon as I exit Synapse 4 the keyboard behaves like a keyboard.The keyboard works perfectly fine with Synapse 3, and I don’t feel any need to upgrade, nor do I want to spend any of my time troubleshooting such a simple function that should have been caught during internal testing. Will Synapse 3 installers continue to function after it is deprecated in February?It is a bit concerning that software is somehow getting between the keys that I press and the OS handling that keypress. Why isn’t the OS getting the signal first? I’d rather the OS immediately process the keypress before any Synapse overhead.  

Hello, I have a problem with my Razer HyperSpeed wireless adapter, which is no longer functioning. As soon as I turn on the device, the small LED on the adapter glows a very faint blue and then goes out. It's the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset. Do you have any ideas?

I got a set of Razer Kraken V3 Headphones and did not apply spatial audio - but it seems to have it for some reason. When I listen to music, whenever I turn my head to the left the sound in the left ear gets louder. Same with my right ear. Any way to disable that spatial audio feature? On Windows it labels the space where the sound comes out as Speakers.

Hello. My Razer blade 15 4k OLED has a white horizontal line, I suspect these are “dead” pixels. I am unsure if this is fixable or if I need to replace the screen. I hope someone can provide some guidance on what to do, and the aprox cost. Thank you. Roger.

It’s been a few weeks since my mouse has started to just disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds just randomly, at the beginning i had windows usb sound when it happened. I tried everything (literally everything you can think of) and after reinstalling the drivers it worked for a few days before coming back. Now it happens more frequently, i don’t have the windows usb sound anymore and it’s always a second long at most (very short disconnect). Today after happening a few times it just stopped completely, even unplugging and plugging it back didn’t work, i had to restart my computer. I’m losing my mind, here’s what i tried : Changing port (usb 3.0, 3.1) directly on the motherboardChecking the mouse cableTurn down the polling rateUpdate synapse and even uninstall itUpdate firmwareReinstall driversDesactivate every windows option related to usb ports or peripherals

I recently cleaned out my keyboard to make it look pretty and well ever since plugging it back in the Escape key the tilda key and the F1-f12 PRT Scrn, Scr Lck keys are non responsive to the touch the FN shortcuts with these keys no longer work either. When trying the Esc Capslock and spacebar reset method there is no change in these unresponsive keys. The backlights are on but the responsive lighting of the ripple effect no longer reacts to the key presses either. This seems to be a common issue with the cynosa line any help would be much appreciated [Cynosa Chroma RZ03-0226]

My Razer v2 hyperspeed cannot connect with dongle. The green light keep blinking but the synapse cannot recognize  my mouse. Im try restart, uninstall app, replace battery but non it working

I have Razer Kraken v3 headphones. I've tried everything, reinstalling drivers, all Razer apps. Even running 7.1 surround sound doesn't change anything, and THX doesn't help either.After installing Linux (on a Debian distribution), without downloading anything, my headphones were identified as Razer Kraken v3 (analog stereo) and the sound was fantastic, everything worked perfectly.Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a solution to this problem other than reinstalling Windows?

Hi, I'm have trouble with a black screen when I try to return my computer from hibernation, even though I have a second monitor on the TB4 and Dynamic Display Switch mode enabled in the BIOS. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Why doesn't it support the THX profile?It clearly says it supports it on the website,but in reality, it doesn't.
