I know, Razer said on their website that BlackShark V3 X is not compatible with Synapse 4. But I saw reviewers on Youtube using synapse to configure their bs v3. Does anyone know how?

I bought the Wolverine V3 Pro Wireless Controller & the BlackShark V3 Wireless Headset. The controller worked as long as I used the Xbox setup & connection, but after adding the Razor Application to set up the headset & controller together, they both started having issues. After reading the horror stories about the customer service I've decided to just return them both for a full refund. The controller worked great until I used the programmable functions for button mapping & the suggested firmware update, I can no longer use any USB cable while playing, so if you play longer than the charge it holds, you have to wait until it's recharged to use it & most of the time it still doesn't connect to the Xbox. The headset is a pretty idea, but it's battery has a short life & unlike other brands, running it off your controller isn't an option. Instead, you have to run a separate cable to power it. Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed Headset. Mein Headset blinkt im Pairing-Modus blau, der Razer Hyperspeed Dongle wird von meinem PC erkannt, aber die beiden verbinden sich nicht miteinander. Ich habe schon folgendes ausprobiert: Verschiedene USB-Ports am PC getestet (direkt am Mainboard, kein Hub) Headset mehrfach neu gestartet Pairing-Modus mehrmals aktiviert PC neu gestartet Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder Tipps, wie ich Headset und Dongle zum Verbinden bringe?

Hello, i got recently my new razer pro type wireless keyboard. So far not good at all, first problem is the double tapping some of the  buttons but its not specific keys its any of them , space bar , q ,e ,r  e.c., all of them. second bigger problem is the moment when i connect it with 2.4gz and just disconnect out of no where, its happening when i press all the buttons, especially near to the switch, i dont know how to fix it, i tried to reinstall all the drivers, deleted all the old files from razor, nothing is working, help please, probably will switch to asus :D 

helloi have a razer blade stealth 13 (2019 and for the last few weeks ive had issues with random keys not workingspecifically m and 0 but it has now spread to the comma key. i’m having to use the on screen keyboard to type this :(ive checked all my keyboard drivers, and updated and uninstalled synapse to fix this, which usually works for 10 or 15 minutes before they stop working again. ive made sure there is no debris, and the keys seemingly randomly work and stop working (for this second paragraph, ive been able to use all my keys but this will only last a short bit before they become unresponsive againthis is my daily laptop as a student, and the inability to use certain keys really damages the functionality of my computer

So I own a Razer Ornata V3, and I’m having an issue with the multimedia keys — specifically, the skip track button and the mute button don’t respond when pressed. I can’t remember how I fixed this before, but uninstalling Synapse and doing a hard reset of the keyboard didn’t help.

So i just buy i just buy Razer Blackshark V2x so when im goin to register the device under my acc it say the product already been register so i cant register it to activate 7.1 suround sound help meee

I just bought mine today. Installed Razer Synapse and found out that it is not compatible with synapse 4. However, I did see reviewers on YouTube configure their BlackShark V3 with Synapse. Please send help

Hello there. When I bought these Headphones I was so excited to try them out. But when I came home , I got told that they cannot hear me well and also that they heard what I was listening to (mic bleed) . When everything happened I brought the headphones to the place I bought them from , for a warranty. Even took it three times because they were telling me that they were working fine and well I just couldn’t believe that. After the third time I just got fed up with the warranty , and only then I was like “Wait maybe I should try it on some other PC , to see if it is really the headphones”. Turns out when I connected them to my sisters PC , they were working fine even without Razer software , mic was crisp no issues whatsoever. But then when I again connected it to my PC , mic bleeding and people could barely hear me. And now I really do not know what to do , is there any help? 

so my mom got me this mouse for my birthday, and i bought it on 18 sept, received it on 19 sept, and started using it on 21st sept of this year. about in the same week, i noticed double clicks, thinking it was nothing and walked it off. I kept it like that until the double clicks got way more frequent, and its getting so annoying atp. I did all methods and it still doubleclicks. Can i get a refund and buy a basilisk v3 instead?

I just bought this mouse and it works when I use it wired but it doesn’t work wireless at all. I tried looking through multiple support help to find an answer but none worked.I tried updating the fimware but it was never able to recognize my dongle when it asked to plug it in. Tried restating pc, uninstalling/reinstalling synapse. I tried different PC ports and other PCs and still didn’t work. How do i fix this.

I just bought the Razer Blackshark V3 x Hyperspeed. It’s my first razer product ever. I tried to install synapse 4 on my laptop. However, when I launched it, it kept freezing and crashing. I searched for guides on google but most of them are outdated and also uneffective. Now the app doesn’t even launch. Please help!

Hello,My Deathadder v3 pro’s wireless dongle is not detected by Windows anymore. I’ve tried every single port. I’ve also tried using a different computer. I had followed other recommendations on this forum to try and re-install the firmware, but the firmware installer also could not detect it. I’m in need of your help because I believe the warranty has expired. (I’m not entirely sure about the date of purchase as it was purchased in-store and I’ve thrown away the receipt ages back)

Hello! Today I bought new razer mouse (deathadder v4 pro). I registered my mouse and connected to razer synapse 4 too but my dongle doesn’t work. The LED lights won’t turn on even when my dongle is connected to the computer. I tried different computers too but nothing seems to work. Mouse works with USB cable but not wirelessly. Can someone please help?

so my fn keys use to work but now they randomly don't work and i found out by having to press f3 in a game and tried it in other games and sure enough it don't work I've looked at a bunch of stuff tried to update the drives don't work hold fn and spam esc don't work i just wish this can be fixed 

My webcam Razer Kiyo stopped working. I had it plugged in my computer, one day the ring light started flashing and I disconnected it because I wasn’t using it at the moment and didn’t pay much attention to it. I was playing a game that uses the camera for headtracking, and during that time, although the camera was connected and working, I wasn’t using it because I didn’t need the headtracking at that moment. So I disconnected it.I have been trying to use it and now it doesn’t work properly, whenever I try to start using it, it makes a flash and stops working. I was on former version of Synapse 3, with older firmware for the camera. I updated the camera firmware and I still had the same issue. I updated to Synapse 4 and same problem. I tried different USB ports but it still had the same problem.On the synapse app I see that the system recognises the camera, but when I click on the camera to enter camera preview and settings it closes quickly, like if it disconnects or stops being recogn

Volume knob not working on my Blackshark 2 pro that I just got yesterday. I am only able to adjust volume via computer volume control or vide volume control. I cant contact support when give the option to chat I enter my info but does not go thru the chat window has been showing disconnected. I tried all last night and same thing this evening. Any one let me know how I can contact support. Amazon will not let me return it without paying shipping
